Came in at about 10 am everything was normal till I got home an opened my order… they served me old rice from the day before and I know I wasn’t making assumptions because I returned to the store after driving all the way home had to drive back and the girl says “the other staff doesn’t know how to make rice” keep in mind this is 10am they open at 9:30… soo what other staff??? From last night 🤦‍♂️ basically said it her self just didn’t want to seem dumb and then proceed to give attitude when I mentioned that it was old … got fresh made rice supposedly but once I got home rice was hard once again… gave up I’m not trying to drive back for another messed up order… NEVER COMING BACK !!! And girl said I had to wait till Wednesday for a refund if I wanted it… SMH 🤦‍♂️

I literally found a piece of frozen paper in my salad that said August 28 on it. I hope I didnt unknowingly eat the rest of the paper. Do they not check what they serve people. Shame on you waba I will never be back to this establishment again. Beware customers this is what they are serving people. And I tried calling to avoid driving back and no answers the phone

I hardly ever post reviews, especially not negative ones. Placed an online order at 9:24, place closes at 10:30. I arrive to the place and it’s closed, with a “be back in 30” sign. Already knew it wasn’t going to be a good experience. I see the 2 workers cleaning in a rush, like they just want to get out of there (which I understand), but there’s more than an hour left for the place to close! I check my order to see if it’s complete and looks good from the outside, but when I get home I’m in for the nastiest looking chicken I have ever seen, there was raw parts in it, there was absolutely no grilling, maybe some boiling and I don’t wanna go too in depth, I’ll just let the couple of photos I took speak fro them selves.I go back to show it to them, they agree it’s not well cooked and offered to redo it. I don’t want them to dirty the stuff they just cleaned, though I wonder what would happen with the next few orders. I asked for a refund.They couldn’t processa refund because it was an online order. They called the manager, and I talked to her, she would process the refund until tomorrow morning.It’s not so much about the money, it’s the time wasted, the exposure to raw chicken, and just an overall bad experience.Would give it Zero stars if possible.

Pretty good foodI had the jumbo shrimp with veggies and riceBut the one thing I didnt like was tht shrimp had tails but overall really good

This is the first Waba grill that I have been too that says that they are not allowed to sell tofu in the evenings as per their managers instructions when I asked for the managers name and phone number they decided to call someone by the name of Ashley Gomez and she told me that they decide to restrict selling tofu in the evenings because they will be low on product she told me that I can go to another location. So its not that they are out of tofu its just that she is worried for tomorrows stock.

I have been to other locations and usually love their food. However, I recently went to this location and I think the menu was recently updated. I ordered their chicken salad and I was disappointed to find out that it is now made lettuce instead of kale like it used to be. The portion was smaller and the chicken was cut very thin

This place might be clean but the personnel/employees are so dirty! First of all I purchase 2 chicken bowl and they had long hairs in them when I picked the chicken and rice. If girls are going to work there, they should wear hats nets and that goes for the guys too. I practically had to throw both bowls away. I thought it was so disgusting 🤢.Where is a manager !! I called to complain and there is no manager!!! NOT GOING BACK THERE EVER AGAIN !!!

Personally, Im not sure why I occasionally dine-in or purchase take out meals from this specific location. Its probably the close proximity to my home and the travel time is under ten minutes. However, the service is absurd and the wait is usually twenty minutes or so. Some fellow reviewers might feel that this critique is too harsh or feel Im being dismissive. Im not sorry, I really dont care and Im sure WaBa Grill will continue to gain revenue. Thats the customers choice, time, and money if they wish to eat here or not. Nonetheless, Ive been here dozens of times and results are generally the same. Ill change my view and perhaps give a higher rating if the production is up on the ante. Until then, theyll need improve.

Very yummy! Great customer service, fast service, and very friendly environment. The dumplings are my favorite! The pricing is very reasonable.

Visiting WaBa is not frequent for me. However, when I do in my opinion the food is very good.Today working the front was Alexus. In opinion her people skills are on point. Not only that shes very helpful too. Great job
