Fresh Millions Restaurant Dublin
6599 Dublin Blvd Suite #F, Dublin, CA 94568, United States
Server was extremely rude when asked simple questions as politely as possible. Furthermore,1) They charged us for 48oz Salad but gave us 32oz Servings .2) Charged for Protein but did not add any protein in the design your own Salad.3) When confronted about the mistakes they made, they acted as if I am stupid and I don't know what I am talking about.4) No forks or napkins supplied.5) Portion is half empty in Cesar Salad, even for a 32oz. Laughable pinch of cheese sprinkled over the salad.6) Server did not co-operate when confronted about 48oz charge but 32oz served. Did not offer or agree to fix the total charge nor apologized. What a joke of a place. Never again, you have been warned. Absolute rip off. Leaving 1 star because I have no other choice. Disgusted about how we were treated.

BurmaBurma

Came to Burma Burma after a fun day of shopping at the Outlets and generally, enjoyed some pretty good Burmese food, considering the area.We began with the obligatory tea leaf salad which was delivered pre-mixed. I mean, thats ok, but it also took away from the presentation which is one of the more enticing parts of this salad. Having said that, it had all the right ingredients and definitely satisfied the craving Ive had for this salad for a while now. For a second appetizer, we ordered the samosas which were of a good size and stuffed with thoroughly spiced potatoes, onions, and peas. They were freshly fried and delivered piping hot with sweet and sour chili sauce on the side. I really enjoyed this dish - recommended! For entrees, we went family style and ordered the pine nut fried brown rice and nan gyi dok as bases. The pine nut fried rice was delicious with the pine nuts and the brown rice both adding a unique nutty flavor! Recommended! The nan gyi dok was unfortunately not good which sucked because I love this dish. First, the dish was delivered pre-mixed which made all the crunchy bits (fried onions, fried wontons, yellow bean powder) soggy before delivery. Secondly, the curry was unexpectedly sweet which was kind of off-putting. There also just wasnt enough citrus to make the dish pop.For meat dishes, we went with the lamb kebat and the basil/dried chili swai. Both of these dishes, though flavorful, were also very heavy handed on salt. If we didnt have the fried rice, there definitely was no hope of eating them individually. Between the two, I like the swai more. The bursts of fresh thai basil were delicious! The lamb did have mint leaves, but they were definitely hidden by the rest of the ingredients which is unfortunately because lamb and mint are a wonderful pairing. All in all, dinner for 4 was filling and pretty tasty, easily a 3.5. I am rounding down for the service (or lack of). For the pine nut fried rice, we had originally ordered it with shrimp but it was delivered without it. Our waitress admitted that she forgot to put it in...which ok, I guess mistakes happen. While we wanted to send it back, we were also informed by the restaurant that they also wanted our table to be freed sooner rather than later because they had a big party coming. As a customer, it just felt rushed and like we werent a priority.

I hate to break the streak of 5 stars, and perhaps we went on an off day. But service was slow and lacking. Everyone seemed too busy and too flustered to afford a smile or any type of extra friendliness. We arrived at 5:30pm and they were busy but not full. We were seated right away and given menus. It took about 10 mins to flag someone down to ask for water/tea (took another 10 mins to get the water and tea). And then we had to flag someone down to ask if we could order. That someone had to find another someone to come and take our order.During the time that we waited, we noticed the wait staff make several mistakes at our neighboring tables. Twice, they dropped off a dish that the table didnt order, so it got taken back (or maybe to the actual table that ordered it?) And another table had to call someone over to dispute a dish on their receipt. Our food came one at a time. Presentation was nice. We had to ask for soy sauce. Sashimi was fresh. The rice on the rolls were a bit mushy. When we ordered, we asked to keep a menu so we could order more food later, since we couldnt tell portion sizes. Well, no one came by to see how we were doing at any point, so after waiting around once we finished off our food, we decided we had had enough waiting. Had to flag someone down for the bill.We werent quite full so ended up across the parking lot to get boba and ice cream.I realize they just opened and are still getting the hang of things. So maybe well try again on a less busy day and time. But for now, it was a meh dinner.

KoJa Kitchen

Ive tried the food truck in SF so I was interested in trying it at the Dublin location on my lunch break. It is a fusion style cuisine so be prepared for that.Being of korean background I tend to prefer the authentic flavors but they do petty good with their selection of bowls, sandwiches and tacos. One thing to note is that you will find the flavor profiles to be more on the sweet side. especially with their sauces and marinades.Im sure there is a huge demographic that loves this style of cuisine though. My last visit I had the beef bowl and Kamikaze fries (I was hungry). Again, tasty but the marinade was pretty sweet. The interior is interesting, strong bay area vibes with a mix of down home style. Cool, but interesting.Just a heads up, if you come to the Dublin location, parking can be pretty chaotic. Its a high volume, high traffic area with smaller spots so I would park farther than usual and get a couple steps in lol.In closing, yes I will go back and it may be a good introduction for someone that has never had Korean/Japanese food.

