Horrible place to go eat if you wanna be ignored while ordering your food, I had an issue with a worker and a said to be manager “Marlene C.” Whom I don't believe was a manager at all was on her Apple Watch while I was taking my order got my orders wrong and and told her that if she would have gotten off her phone she would have taken the order correct, she didn't like so she decided to mean mug me the whole time I was there until I told her to stop looking at me and asked for a manager Marlene told me she was the “manager” so then I asked for the corporate number cause no one should go in to a place of business and buy and be ignored and mistreated so I proceeded to ask for her corporate number, to no suprise she goes to the back as soon as I asked and calls her actual manager(on the phone ) and her manager tells her she doesn't have to give me the corporate office number then she threatened to refuse service to me after that so I asked for my money back, this is no way to treat a daily customer . I don't think Marlene enjoys her job maybe it's time for a new one since she isn't so good at this one .

Zero stars...two years ago I went to ask for a job...for months they had the help wanted ad...well when I went to ask about the job...the manager...a Latin man at the interview me...he asked me very strange questions. Nowhere had they interrogated me like that and he just looked me up and down...that Don was very unfriendly...I asked about a cooks job...and The Don questioned me as if I were applying for a position as an engineer or a lawyer or a surgeon or a professor etc..etc...the good thing is that I dont occupy either the Don or this place...they denied me the job

My wife and I thought we’d try this place out. It’s marketed as Asian Fusion, but I’d just call it good food. Employee that’s helped us was very friendly and courteous. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nicely done with quite the impressive mural on the wall. My wife got the garlic noodles and I ate the sandwichBulgogi Short Rib Steak with bulgogi sauce, onion, cucumber, cilantro, and pickled carrots. The sandwich while not very big in size is packed with deliciousness. In my opinion though the pickled carrots have soooo much flavor I’d like to see a tad more in the sandwich and not just sitting on top to fall out. The few bites I got with the meat and carrots together was really good. I will return and I can confidently recommend this restaurant for you to give it a try. Happy to see different types of restaurants now popping up in the area I live.

I hardly ever post reviews, especially not negative ones. Placed an online order at 9:24, place closes at 10:30. I arrive to the place and it's closed, with a “be back in 30” sign. Already knew it wasn't going to be a good experience. I see the 2 workers cleaning in a rush, like they just want to get out of there (which I understand), but there's more than an hour left for the place to close! I check my order to see if it's complete and looks good from the outside, but when I get home I'm in for the nastiest looking chicken I have ever seen, there was raw parts in it, there was absolutely no grilling, maybe some boiling and I don't wanna go too in depth, I'll just let the couple of photos I took speak fro them selves.I go back to show it to them, they agree it's not well cooked and offered to redo it. I don't want them to dirty the stuff they just cleaned, though I wonder what would happen with the next few orders. I asked for a refund. They couldn't processa refund because it was an online order. They called the manager, and I talked to her, she would process the refund until tomorrow morning. It's not so much about the money, it's the time wasted, the exposure to raw chicken, and just an overall bad experience.Would give it Zero stars if possible.

For my first experience here, I am very pleased!*MUST TRY*-green Thai tea-Horchata pandan (if they run out of a batch, it’s worth the wait!)-Crispy chicken Curry with rice-PHO (any flavor)We also ordered appetizers which didn’t disappoint either.-truffle fries-fried chicken wings (mango habanero and garlic Parmesan)All in all… I give this place 5 stars. I hope they expand to accommodate larger parties because their food is amazing and the restaurant is such a vibe. Absolutely love the Mexican/Asian fusion theme of the restaurant!

First time here, very bad experience. When I initially ordered the asada fries, they all looked like the fries on the napkin (unfortunately I didnt think of taking a picture of them until I got the second plate of asada fries). I let the lady know at the register that the fries had an old, oily flavor. I wasnt sure if the oil was old or they fried the fries more than once. They lady said the oil was just changed yesterday and fries are fried in oil of course they are going to be oily. I explained to her that the fries on they picture displayed on the wall dont look the same as what is on my plate. Her response was those fries are regular fries, the asada fries come with thick fries. I asked if she can switch out my fires for the regular fries and she took (and I say took because she didnt ask for the plate) the plate from me and yelled at the cook to make a new order of asada fries with regular fries, quickly after the entire staff all went to that kitchen. The new plate if asada fries looked great however when I moved the fries around there was a tone of grease which looked like it came from the bottoms of the pot that they have the meat sitting in. Disgusting!!! Will not return to this place. Poor customer service and horribly greasy food. I strongly believe that the grease on the second plate was intentional. I had to throw away the food which was $8+. When you pay for take out you dont buy it to throw it away or to get sick off of it. Unfortunately, that was the situation for me at this location.

We love Ono because it's easy to grab lunch for our staff as we are neighbors. Food is always great and we probably get takeout 2 to 3 times a week from you guys and we spend about a $100 each time. Service has been good not great, but this time the young lady helping us went a little over board. Now, our order was for 6 people and we asked for hot sauce she gave us a handful and we did asked for a bit more and she handed some more. When we asked for a little bag for our teriyaki sauce she make an, “ummmmmm” sound as if we had inconvenienced her in some way. I know sauces are complementary, but we did order about $100 worth of food. I hope this is not something that is permitted to happen because we want to continue to get food from you guys.
