I met with the general manager Chris, who, by the way, is a rather young gentleman with a bright head on his shoulders and a firm. Understanding of quality product and customer satisfaction. to describe that dining area. It is superb very clean and Immaculately so the type of establishment where you already know that its okay for your little girl to use the restroom because its prestine in there. (And I really didnt have to evaluate it because like I said...) My order was succinctly presented and hot, tasty and amazing to the eye (with even my specifications considered which was no brocoli). Although an honest mistake which was no steak included... the owner quickly through me a bowl he prepared himself with no hesitation after confirming the mistake when I allowed him to view my receipt...with extras... double or probably triple the amount! SOLID! He had no idea that I was going to review his establishment. Hes such an awesome dude. He even threw me some dumplings which were absolutely delectable. I am going to continue to come here. ITS CLEAN AND THE TABLES AND FLOORS AND WALLS AND COUNTERS AND EMPLOYEES AND KITCHEN!

No wait at 630 on a Monday night with a concert going on at SAP. Street parking or pay at the garage. They don't have any large tables but could push some together. They also have counter seating. Write your name and number on the paper by the door. They will call you when your table is ready if you aren't waiting right there.I would come here again. Had to ask for refill on water but they did come to check often. Sometimes they came to the table but didn't take dirty dishes.Cucumbers-didn't have too much flavor. Crisp and refreshing but not marinated in the dressing long enough.Garlic noodles- lots of flavor and slightly sweetGiant xlb- too big and messy to eat. Asked for a spoon and they only had a teaspoon to offer. The soup spoons were being washed. Maybe we didn't know how to eat it. But they didn't tell us the right way or offer the spoon. They just gave a straw with it.Salina meat ball- pork meatball with water chestnuts and sweet rice. I love shrimp balls like this at other places so I had to try it. I added some vinegar to it and ate the whole plate myself. It's not the prettiest dish but I would order it next time.

Comfortable local, mom-and-pop restaurant. They are friendly and very good people. They try to please their customers. But they are inexperienced servers and cooks (not chefs).Food and drinks are too salty, too sweet, and too much. We ended up bringing the food home, added plain ingredients in them, and was able to yield 7 meals for 3 people. I ordered chrysanthemum tea; it was so sweet that there was nothing chrysanthemum about the tea. It was just a sugar juice. When we asked them to pack the leftovers, they put rice and saucy food together. When we got home, we found that the rice was drenched and noddles were soggy by their sauce. This told us they are not experienced in food business and more.I added stars for their willingness to help and effort they are putting in the service they are trying to provide. Unfortunately in this competitive business of food and beverages, eagerness is not enough. So far, it is 4 strike out of 4 tries. Hopefully our 5th and what will be the final visit will be different. They are so nice that I want to see them change their ways and improve.

YESS SIRR! Absolutely delicious and a perfect lunch date with my bestie! We were running some errands together and since my breakfast came from 7-11 I asked if she wanted to try this place with me. She was hesitant but still came with me. She was sooo annoying about vegan food. She had no hope; she was extremely pessimistic (*_*), but she likes it! I dont know about love, but I certainly did love my order. The Tropical Pancakes with Hashbrowns and Soy Chicken was amazing! Ive been craving pancakes and this place definitely settled that craving. I love fruits in my pancakes, so win-win! The hashbrowns were different but in a great way! It wasnt as burnt nor oily as what Im used to. It was a tad bit more potato-y, but the seasoning SOLD ME! It was seasoned to the Gods! That salt, peeper and I think basil? grand slammed in my mouth. Yummmmm! The dessert: Carrot Cake didnt do it for me. The frosting was good, but the foundation wasnt as moist nor soft. It gave very much individually wrapped store-bought Carrot Cake vibez. Not for me. I didnt rush to finish it. I definitely stuck to the main course of my pancakes, chicken, and hashbrowns.Bestie got the Garlic Burger I think, one of the burgers and she loved it! But, she sure loved the soy chicken a lot more. She was hella surprised that it wasnt chicken. If I had a $1 for every time she said, This isnt chicken? (*_*)... haha. Im not sure if she touched her side salad, but she also enjoyed her Chocolate Cake.Overall, sucked that we couldnt physically eat there without proof of vaccination/negative Covid test but, we found a bench inside of the San Pedro Wholesale Mart and ATE GOOOD! Im satisfied

Baramee Thai Restaurant
354 W 6th St, San Pedro, CA 90731, United States
Ive ordered food from the San Pedro location and each time was either a hit or miss. I like to give businesses a chance before I leave a negative review, just to be fair. I think Ive given BT enough chances.Pros:*Ive never had a problem with the staff. Each time Ive ordered, Ive experienced professional service.*I never had to wait long for my food.Cons:*The last few times Ive ordered, my food was not up to par. Im not a picky eater either. For instance, I ordered the Surf and Turf and I was not satisfied with the dish at all. The filet mignon was tough, dry, and somewhat burnt. The rice was too dry and brittle, and the shrimp was overcooked. The dish tasted like warmed-up left-overs from the restaurant served the day before. The dish was bland, to boot.*Although I think the food is overpriced, I dont mind paying extra for it, as long as its cooked well. I dont know if they have a new chef now but my last few orders were not palatable. Actually, I enjoyed the food more when I purchased take-out orders when Covid was at its peak. One time I ordered the Thai Sweet Sticky Rice and it was so overcooked that some of the rice was hard, stuck together, and difficult to chew. I really want to like BT as Im fond of supporting local businesses. Conclusion:Overall, I was pleased with the dishes at BT during Covid times but now, I dont know if I should continue to beton BT and gamble my money away, hoping to get a good-tasting meal. I might give the restaurant another try. But, if Im not happy the next time, Im going to have to go elsewhere.

Tokyo Teriyaki And Hamburgers

First time here. Food is ordered through a window. My partner and I showed up excited to try a new spot in Pedro. Unfortunately no one seemed to be working the window. We saw three people working the food station. It was obvious that they could see us but they had no reaction whatsoever. We waited for a few minutes and then wondering if we were going to get help since no one acknowledged us and it was 4pm on a Sunday, asked if they were still serving customers... We got eye contact and then... Nothing. No one said a word. We waited a few minutes more and then finally asked if someone was going to help us. Still NOTHING. We were literally being ignored. Very weird. We waited some more and then began looking for another place to go when finally a young woman (presumably) asked what we wanted to order without a hi hello or greeting of any kind, or even eye contact, then walked away. Needless to say customer service isnt a strong suit for her or the other employees. The good news is that the burger and fries were pretty good. Unfortunately, I got the teriyaki chicken plate and while the chicken was actually perfect, the rice was undercooked. All that combined, we wont be coming here again.