Blossom Bee - Crpe & Thai
7335 Village Pkwy, Dublin, CA 94568, United States
If I can give zero star, I will do so. Its all because of the very rude and unreasonable service we received today. I had been to Blossom Bee many times before. But their service is getting worse and worse. My son & I went there for lunch today. We went in and saw two tables available. One was small one for two people and the other bigger one for four. The small table was already cleaned up and had silverware on it. The bigger table was still not completely cleaned up. We noticed a family of four was sitting outside waiting for the table. We told the old man waiter that we have two people. He asked us to wait since the family of four were waiting before us. He went out and talked to them. Then he came in and let us take the small table. He was then cleaning up the big table and setting it up. He brought the menu and silverware on that table. I then went to the front to get the menu for myself. He asked me to sit down twice without passing me the menu. I think it was a very rude gesture from him. I got the menu myself from the box. We decided to stay with what we usually ordered there, so it was quick. The old man waiter went out and asked the family of four to come in to sit down. That family took out their jackets and getting to their chairs. I then called the other waiter and told her that we are ready to order. The old man waiter came over and said that we had to wait, because the family of four arrived before us. What??!! They didnt even look at the menu yet, and we could not order anything, only until they check the menu and then place their order?!!! I told him that it doesnt make sense as we are already ready. He said it has to be like this. So ridiculous!!! The point is that they are not ready to order yet, and not even close! It just made me so upset and we left the restaurant right away. Its the very first time I heard about this kind of arrangement in a sit-down restaurant! Terrible! Of course, it will be the way if its a fast food counter and its a first come first served in the line!We are not going back anymore! Shame on Blossom Bee!

Paris Baguette

Good Corp type if Franchise, son parlez cous on Francais, but not the Asian workers according to the mother owner, but does this matter? Au container. No. But the food sure does, usually the French Asian usually means a mix of Vietnamese culture. Here its almost Taiwanese not so much Viet. My spouse is half Thai and Japonaise(French influence on Okinawa with a USAF mix from Oregon. The beau and I mean elegant and so brightly lit. Almost as a Pharmacy in Mexico without the white lab coats. Now, dont get me wrong, Ive been to France as than Paris or south of. This IS a nice addition to the Tri Valley here, but we already had the version already here too years prior on village parkway duex. In other words behind original Safeway and REI and Sage Vets. She started that one while backThese people are way more customer service oriented and one of the reasons we come back and back. Second? Les tres selections. Third the Teas. Even though the competitor has tea from France, here@ PB, no jelly here, has LOCAL tea including a rare white and 3 non caffeinated. Might Leaf is more classier from Marin but does NOzt outweigh carefully sourced and fair trade and alot Organic teas from Oaklands warehouse off the 880. NUMI has chocolate tea. PB has done it again with all the whipped cream cakes with fresh pretty semi gelled cakes and slices. Gotta simply try! Weve had over 14 different sin e this place day one. Best are the keep coming out(not the closet but rather the back ovens) many choices both sides off bamboo tray with classy metal tongs to grab your deli GB ht(s) and $ here isnt too bad but adds up quickly if you Go Wild. Added plusses~PB(Paris Baguette) has hot breakfast plates for there!! Yummo, plus always nice selection tuna nous, and other cold deli case sandwiches prewrapped grab n go, but nice open to serve French style with touch of class toothpick centerpieces your sandwich, no bonne mousse (me-mois) here folks. People at counter repeat back your order, nice and have totals for you there credit and cash payments as well as Google and other pay with phones and iPay.Outside was functional due to out nousy-no kid adult party of 5. And inside looks outward to Regional with inside more ready for laptops who actually all purchase something in use of lieu of laptop.Well, sbux just made me wait 20m for mey oatmeal simcity Centre so I will depart with. Go try any of the south bay and this east east bay location of PB. Youll be missing out if you didnt! ou revoir. And Merci for reading my l ok ng 4 star review

