I always love waba but the service here was exceptional, really the best Ive ever received. The lady helping me was so patient and kind helping me figure out a deal I got on the app. She made me feel welcome and at ease when I was having a hard time understanding. She got me exactly what I wanted and took care of me in a personalized way. The team worked together well and made my day. I live close by and Im so glad this will be my waba grill!See you soon!

The service is always excellent and the food is delicious, but I am afraid I won’t be back very often. The amount of meat they serve you is a joke. It appears you get 1 - 2 oz of meat. It is especially skimpy on the ribeye.

I LOVE this spot. Got the plate it was delicious had a fish taco, and some dumplings. Cant wait to go back. Mouth is watering just thinking of the food. Thank You!!!!

Hesitant to try this restaurant out due to its small size, however, I was presently surprised with the speed of service and the freshness of ingredients. You can tell the establishment is well kept and the AC is always blasting. WaBa sauce is amazing and the value menu cannot be beaten. Overall, a great healthy option for a post workout meal.

The food is mind blowing. 😋 I am so happy they have opened a WaBa Grill close to work. After a long 12 hour shift; WaBa Grill is what I want to eat.WaBa Grill is so fufiling with all the healthy choices possible. My favorite is Chicken and Plant Based steak with Avocado 🥑You can never go wrong with WaBa Grill !!!!

This was my second time at this location. The first time I really enjoyed it, but consistency is not this locations strong suit. I have several gripes about this most recent visit. For starters the staff seems to have no clue whats going on. They are talking to each other from across the restaurant as Im trying to get the cashiers attention to take my order. The first time I went they had grilled the veggies in my bowl. Im not sure if thats how its supposed to come or not, but this time they werent grilled and were dry and tough to chew. When they were grilled they were great! So I had an expectation from my first experience that was let down, and Im still unsure of how the veggies are supposed to come!Back to the register again, with the cashier being distracted with her side conversation I wasnt given my drink and had to wait again to catch her attention. Not to mention the food had been sitting out for some time before she even served it. It was cold by the time I could start eating. There were also ants all over the counter which was sticky. I spent $15 on a bowl and a drink. And its $15 I wont see again

Bowls of old clumpy rice with some meat crumbs and a drizzleof very distasteful sauce on top. Very bland, no seasoning, no flavor. Very disappointed. 2 waters, a Gatorade and a small carton of chocolate milk was over $12. Complete waste of $50. The whole place smelled like it was burning down so we sat outside. Only thing is the front worker was very pleasant and nice.

Stopped by for brunch with a friend and we were very satisfied with the service. The manager there is great, I believe he said his name was Chris. Hes super friendly and attentive with customers..making sure youre a happy customer. Will definitely be returning.
