I eat here very often since I work close by and have never had a problem. Service is great and very fast. Employees are very welcoming. Will definitely keep going here.

This Waba location has been great. I come here every other day. The service and friendliness of the employees, as well as the quality of food has been great! Special shoutout to Orlando for always providing great service! Would recommend!!!

First time going to Waba Grill ever and I probably wont be back. Although the cashier was friendly which is why i gave 2 stars, we ran into several issues from start to finish. First impressions are always important and that was our determining factor for not returning in the future.

I used to frequent the Rancho Cucamonga location for years and that location was always great, never missed an order, and the food quality was always great. Service was amazing and I enjoyed having lunch there.Here, it is nearly the opposite. The main issue is that they (and this is serious) forget to add the half-o-cado to my orders, and Ive had that happen on, no joke here, over half my orders. They have always charged the $1.99 and less than half my orders have had the half-o-cado with them.The even better part about this is that this has happened with EVERY employee that works there during lunch time on the weekdays. So it hasnt happened with only one employee.The chicken is very inconsistent. Sometimes dry, sometimes even warm, but rarely hot & fresh off the grill. The flavor and tenderness reflect that.The veggies and rice are generally decent, although the rice servings do vary and arent consistent on every visit.Ive been in the restaurant industry for years, I know how it all works, and I suspect this location can get so slow that these workers can lose their attention. It happens rather often.Otherwise, with the prevalence of forgotten half-o-cados on orders, yet still charging for them, Id imagine the managers or franchise owner direct the employees as such. Because they have omitted the avocado more times than they have put it on my order.Somehow, the Barranca location close by is worse. Ive gone once and got cold chicken & a half serving of rice on my order, plus they also left out the half-o-cado.

Highly recommend hiring punctual staff. Came at 11:00am (opening time) and no sign of any employees, waited until 11:15 by the door and still no sign of a single employee. Will not be returning.

First time here and the food is delicious fills you up and the service from the cashier to the cook was absolutely fantastic
