Such horrible experience I had today 4/2 @ 3:44 pm. From the first seconds I entered the place, we were not even felt welcome since they dont even greet the Customers as every other fast food places do out there. When I was placing my order, the guy who later told me was The Manager had a serious/angry face. To that point I thought to myself, maybe he is having a bad day and I placed my order and thanked him. When he brought the food I realized it had eggs, which upsets my stomach and I try changing my plate. I told him I did not know the plate had eggs, and politely asked him if he could please change the plate for me, he told me with a straight face and in a rude way he told me he could give me 50% and I refused because I barely had touched the plate and he said because the description of the plate said it had eggs and I should hace read all the description, I told him that was my bad, but he dis not care!! The point is not the money but his nastittude!!! I told him I was returning the plate and he just said okay. Practically he ripped me off $10!! I did not eat and he ruined my afternoon. If you are given a manager position, at least know how to treat your customers so they can come back. I may not make a difference, but if more customers feel the same way I did, you will loose business and If you dont like your job and dont like treating Customers with courtesy, change jobs and maybe the owner will get more business. That is what other places do and they have more Customers that this location has.

This is my local Waba Grill. The food is amazing but the customer service is so depressing & disgusting. The days I go in just seem to be the bad days for the cashiers or something. They do not smile & when they can't hear you they make an ugly face, so when you do speak up they have an attitude. The cashier who's name is Carolina A. just seems to have had a bad day when I went in. She greeted me in Spanish & I began to talk in English & she had an attitude. I don't understand this, why they don't have a better attitude. They look miserable, maybe that's why they have a “Help Wanted” sign up. So sad, makes me feel so unwelcome.

I was told, if I dont leave, authorities was going to be called. At 3pm I order a chicken bowl before work. When I got off around 830pm I asked for my money back. The chicken was so rough to swallow, I kept having to spit it out. She went towards the back to make a phone call to her manager to find out the protocol. She came back to tell me that she couldnt give my money back. I asked her why not. She went back to make another phone call to her manager, to come back and tell me she can only remake my bowl. I told her I didnt want another chicken bowl that was suppose to be made right the first time. I wanted my money back. She spoke to her manager on the phone once more and came back to tell me if I dont leave authorities were going to be called! This made me upset because I wasnt rude, loud, or knocking things down. I dont need another chicken bowl, I only wanted my money back, and the whole time Im dealing with a person that had to call her manager three times because she didnt know the answer to my question. I didnt go in there to start problems I just wanted my money back for chicken that was either over cooked or that wasnt fresh at the initial time of purchase. I asked where can I find the policy where it says I cant get my money, she clearly didnt know that answer. When I asked the lady behind me if she wanted a chicken bowl, the employee told me I was unable to do that. Train your employees waba grill and at least state on the receipt that there are no returns and if anyone tries to, they will be arrested.

Horrible at answering the phone .. I called and called and called and nothing.. I ended up walking in with my phone in my hand as it was ringing and nobody was worried to answer it.. I understand they were busy but that's why you have a phone as well.. it's part of your customer service.. and when I try to complain to the young kid he ignored me and still went about with what he was doing .. another girl had to tell him to help me and I still asked him to not ignore me I said something and he still completely ignored me until he was ready to take my order .. didn't even apologize for the wait.. and the worse part is the man anger was there .. I didn't even complain to him he obviously doesn't care... never coming back to this waba grill again.

The worse waba service ever,I went Saturday 4-23-22 around 4pm and there was like 8 workers and the person who took my order got it wrong when I repeated my order to him 3 times to make sure that I dont wait for nothing, when I hear my name they game me 4 bowls when I had order 4 plates and the guy that took my order had left Cuz I guess they were changing shifts,the workers were screaming badwords and the girl that gave me the order did stated that she heard me telling the other cashier my order 3 times and told me she will fix the issue but then told me to pay extra and I said no because that wasnt my fault and I told her I didnt want anything anymore, I had paid with card and then she told me that my money would be in my card soon,today 4-27-22 I dont have my money back.today 4-29-22 still not getting my money back,it has been a week.

