One recommendation for this location would be to answer the phone! I placed an online order for two veggie bowls: one chicken and one steak. I wanted to take out the cabbage from the bowl So I called right after I placed the order, repeatedly, and got no answer each time I called. On the fourth or fifth time I called they finally answered and told me that they cannot take out the cabbage from the bowls since they were already made and the delivery guy would be picking up the food in 2 mins.I'm not upset just annoyed because if they would have answered the first few times that I called they would have made it the way I wanted it.Will be picking up the orders in the future since the app does not make it convenient to get exactly what you want.

Very disappointed in the service I had today. I did and online order, got to the location and found a sign in the front that due to staffing I would need to go through the drive thru to pick up online orders… okay that's fine, it's understandable. I get to the window let the girl know I was picking up my order, she handed me my bag and I then I said “ I just want to be sure, one of these chicken bowls has no sauce” she said “yup” and rolled her eyes, I let it go and drove away. I decided to park to be sure that the one had no sauce like ordered and as I suspected all had sauce. I went back in the drive thru AGAIN to get an attitude from the same girl. When she took my bowl she rolled her eyes again took it to the back, scooped the chicken out and put new chicken on top. Same bowl I returned with all the sauce all over the veggies and down to the bottom of the bowl…even on the lid!!! The name of this rude employee is RUBY she has very bad customer service and possibly an eye problem that needs to be looked at. I will not return to this location anytime soon.

I like this place. Its usually on point with the quality of their food and very tasty. Service is good. I hope that the Waba Grill in the City of Industry has improved since my last horrible experience at that particular location where the girl @ the drive-thru window was rude right off the bat from taking my order-she was rushing me to hurry and the finale of the experience was her arguing with me and intervening into my complaint to the so-called acting mgr at the time because the real mgr was on break...what a joke and total unprofessional-ism at its best..Just beware of that location. The few others that I have been to have demonstrated friendliness and exceptional service.

I've tried getting boba here multiple times and every single time they're closed over 2 hours early. So I come here a 7:30pm-8ish and they're already closed but they claim to be open till 9:30pm on their website. One time I walked up and a guy that worked there gave me a weird stare and then went back in and started eating his food with his coworkers even though THEYRE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN. I've had it with this place and I highly highly recommend trying any other boba shop. Go to Tastea or it's boba time. They're super good and have a grade A.

No words can describe the eating experience I had that day.I ordered the Korean BBQ Loaded Fries and the Duo Slider Combo with Seoul Chick and Korean Hot flavors along with the Gochugaru Ranch and Kimchi Aioli and man...my taste buds have never tasted anything that mind blowing in my life. The Loaded fries were absolutely nut busting, the beef tickled its way onto my tongue leaving its delicious juices and flavors along to marinate with the cheesy jacket it had on to keep it warm for the night. You shant forget the beefs plus-one that is also invited to the party; The fries bring a warm and thick presence to the room that gives an exciting yet nurturing ambience that calls for you to take yet another bite of excellence. Man if you pair all of that with EITHER of those sauces that I mentioned before you will start to levitate and hit your head on that steel industrial warehouse ceiling. The Duo Sliders were such a thrilling surprise to this journey, as if a pair of twins from Korea with different personalities (Korean Hot and Seoul Chick) each showed me around their home town to give me a different experience despite being in the same area of modern Korea. Now lets go lets go over each personality. The Seoul Chick was a more savory flavor with a hint of sweetness, it took me around Seoul and showed me all the quiet coffee shops and bakeries that offer small bites of memories that take you back to when you rode a bike alone for the first time around the neighborhood. The Korean Hot however, took me to all the crowded night clubs and bars that are well known amongst the young folk, these places are known to be THE spot for parties, the spot where you want to have a good time with friends at night but wake up in the morning in someones laundry room with 20 minutes left on the dryer. The spice gives you a gentle pinch on your booty but not enough to repel the easily spiced. The chicken was very crispy and coated with said sauce but the inside is warm, tender and juicy as opposed to its breaded exterior. The buns are not like any other burger buns from your local Walmart, these brioche buns are buttered to perfection as if they were designed to lay softly on that chicken breast to provide a comforting soft layer for your tongue. As said before, the Oracle of Ages and the Oracle of Seasons called Gochugaru Ranch and Kimchi Aioli pair SO well with all of the items on their menu. I found myself mixing and matching sauces, trying to find which sauce is the best but alas I came to the conclusion that both sauces belong on the first place pedestal.Next time I go I will definitely try their chicken sandwich with other sauces I havent tried. OH also all that for only $24 is absolutely INSANE especially in this economy. I still cant believe they awarded me with such an experience for a small price.Sorry to be a Debbie Downer but ngl the portion for the loaded fries were kinda small lowkey :yikes_emoji: I needed more fries to fill the empty void in my stomach :(. Other than that though the fries were so good, I wish I lived closer...I would eat there every day if I could.

