I went today 7/11/2021I ordered and went to pay and the worker attending the cashier was ADNREW. He rings me up my total is $30 I try to pay with my 100 dollar bill and he automatically tells me there is no change doesn't check the register or anything. I told him this is all I had and if he could check how much change he has. He refused and was not trying to find a solution at all. I guess the manager heard us going back and forth because she came over and told him there was actually enough change. He looked mad and grabbed my bill took it to one of the cooks to check it the cook said it was good and he came back and proceeded to check it again in my face and then he checked it a second time it was very weird and uncomfortable. I was just trying to pay for my food and be gone but instead I got held up for an extra 10 min by ANDREW. Once I paid he didn't say thank you or have a good day extremely low standards on customer service towards paying customers. I will not be returning to this locations maybe they will learn to appreciate their customers a little more. And by the looks of the previous reviews on this establishment poor customer service is common there.

Did an online order, when I went to pick up! I stood in line followed all the guidelines, then one of the people who worked there on Saturday 4/4/20 around 1:40 pm. Was rude and told me to get out I understand, I had a question about pick up that's why I entered But told be a couple times please leave the restaurant. Now secondly when I got my order I went to my car to check my order and decided to call because it looked like some items were missing, this was my first time ordering the family meal! Instead of going back I decided to call and someone by the name of Juan or John answered and I had a question about the family meal since this was my first time ordering, making sure they didn't miss anything! And he first sounded rude when he picked up and then when I asked me I think I'm missing a few items, he just told me no family meal is only come with 5 orders! And I told him oh okay but on the receipt it said differently and he hanged up! I didn't bother wasting my time calling back! I'm shocked that they just hanged up like that! I work for customer service! And it's not an easy job but still you have to try to be courteous. That's all I'm going to say won't order from Panda Express South Gate anymore!

Horrible place to go eat if you wanna be ignored while ordering your food, I had an issue with a worker and a said to be manager “Marlene C.” Whom I don't believe was a manager at all was on her Apple Watch while I was taking my order got my orders wrong and and told her that if she would have gotten off her phone she would have taken the order correct, she didn't like so she decided to mean mug me the whole time I was there until I told her to stop looking at me and asked for a manager Marlene told me she was the “manager” so then I asked for the corporate number cause no one should go in to a place of business and buy and be ignored and mistreated so I proceeded to ask for her corporate number, to no suprise she goes to the back as soon as I asked and calls her actual manager(on the phone ) and her manager tells her she doesn't have to give me the corporate office number then she threatened to refuse service to me after that so I asked for my money back, this is no way to treat a daily customer . I don't think Marlene enjoys her job maybe it's time for a new one since she isn't so good at this one .

Went for breakfast and had chilaquiles. The plate was served with chilaquiles, beans and as for the egg well it was already included with the sauce and its really small pieces of egg. I didnt like the fact that they served the eggs mix with the sauce. Usually with these plates they either served scramble or sunny side as a side. Another thing is that the chips are premade and all they do is pour the sauce on top of tortilla chips they are not cooked until they are soft so what you are eating is a tortilla chip soaked in sauce.

Ive been going to this location since it opened. Today I walked in I oreded when it was time to pay the guy cashier told me they cant take my bill. All i had was a hundred dollar bill. I asked him if I can please talk to the manager she aslo declined to take my bill. Stating that they cant take bills over 20. horrible they have no signs of no bills over 20. And she told me that none of the the stores will take my bill. As a manager i will not decline to take any money i would test the bill make sure its real and to avoid any problems i would have a sign up. Horrible customer service. I have about 5 employees that would go to this location for lunch today marks our last day. By the way I walked over to jersey mikes next door and they happily took my bill!!

Zero stars...two years ago I went to ask for a job...for months they had the help wanted ad...well when I went to ask about the job...the manager...a Latin man at the interview me...he asked me very strange questions. Nowhere had they interrogated me like that and he just looked me up and down...that Don was very unfriendly...I asked about a cooks job...and The Don questioned me as if I were applying for a position as an engineer or a lawyer or a surgeon or a professor etc..etc...the good thing is that I dont occupy either the Don or this place...they denied me the job

My wife and I thought we’d try this place out. It’s marketed as Asian Fusion,but I’d just call it good food. Employee that’s helped us was very friendly and courteous. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nicely done with quite the impressive mural on the wall. My wife got the garlic noodles and I ate the sandwichBulgogi Short Rib Steak with bulgogi sauce, onion, cucumber, cilantro, and pickled carrots. The sandwich while not very big in size is packed with deliciousness. In my opinion though the pickled carrots have soooo much flavor I’d like to see a tad more in the sandwich and not just sitting on top to fall out. The few bites I got with the meat and carrots together was really good. I will return and I can confidently recommend this restaurant for you to give it a try. Happy to see different types of restaurants now popping up in the area I live.

I hardly ever post reviews, especially not negative ones. Placed an online order at 9:24, place closes at 10:30. I arrive to the place and it's closed, with a “be back in 30” sign. Already knew it wasn't going to be a good experience. I see the 2 workers cleaning in a rush, like they just want to get out of there (which I understand), but there's more than an hour left for the place to close! I check my order to see if it's complete and looks good from the outside, but when I get home I'm in for the nastiest looking chicken I have ever seen, there was raw parts in it, there was absolutely no grilling, maybe some boiling and I don't wanna go too in depth, I'll just let the couple of photos I took speak fro them selves.I go back to show it to them, they agree it's not well cooked and offered to redo it. I don't want them to dirty the stuff they just cleaned, though I wonder what would happen with the next few orders. I asked for a refund.They couldn't processa refund because it was an online order. They called the manager, and I talked to her, she would process the refund until tomorrow morning.It's not so much about the money, it's the time wasted, the exposure to raw chicken, and just an overall bad experience.Would give it Zero stars if possible.

The food here is great. I love their fries and their little Chiles that they provide when asked for. This location has been in SouthGate for many years and still taste as great as when they opened. I would also like to appreciate how most of the time they ABSOULUTLY NAIL THEIR SODA! You can tell that they frequently wash the fountain soda because it doesnt have that NASTY taste of an old gym sock as in other places who do NOT clean it as frequently. I would also like to add on how great of prices they have! Back in the old days (about 7 years ago), a whole meal cost around $5. Now, obviously, it has gone up but at a reasonable price. A couple of things I would recommend would definitely be the bacon burger or the avocado bacon burger thingy ma-jingy. In conclusion, Zogos Burgers is a great place to buy your burgers.

They used to be good when the original workers were there, now I get attitude about ordering extra teriyaki sauce & still cop an attitude when they tell me they have to charge me & I gladly oblige. The whole new crew are complete wack jobs, you tell them thank you & have a nice day and they look at you like you stole something just for ordering extra teriyaki sauce, keep these guys around and theyre gonna run the business to the ground. This time I go, its exactly the same hostile environment for no reason at all other than asking for extra sauce & paying for it. & Look at this, they literally put less than half of the regular chicken portion for me and my brother on PURPOSE. Theres literally so little chicken on both of our plates compared to the normal portion its laughable. As a Mexican myself these guys are the type of people who give us a bad name. You hate your job? Go get another job .. food is incredible but giving us a small portion of chicken on a large chicken fried rice plate is crazy. That whole crew is TERRIBLE. Down to the lady working the register & the dumb kid that operates the register with the Nayarit hat. Go get another job if youre mad as hell at a customers simple request for more sauce that I pay for gladly