Pacific Catch
5251 Martinelli Way, Dublin, CA 94568, United States
I really wish that I had remembered to take pictures today! As this was one of the BEST lunch outings that I have had in a very long time! The weather was great, the outside dining area was great!! The food was just what we all wanted it was great!! My parents said their food was great! My sister & my young nephew also really enjoyed their food!! We had a fantastic lunch outing here at Pacific Catch today & I will definitely return to this restaurant! Our server was polite, attentive, fast & got everything correct with our orders, no problems with any of our service today! I enjoyed the atmosphere of the outdoor dining today during the daytime. I look forward to possibly being able to eat here again during dinner time. As it looks like it would be nice to eat here at night too, with the lights, heaters & over coverings. I like that our table was separate from the other dining tables. They have the outdoor tables surrounded by bamboo/plexiglass & bamboo over head for shade. This is why I wish that I would have remembered to take pictures today. When I was 1st looking online for restaurants for my family & I to eat at today (last night) it had to be kid friendly, the seating had to be outside & was going to have to be comfortable enough for both of my parents in their late 70s & me to sit at the table (ie no circle benches, no cement hazards & enough room for us to get up easily out of our seats). The tables were sturdy & chairs were comfortable. Its hard to figure out exactly what places are like online. Thats why Im going to get very detailed here for anyone reading this. Its especially difficult when you yourself are coming from out of town to meet up with the other 3 people who are also coming from out of the area. We were all meeting in the middle. A place between Oakland & Stockton for a small family birthday celebration/lunch date. Its hard to know what you are getting into with any restaurant just based off of the online reviews. I had to find a restaurant that had outdoor seating & dining comfortably for 5 people including a child. This was perfect!! I had to find a place that had food that I wanted to eat today as this was an outing for my birthday lunch. I kept thinking good grilled salmon, but also wanted sushi & grilled veggies. I toggled between not wanting to end up at a restaurant that was too much like Chipotle or Rubios (eventhough I like those restaurants in general, I just didnt want it to be too much like fast food outdoor dining & food). I didnt really want to be at a restaurant like Chilis, Applebees, BJs or American dining food either. I wanted sushi but a full on sushi restaurant wasnt exactly where I wanted to go either. I wanted to try something new, a restaurant that I had not eaten at before but that had a variety of the foods that I felt like eating. I was torn on what type of restaurant I wanted to be at last night while planning this lunch for today. Then I also was thinking of foods that would also be good for everyone else joining me today! Pacific Catch turns out was the PERFECT RESTAURANT TODAY!! I wanted good grilled fish, veggies & sushi... this restaurant had both! My dad likes chowder soup, & spare ribs (sticky ribs) & fried eggs, they had exactly that for him to eat! My sister is a person who likes to eat lighter more towards vegetarian plates but eats fish & chicken she doesnt like burgers too much & at Pacific Catch she had many items to choose from today, PERFECT! My mom doesnt like foods that are too salty or too main stream, again this was perfect for her too!! My 3.5 year old nephew likes chicken tacos, fish tacos, fries & black beans, he had exactly that & ate a good amount of his plate! Perfect!! So I hope that anyone reading this has as much of a great experience as we did today! As for the people who give restaurants low ratings for calamari umm this place has good calamari! Calamari is calamari! Lemon, sauce, a good outside flavor & crunch thats what this restaurants calamari is & all calamari is! LOL

Market Tavern Dublin
4775 Hacienda Dr, Dublin, CA 94568, United States
Unfortunately, I had to edit my review and remove stars after our experience today. I met my mom and grandmother (who is 87 for the purpose of context) for lunch, weve eaten here quite a few times since weve discovered it, and always had a pleasurable experience. Today was the exception, and hope it was just an off day.Where we were seated was by a door that opened frequently due to guests being seated outside, and today was much cooler than it has been in a week or so. My grandmother expressed she was really cold, and honestly, so were me and my daughter. We asked our server, Jazmin, if we could move to a table away from the draft/door. Without asking the hostess, she said there might be reservations at the other tables, but we were welcome to sit in the bar area. We really didnt want to be a bother, so we would tried to stick it out. My grandmother was visually uncomfortable, so my mom went and asked the hostess if there was a table away from the door, and she immediately said Of course! We are so sorry, there is another room in the back you can sit. She showed us to a table in the back section of the restaurant, and apologized again before she walked away. The server for that section came over and introduced himself (Scott), but Jazmin would still be helping us. Our request to move tables had nothing to do with our server, but after we were moved she seemed annoyed. We then felt like the reason she didnt try to find an alternate table for us was because it would be an inconvenience to her, as we were now no longer in her section. We got our appetizers pretty quickly, but our food did take longer than it should have, and Jazmin wasnt as attentive (i.e., my glass sat empty for over half my meal and was never refilled). If this was our fist time coming, it would probably be our last. But since we have only had positive dining experiences, and the cauliflower steak is phenomenal, we will probably just wait a little bit before returning.

XpressEat- The Indian Fusion Cuisine
4910 Dublin Blvd, Dublin, CA 94568, United States
Xpress Eat is the restaurant that has moved into the old Fudds spot across from the movie theater. We noticed that it was open and decided to go check it out. The decor is mostly the same as it used to be, but it seems more open and cleaner now. In the back of the restaurant, there is still a game section, as well as two really nice pool tables. Each game of pool is $2.They have a varied selection of mains and side dishes. I kind of thought it was still a burger place before I went in, so thats what we all ordered. All the burgers are made with bison and were delicious. They seemed to have retained the recipe for the buns that I loved from the former restaurant. The gentleman taking our order, Vikram, seemed to be the owner, though Im not 100% sure. He explained menu items and was very kind. After we received our food, he came to our table to check in and see how we were enjoying the food. We told him it was very good and we would definitely be back to try some of the non-burger items. I mentioned Id like to try the biryani, and he offered to let me sample some. He even explained the game of cricket to us, because it was playing on the TV and my husband was asking questions about it.Before we left, Vikram brought us an entire order of chicken biryani to sample for the table. I thought it was delicious. We will for sure be back to enjoy the food and wonderful hospitality.
