I feel very disgusted with the encounter i experienced at this location but most especially with the provided service from the store employee and manager. When I received my order, I had asked for no ice.. so the employee then proceeded to transfer my drink to another cup, but in order to avoid the ice going into the new cup she use the drain rack from the fountain drink machine. This is the part that is NOT correct. That's extremely unsanitary. When I questioned the employee what she had done, she seemed so unbothered of the fact of how wrong and unsanitary they had been. Her simple answer to me was that she cleaned it every day so it was okay to do because it was clean. I simply didn't agree and asked to speak to a manager. To my shock the manager seemed to care even less at what had just occurred. She simply told me to call the number on the back of the receipt. This is absolutely not the customer service I expected to receive, so i will not be returning to this location. We are living amongst a deadly virus at this time... they should be doing anything to keep their customers safe, yet it seems at this location they can careless. This needs to be addressed before someone is seriously effected by this. This incident occurred on 06-27-2020 at approximately 12:20-12:30 pm.

Best of the Fast Asian restaurants. Great service, orders come out quick, hot, and tasty. The Kung Pao chicken is excellent. Best fast food fried rice Ive had. The chicken egg rolls are great.

This is my local Waba Grill. The food is amazing but the customer service is so depressing & disgusting. The days I go in just seem to be the bad days for the cashiers or something. They do not smile & when they can't hear you they make an ugly face, so when you do speak up they have an attitude. The cashier who's name is Carolina A. just seems to have had a bad day when I went in. She greeted me in Spanish & I began to talk in English & she had an attitude. I don't understand this, why they don't have a better attitude. They look miserable, maybe that's why they have a “Help Wanted” sign up. So sad, makes me feel so unwelcome.

I was told, if I dont leave, authorities was going to be called. At 3pm I order a chicken bowl before work. When I got off around 830pm I asked for my money back. The chicken was so rough to swallow, I kept having to spit it out. She went towards the back to make a phone call to her manager to find out the protocol. She came back to tell me that she couldnt give my money back. I asked her why not. She went back to make another phone call to her manager, to come back and tell me she can only remake my bowl. I told her I didnt want another chicken bowl that was suppose to be made right the first time. I wanted my money back. She spoke to her manager on the phone once more and came back to tell me if I dont leave authorities were going to be called! This made me upset because I wasnt rude, loud, or knocking things down. I dont need another chicken bowl, I only wanted my money back, and the whole time Im dealing with a person that had to call her manager three times because she didnt know the answer to my question. I didnt go in there to start problems I just wanted my money back for chicken that was either over cooked or that wasnt fresh at the initial time of purchase. I asked where can I find the policy where it says I cant get my money, she clearly didnt know that answer. When I asked the lady behind me if she wanted a chicken bowl, the employee told me I was unable to do that. Train your employees waba grill and at least state on the receipt that there are no returns and if anyone tries to, they will be arrested.

Horrible at answering the phone .. I called and called and called and nothing.. I ended up walking in with my phone in my hand as it was ringing and nobody was worried to answer it.. I understand they were busy but that's why you have a phone as well.. it's part of your customer service.. and when I try to complain to the young kid he ignored me and still went about with what he was doing .. another girl had to tell him to help me and I still asked him to not ignore me I said something and he still completely ignored me until he was ready to take my order .. didn't even apologize for the wait.. and the worse part is the man anger was there .. I didn't even complain to him he obviously doesn't care... never coming back to this waba grill again.

Came to this place for lunch. Walked in and went up to the counter. Stood there for about 5 min while workers kept moving about not even acknowledging that we were standing there. Finally we get noticed just to be told theres no tables i look back and noticed a huge table open. I look back at the lady and all of a sudden theres somewhere to seat us. Sat down and got a menu just to be rushed by the server. Wife got a coke to drink which came in a can i got water didnt even take one drink due to the white stuff floating around in the cup plain nasty. Within 5 min got asked 3 times if we were ready. Asked about the white rice portions and made it known that i had never been here. Waiter was really rude and unprofessional. Got our food and it was mediocre at best. Wifes food was too sweet my chicken was bland no flavor for being bbq chicken. The price was not too bad. Had to request a receipt. We will never ever return not even with a free ontree coupon. Dont waste your time and money here. Thai garden by King taco is way better. Should of went there instead our mistake looking for a new Thai food joint.

The worse waba service ever,I went Saturday 4-23-22 around 4pm and there was like 8 workers and the person who took my order got it wrong when I repeated my order to him 3 times to make sure that I dont wait for nothing, when I hear my name they game me 4 bowls when I had order 4 plates and the guy that took my order had left Cuz I guess they were changing shifts,the workers were screaming badwords and the girl that gave me the order did stated that she heard me telling the other cashier my order 3 times and told me she will fix the issue but then told me to pay extra and I said no because that wasnt my fault and I told her I didnt want anything anymore, I had paid with card and then she told me that my money would be in my card soon,today 4-27-22 I dont have my money back.today 4-29-22 still not getting my money back,it has been a week.

I sat and watched an employee take a wash cloth and clean about 9 tables with the SAME DIRTY cloth and two high chairs...not washing or rinsing it out once. She spread the same germs and dirt from one table to the next. Then, with her still bare hands, picked up the FIRTY door mat and placed it on the trash can. Then she took the already unsanitized cloth, still with her bare hands, took the trays she collected from the trash can and put them on top of the ice machine (Im assuming to be wiped off later). To make matters worse, breath....she took the SAME ALREADY disgustingly filthy cloth and wiped down the front counter. I was mortified!!! Then she walked into the food area.Is that what WabaGrill means by clean dining areas????? Its bad enough when we dont SEE what goes on but when I see something like that....NO THANK YOU!!!

I've been an avid google maps user for years because I believe the reviews here are the most authenticGoogle's asked me many times to review where I've been and i usually just “favorite” itBut I can't be silent about this place. It's simply amazing.Bea and Gilbert are incredibly kind and it's clear they put a lot of love into the food they provideI've worked all over New England Florida Texas Arizona and now Cali and I always search for the most authentic food spots.This is top ten for me ever.They have new and consistent options every day and the food is constantly being cooked by Bea herself right there. The combination of spices and cooking methods is perfect. You also get a really good portion and personally I liked every single option in there (I've been each day of the week)Even if you aren't adventurous they have much nore mainstream options like chicken or pork adobo that will still blow you awayPlease try, you will not regret