This place from the time I entered the doors until the time I left is worth every bit of 5 stars. Very warm and friendly environment and the lady behind the counter actually brought my to-go food over to me. The food was excellent, hot and fresh and plentiful without sacrificing the protein with vegetables. I ordered a combo bowl with chicken and steak, veggies and white rice and it was definitely one of the best meals Ive had in a while. Will definitely be back.

Uminoya Ramen
5420 Philadelphia St c, Chino, CA 91710, United States
Im sorry, but I have no idea why this place was rated 4.9 stars on Google. We came on a Wednesday night for the first time with a party of 4, including 2 kids at about 7 p.m.We went up to order our ramen dishes and a pork fried rice dish, but we were told not to order the fried rice because it would take much longer than the ramen, so we did not get to buy it even though we wanted it. They said that because there was no indoor seating available, it was takeout only, and it would be about 15 min to be ready. Fine, we dont live far, so it was no big deal. We ended up waiting 60 minutes for our food with exceedingly cranky and hungry kids. And while we were waiting for our food, 7 parties came, ordered their food, got their food, and had left!Prepare to end up waiting a very long time for your food with no apologies and a very upsetting experience.

Miso Sushi & Grill

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐6-Star Sushi Restaurant!!! ?✨I could not rate this place more highly. I happened to park nearby while famished for some lunch, so I decided to stroll on in. I was pleasantly greeted by Kai, and his customer service was truly out of this world!Kai and the cook Ken catered to my needs perfectly, taking great care to ensure my celiac dietary needs were met! Not a single trace of gluten came near my sushi roll. Ive never had such a seamless experience at a sushi joint. Eating out isnt always this easy with my condition, but this restaurant feels just like home. The food was phenomenal. I LOVE me some good salmon, so I ordered the Salmon Lover specialty roll. The salmon was so velvety, it literally felt like melted in my mouth while eating it. I scarfed that bad boy down so fast, I immediately ordered a new roll after that.Once again, I cannot commend the service enough. I hope anyone who reads this feels inspired to give the place a try if they have certain dietary restrictions that they believe may be possible to work around with the proper food preparation because youll absolutely find that here. The price is absolutely worth the service. The atmosphere in here was very calming and relaxing. The music isnt too loud. Good vibes all-around, and the radio is relaxing at a good volume nearby the bar section where you can sit alone if youre just coming for a quick bite. Plenty of seats and tables available if you are coming with a group of friends or family.Menu was easy to read, and theres a lot of great options. If youre in the area, lets give this place the love it deserves! Im definitely coming here more. Its nearby one of my commutes. ?(P.S. The roll in my picture was my second roll. I tried the Mango Tango roll with seaweed replacing soy paper, yellowtail instead of salmon, and no tempura. I finished the Salmon Roll before taking a picture. ?)

Tokido Craft Ramen

Went to Tokido today for dinner, youre instantly greeted as soon as you walk in.The restaurant is a nice small place. The dining room has fun anime paintings all around! Music is also fun!The waiter gave us detailed instructions on how to order. Youll have to scan the QR code on your table. This will bring up the menu, just input the amount of people in your party, and instant access to order for your table. What did we order?Drinks:•Iced Passionfruit Green Tea - Light, not too sweet, and very refreshing!•Iced Lychee Green Tea - Also very refreshing, that perfect balance between the lychee and tea.Appetizers:•Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice - The tuna itself was delicious, the crisp on the rice was great, the sauce had a slight sweetness to it that kinda threw me off. Now does that mean its bad? No, just not my personal preference.•Fried Soft Shell Crabs - Pure perfection, the crabs were crunchy, and super flavorful by itself. I added a squeeze of lime onto my next piece, that gave it an extra zest that made it even better!Main Course:•Toki Butter & Corn Ramen - Let me tell you how excited I was for this, and it did not disappoint! The butter that melted and blended in with the broth. Perfect. I also added a bit of chili oil to cut through the richness, which made it even better! The chicken chashu was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The seasoned egg just added that much more to this ramen! If was so satisfying!•Toki Special Ramen - This was what my friend ordered. He talked about how rich the broth was, and the pork chashu was so tender and amazing.Overall its a great place, will definitely go again when Im in the area!
