I personally love Waba grill,unfortunately it smelt like there was a gas leak at this location. And I asked to speak with the manager bcuz I was feeling light headed.MANGEMENT WAS HORRIBLE. Alma, apparently she’s a manager, gave me Bombastic side eye and told me in a Spanish mumbled under her breath “chinga tu madre, pendeja”.. after confronting her about how I was light headed. First of all, very very rude on how she treats customers, second of all I know Spanish too so like… it wasn’t necessary to say that. And instead of offering me a cup of water or ask if I was okay. She went to go chit chat with other coworkers. By looks of it, all seem related bcuz they were out laughing and saying some offense remarks. That’s not right. Y’all need better management… never in my life have I ever been treated this way. Hope y’all get that potential gas leak checked especially if ppl are dining there and you can smell the fumes as to why I was feeling light headed. Wont ever go to this location again after the rude customer service from the manager…

Visited on July 23, 2023 8:20 pm. Horrible service. Not acknowledging customers while standing at the online order pick up counter. Im Standing there I guess im invisible. No greetings or anything. My order was late, it was not ready by the time they had promised. Quit ur job if you’re not enjoying it. Waba please hire professional people willing to work and take pride in what they do or hire more. I don’t know but they looked like they were stressing. Hiring high school kids that don’t take their job or customers seriously is hurting your business image. I Will not be returning here thats for sure. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

Great place to come to for a healthy meal. They serve bowls with rice (brown or white), meat and veggies. They also have vegetarian options available. It’s great that you can watch your food being made so you can see for yourself that you’re getting exactly what you ordered.They have this small station near the cash registers where you can bag pickled carrots, jalapeños, chives, and lemons.The bowl I have pictured is the chicken rice bowl. On Wednesday’s and Saturdays, you can get two of these bowls for around $11.

One of the little counter workers was very rude and condescending when I asked for another Sriracha sauce. Dude I purchased a plate, some gyoza dumplings, etc. spent $24 of my hard earned money and youre tripping over a sauce packet. People are really ignorant for no reason!!! If you dont like dealing with people of all ethnicities you need to crawl into a hole, not work in a position where you deal with the public jerk.Side note: When people overact to disrespect and turn way up, then everyone starts wondering why = this type of thing is the why!!!!

I hope this reaches management, I am giving the restaurant 3 stars because the food is actually good. The problem is this location needs a staff retraining, I’ve visited the restaurant several times and every time the whole staff looks like they’re all upset at something. No customer service at all! I actually even feel awkward every time I’m waiting for food. Besides that, the food is good, and it would make it a better place to have lunch if the vibe felt better in there, but it’s heavy unfortunately.

I eat at this spot at least twice every week. The service is ALWAYS friendly, and the food is always prepared well. They even manage to make it look good - all crammed into that bowl. The restaurant sees a lot of traffic, and the staff does a very good job of keeping it clean.Highly recommended!

I came in and there were about 5 customers in total and four employees. Given the small sizes of the orders before me, I don’t think I should have waited as long as I did - about 5 minutes. On average, my waba orders come in at about 2 minutes. Also, my plate was missing dressing and did not have the spicy waba sauce substitute as requested. I don’t normally leave reviews, but when things go as wrong as this, I feel it may be a learning lesson for management.

Food quality and taste was 4 stars but what made it 3 stars is that they were out of supplies like chopsticks and sauce containers. Service and speed were excellent. Would love to give it 4 stars but for the price - $6 for a chicken bowl with brown rice and up to $9.75 for their salmon plate - the portions are modest. Will come back though when nearby.

I went to the store on Canyon Springs and the cashier doesnt let you order she interrupts hence she doesnt listen. I ordered 2 chicken and steak bowls with onion and she gave me 2 steak bowls no chicken and no onion. The receipt says Brenda, she does not provide a positive customer experience. Apparently she does not like her job.

Today we used the “free” delivery system. I checked the bill and noticed a service fee. This must be the way they ask us to pay for the tip. So we didn’t tip extra. Key words “we didn’t tip”. We tip using door dash all the time, which happened to be the 3rd party involved with our order. We were getting hungry, checked the status of the order, saw the delivery driver at Wendy’s. He was there for nearly 45 mins extra, with our food in his car, then decided to deliver that meal first. 1 hour and 30 mins later, the food was dropped off with a text. See picture for example. I want a full refund for this meal as it was delivered no longer hot. How are we suppose to safely eat this. Don’t use wabba grills “free” delivery cause you are charged a service fee and APPARENTLY suppose to also tip. We will just go through the app if we ever decide to eat here again.

Employee at register who was handling money left the register then applied gloves and began cutting beef. She never washed her hands before applying gloves. The employees like to leave their personal drinks on the prep fridge in the front. You can not eat or drink in food prep locations.Facility inventory was very low. 3 of the 5 thing I asked for they were out of. Employee said their delivery was late.Beef veggie bowl did not taste as good as other WABA Grills. Very disappointed.Customer service was okay.

Don’t think I would be ordering from this place again. I ordered online for pick up at 6:30. Came in, was told I had to wait...i waited about 15-20 mins and the people who ordered later in store/online got their food first. At that point I thought of just walking away or getting my money back. I understand they were busy but what’s the point of ordering online when you can’t even get your food on time?? It’s especially ridiculous that the people who ordered before me got their food first...i would give it zero stars if I could.

Went in to grab some dinner before work and when I approached the counter I waited a good 5 minutes before any of the workers/cashiers paid any attention to the fact that I was waiting to place my order, despite the fact that the 2 cashiers were just standing around pretending to be busy. At this time there were no other customers waiting to order. While waiting for my number to be called another worker was sloppily sweeping around customers who were eating, trash from floor hitting their (and my own) feet, no excuse me or Im sorry was said. The same neglect was shown to a couple of other customers who walked in and were ignored by the cashiers. When I picked up my order and began to ask for the little containers for extra sauce, the cashier rudely cut me off and with an attitude told me there was extra sauce in my bad (little sauce packets) and basically shoved my food towards me. Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service.

Terrible customer service experience. Food was okay compared to other waba. I ordered a half chicken half steak bowl, and a chicken bowl. Upon getting the order, there were the same portions of chicken in each bowl, but the other had steak. Portions way off. When I inquired about it, I received attitude, and was said this was the policy.Very stingy waba gril, very diapointed.

WaBa grill is typically a great place to eat...BUT NOT THIS LOCATION. My wife & I got sick once, thought it must have been a fluke. Went back a second time (stupid decision)...both of us missed work the next day! We arent they type that call in sick, but WaBa Canyon Springs gave us food poisoning, absolutely NO DOUBT ABOUT IT. The place should be shut down! The employees seem careless, and it shows. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Ill stick to Flame Broiler.

Went to Waba to grab food for my pregnant girlfriend who was craving and tgey were closed at 8:28pm when they arent suppose to close til 9. So anyone whos dealt with a pregnant woman knows my situation. No thanks to the lazy workers who closed early and put their oversized headphones in so they didnt have to deal with anyone asking questions, I took my business elsewhere. First time visit. Had the Special two chicken bowls. I asked for half and half on the rice, they forgot. I did get my other rice. However, that was it, nothing else. No vegetables, just chicken and rice. The chicken was chopped but apparently the blade needs to be sharpened. Very sloppily done.
