This is usually my go to spot. Tonight I went 20minutes before closing and my protein serving was a lot less than the usual. Dumplings were good as usual.

Ordered here a few days ago. Around dinner time so was considering other places and kind of lost track of what I actually got. Checked my receipt today and realized I never received 2 items I ordered. And the chicken was tough and grisly.Items were ready quick and hot though.

Ordered a chicken bowl with avocado. They forgot to give me avocado and I didnt notice till i got home. The girls werent even busy store was empty, how can you forget? And I got charged for it . Not to mention how stingy waba grill is with giving chicken.

I ordered a family meal and I asked for 2 types of rice and only got 1 type of rice twice. Also asked for alvacado and DID NOT GET ALVACADO with my order!! The meat was good and veggies nice and fresh. Over all Im very disappointed with my order. Especially this my 1st time having to eat from this place. After hearing positive feed back from family and friends. Never again when it comes to me.......

First of all, I walked in and the place was super clean. I was immediately greeted by (I might have heard her name wrong I think it was Marianna or Ariana lol) and she was really nice, got my order right away and had a positive attitude. The food was out super fast and she handed me my food. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone super fast and good if you need something fast also healthy. It’s like the krusty Krab of Fontana

The female workers look as if they hate their life. Especially the female cooks. They look bitter and hateful towards anyone. If they dont like their job, go somewhere else

I love waba it’s good but the cook didn’t have his mask on and was all over the food! We are in a pandemic and he was like nothing with out his mask and he rubbed his face with his arm and went back to cooking.If we get sick I now who is was that got us sick!

Didnt expect much, but the chicken bowl I ordered came with cartilage or excess fat, and barely any vegetables.The staff also seemed very unresponsive to human interaction beyond completing my transaction.Would not have gone if I wasnt in immediate need for food.

They didnt cut up the tofu on my veggie bowl though I dont eat meat I like my tofu to look like meat anyway. It would make the presentation better

I sat and watched an employee take a wash cloth and clean about 9 tables with the SAME DIRTY cloth and two high chairs...not washing or rinsing it out once. She spread the same germs and dirt from one table to the next. Then, with her still bare hands, picked up the FIRTY door mat and placed it on the trash can. Then she took the already unsanitized cloth, still with her bare hands, took the trays she collected from the trash can and put them on top of the ice machine (Im assuming to be wiped off later). To make matters worse, breath....she took the SAME ALREADY disgustingly filthy cloth and wiped down the front counter. I was mortified!!! Then she walked into the food area.Is that what WabaGrill means by clean dining areas????? Its bad enough when we dont SEE what goes on but when I see something like that....NO THANK YOU!!!

This place sounds healthy like Flame Broiler but the chicken had so much fat that I could only eat the vegetables and rice . Terrible and I will never eat there again.