I sat and watched an employee take a wash cloth and clean about 9 tables with the SAME DIRTY cloth and two high chairs...not washing or rinsing it out once. She spread the same germs and dirt from one table to the next. Then, with her still bare hands, picked up the FIRTY door mat and placed it on the trash can. Then she took the already unsanitized cloth, still with her bare hands, took the trays she collected from the trash can and put them on top of the ice machine (Im assuming to be wiped off later). To make matters worse, breath....she took the SAME ALREADY disgustingly filthy cloth and wiped down the front counter. I was mortified!!! Then she walked into the food area.Is that what WabaGrill means by clean dining areas????? Its bad enough when we dont SEE what goes on but when I see something like that....NO THANK YOU!!!

First time here and I must say: pretty solid experience if it werent for two annoying mishaps. Were looking to return soon to continue supporting this local business and give it another go.FOODWe ordered the veggie rolls for appetizers, veggie chow mein, garlic green beans and veggie fried rice. We were hoping for egg noodles and received those thin crispy ones in a gravy sauce. Not a big fan of the chow mein. The garlic green beans were delicious and could have used a little more garlic for our taste, but overall - real good. The veggie fried rice was...in a word - DELICIOUS!Please know that this is an Asian fusion restaurant that serves pho, ramen and several other delicious looking dishes.We drank two Cokes that included refills - thank you!AMBIANCE/DECORThe decor had an Asian feel and was very clean (including the bathrooms). Very happy with the decor.The ambiance is welcoming toward families and perhaps couples on a date night.MISHAPSWe found ourselves having to request silverware and small dishes for our appetizers. We expected family style, and again found the need to request dinner plates once the food was delivered. The waitress brought us bowls instead, but we requested dinner plates - again. Please just bring out dinner plates from the beginning.The silverware had a dirty look to it. We tried cleaning it, but it seemed like the silverware was just severely scratched or old. Please provide clean silverware that doesnt force us to pause for silverware inspection or question cleanliness.SERVICEOur young waitress (J something...Jenness?) was very polite, professional and regularly checked in on our table. THANK YOU!!!Overall, good experience, but would like to see an improvement on the dinnerware and silverware mishaps.

I have no idea how this place received a 4.4 rating. Really, I enjoy Thai food. I enjoy all good food and I dont easy rate food establishments this low unless they are this bad. Please do your self a favor and pick another place. Ill tell you a few things regarding my experience:I came here on a Saturday with a party 7. The restaurant is on the smaller side, but good enough to not feel packed. The waiter was not friendly but did his job efficiently, considering he was the only one.My rating:Cleaninless - 1Quality of food - 1Taste - 2Value - 3Staff - 2I ordered tom yum shrimp, pad thai, drunken noodles, pepper beef and cheese wontons.The broth of the tom yum had no body. It was just salty and limey. You are going to say, isnt that what is supposed to taste? Kind of. See, it didnt have any galangal, at least not visible. The soup was really clear. It appears they dumped a bunch of salt and lime to mask the weakness of the broth. This seemed to be consistent across all their dishes. The shrimp was not fresh. I actually left a few shrimps in the pot. Who does that? Well, you would if your shrimp taste off.The pepper beef had so much liquid on it, it almost appeard that it was boiled. Flavors were weak. Almost no seasonsing.Drunken noodles where almost white. I mean, they almost tasted like nothing. I had to order fish sauce. I put fish sauce, soy sauce, and chilli to try to give them some flavor.The saving grace of all the dishes were the pad thai (which was overly sweet, but edible) and the cheese wontons.The dining room had a table or two in the back filled with clutter. The tables were sticky. The restrooms were dirty.I try not to be this harsh on my reviews, but I do not understand why this place has such a high rating. Maybe because food is so cheap? Hasnt anyone ever tasted good Thai food before, though? Maybe I caught them in a bad day, but... I doubt it. Take your family elsewhere.
