WaBa Grill

WaBa Grill is an Asian Fusion Restaurant serving Teriyaki Bowls with Chicken, Steak, Shrimp, Salmon, and Vegetables. We like this place for healthy food options on-the-go. Their bowls are always fresh and delicious. They also offer 2 (two) Chicken Bowls for only $12.99 on Tuesday and Saturday. The inside of this place is clean and nicely decorated. We have no issues/complaints about their service.

Store employees often do NOT care to get your order correct. Had to complain several times and now they get it right about 90% of the time. Was trying hard to accept that I cant get what I pay for but todays lack of accountability was appalling and the final straw. There are signs in the window stating a mask is required due to COVID. However, none of the employees were enforcing the rule. The cashier attempted to tell me she was not aware of the rule even though she must past the sign on the front window every time she comes to work. All of the staff were wearing mask from behind plastic counter shielding. So as a customer, I should be subjected to adverse conditions just to get a chicken bowl that is made to my liking only 90% of the time. Additionally, if employees here lack the moral obligations and accountability to follow health standards and best practices, what else do they treat with such lack of care. Food drops on the floor, oh well. Expired chicken, no prob as long as customers dont know. Clean the counter and in general keep to required health codes, please - who would know. Simply put, employees here cannot be trusted to what is right morally, ethically and (most important) legal.

I loved coming here to this location its clean, and quite. Never had any problems before. We ordered our food and got our drinks and sat down. We had waited for our food for over 15 minutes. When I told Angie my food was cold she said cause it's been sitting on the counter the whole time. She gave me an attitude and replied with that's because it's been sitting down on the counter. And she shrugged her shoulders and said oh well. I asked for her manager and said there's no manager. When I was heading back to my table Angie and her co-workers were talking behind my back. They made my visit feel unpleasant, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. Couldn't even enjoy my meal. To say the least I even lost my appetite.

Today, Oct. 10, 2020 at 1 pm, I ordered at this WaBa Grill!!! I feel so bad that I entered this store, I could feel the lady cashier/staff unfriendly treatment to customers. No greetings, no smiles and yet so rude by asking me questions with a firm tone!!! My 6 year old son chose to eat salmon plate and he was disappointed having no extra WaBa grill sauce on the side. She didn't give any extra and yet still RUDE!!! No Customer Service at all!!! I was about to tell her directly but since it's pandemic- I gave her the benefit of the doubt but I'm really disappointed ☹️ esp that my kiddo won't eat it as the sauce wasn't enough and my child is very picky !!!!The man who was in charge with the cooking was nice though - he smiled and said hi!!!

Went to this location after terrible service at the Waba Grill off Haven and 4th. We pulled up just before they closed. Granted, it was 8:53pm and they close at 9. I get that. We probably would have made it sooner had the rude girl at the other location hadnt wasted so much of our time for nothing. We were hungry after being out all day in the heat and wanted a healthy option for dinner. However, as we pull up, the cashier practically ran to the door and quickly locked it. Then she looked at us and jiggled the door to show us they were locked. That was our second and final attempt at ordering from Waba Grill. Waba Grill apparently doesnt want or need business. Zero stars!

Service was excellent.Well have to come back one day to check out some other options in the market place.
Kens Japanese Restaurant
10006 Foothill Blvd, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, United States
On 11/29/2022 at 7:20PM, and I have just left Ken's Japanese Restaurant which is located at 10006 Foothill Blvd, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 97130. I have been in the area for less than a week. When I arrived, I was told I could not dine in, which was odd, as there were several other separate parties eating there inside. I was forced to order a take-out order and leave. I generally am used to spending hundreds of dollars on omakase alone, but couldn't even get past the door. When I inquired about this, their answer was, “these customers have been loyal during covid, thus allowing access.” Is this a like a night club in Hollywood or Dubai? Even then cash is king. I left ordering otoro, bluefin tuna, and blue crab to go, which isn't the same as eating it dining in. I didn't want to order more due to the experience I have received. That has been the worst discrimination I felt in my life. In the early 80's I was one of the few Asians who grew up in Bellflower, CA and have never felt that way. I have also lived in different countries around the world and other states and have never ever experienced that. To a certain extent, shouldn't customers be treated with the same level of respect? Is this a like a night club in Hollywood or Dubai? Even then, cash is king. I just don't get it. Ken's has a lost a customer for life, as I would never consider ever going there again, nor do I recommend anyone else going.
Bass Pro Shops
7777 Victoria Gardens Ln, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739, United States
Worse firearm purchase experience ever!. Shopped for a particular pistol. Bass Pro had a great deal on it. Since its a big box store they can sell for less. Figured hey what the heck I can save a few bucks even though its a an hour drive. Purchased it online, got a seemingly good deal. Went down on 12/3/23 at 2:30pm start the DROS. Its literally a 10-15 minute process elsewhere. Walk in and they have a line. Okay great. I sign in and Im 32nd in line. The guy says it will be a while, go eat and come back, and you should be seen around 5:30. I told him it was an online purchase, I just needed to do the paperwork. He said we have to wait in the same line as everyone else. So we leave, shop around at Turners where we actually got help, then came back at 5pm. Waiting in the parking lot, get a text saying its my turn at 5:30pm. Thought great, run up to the gun counter and the guy says theres no way we can see you before closing, you will have to come back another time. I asked, Cant I just fill out the paperwork and start the DROS, it takes a 10 minutes? He says, Oh nooo it takes an hour and a half to do that. You can schedule an appointment M-F during business hours. Frustrated, I make an appointment for 12/5/23 at 10am, during my working hours now. 12/6/23, I call Bass Pro to ask to speak to a manager, never get a call back. So, I go to US Partiot Army, get seen immediately, buy a different firearm and start DROS in 15 minutes flat. Appointment day comes, Im too busy to do the drive and play their game, they text saying its my turn at the gun counter, then they call. I cant purchase it now because I have to wait 30 days because of the 30-day hold. So I explain to them what happened and ask if they can hold it for me until 1/8/23 where the holiday business will be less and I can start My DROS. They say no, only 15 days. lol. I asked to speak to a manager. They said they would have the manager call me back. Keep in mind this is my designated appointment time frame. Still, No call. I called 3 times and left messages for a manager to call me. Never got a call back. Come 1/3/23 I receive an email saying that they have processed my refund. Ridiculous!I may not be the smartest person but here is a though. 1 line for shoppers as it can take 1hr plus per person looking, holding, etc. and get this another line for Pickups, Dros, and ammo. It literally takes minutes person and 1 dedicated employee can handle that line. So ridiculous. So much for placing an online order!!I will never buy anything from Bass Pro Shops again. Horrible customer service and logistics.
Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar
11560 Fourth St, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, United States
4 stars from me because few restaurants cater to people with non-service dogs. If you bring your dog, you’ll be seated on the patio, but they provide heaters for chilly days. Dogs get their own menu! The food is your average new Californian fare: Burgers, Asian fusion style dishes, seafood, pasta, and of course steaks.
