WaBa Grill

I'm not someone who likes to leave bad reviews, especially in this economy, but this Waba Grill is pretty bad. It's taken several visits to get me to actually come & speak out because I've tried talking to the staff, & they're probably some of the most careless people I've ever seen hold down a job. To begin, they're all on their phone, blasting music. One of my most recent visits they were listening to Immortal Technique, which if you know who that is you know it's not appropriate for any establishment. When you ask them a question, you really have to get their attention because they're too busy talking amongst themselves (sometimes they're even sitting on the counters lol) that you're just inconveniencing them, & once you can get the question out they visibly show how little they care & they answer with short, unhelpful responses. My question this visit was, how did I just pay $10 this bowl? Their response: “that's the bowl size”. It was barely covering the bottom with rice & it truly had such small amounts of chicken that it was infuriating because this isn't the first time they do this. I said, “really because this only happens to me here?” They said “other cooks just get lazy & won't measure it out”. What else was I supposed to say to that? I paid nearly $25 for 2 of these bowls because I choose white meat only. So fast forward to today where I visited another location, this is what their bowls look like. It's touching the lid with how full it is & we can always break it up into two servings. I won't come back to this Waba, just because you're trying to save pennies everywhere you can doesn't give you the right to short your customers who pay good money.

Ordered a family meal with walnut shrimp and they packed only half of the box but charged us $3.75 more for this entree along with the angus steak that was also $3.75 more. I asked for more shrimp and the chinese manager said they only give 21 pieces. I told her the box doesn't look like it has 21 pieces (as it was only half full) and asked if she counted 21 pieces before she packed it up & she said yes, which is untrue (check cameras to see if she actually counted). The sign in the front of the actual entree states that it's only $1.75 extra for this, so not only did they falsely advertise their pricing and charge us extra for 18 pieces of shrimp which I counted since it was obviously not enough, they barely give you any food to justify a family meal that cost over $45. I can't believe how much they charge for the amount of food you get. Unbelievably overpriced for what you pay. She wouldn't even look in the box to see if I was in the right or not; she automatically just said no almost as if they were used to this type of reaction and, based on the reviews below, it looks like this is typical. I wish I knew before I came here.

Okay, my wife and I went there for dinner. As we made our way to the glass, a young lady started to take our order. As she was doing that, a young man behind her tossed a pen and it bounced and landed in the chow main. The young lady looked at it, and ignored it and tried to continue to take our order. So, I asked her to speak with the Manager and she tried to say it's ok as she plucked the pen from the Chow main, explaining that their pens are sanitized smh. So the Manager came and when I explained everything to him, he immediately pulled the chow main and was seemingly concerned, that we were concerned. The guy that threw the pen was unfazed by this whole thing continuing to work while ignoring this conversation. In my day, he would had been fired on the spot. As for the young lady defending that action, shame on her for the misleading information with regard to them sanitizing their pens (the ink too).

My new fav Asian restaurant! This was my first time eating here and fell in love! The orange peel chicken with rice was a large plate for only $12.99. I’ll have at least one more meal with the leftovers. Could have easily shared it. There was a lot of flavor and it was very filling. I can’t wait to go again and try more dishes.Eat in and have their hot tea- very delicious! Atmosphere reminded me of Chinese restaurants from when I was a kid.You can do take out, but the ambiance was fun!The scents emanating from the restaurant while in the parking lot pulled me in and I wasn’t disappointed!

We have been customers since the day this place was opened. It has been one of our favorite places, especially when it comes to sushi. I apologize for just now reviewing this spot. The sushi is always fresh and good portions to price point. The servers have always been right on any requests and the sushi chefs are creative and fun.The prices are reasonable and the owners have been like family. The owners, Both Steve and Michelle are amazing people through and through. They have cared for each of theirs guests with the upmost in service and community. Due to health issues they have made the unselfish decision to sell the store. It breaks our hearts to see them go. We wish the nothing but the best in their future. We hope that the new owners uphold the same level of product and service as they promise.

Chinese restaurant, But not friendly to Chinese. An Asian waitress who looks like Philippines, was very rude, seems uneducated and ill-bred. She is very impatient and try to push you to order as soon as possible. Its a shame, They ruin the reputation of Chinese restaurant. Food is not authentic Chinese food. Will never come again.

Pho Ngon Restaurant

My hubby and I decided to tryPho Nngon restaurant in the Lake Elsinore CA area because the reviews maker it sound like it was phenomenal however unfortunately that wasnt our experience! My hubby ordered the Lemongrass vermicelli with Chicken dish which was very good according to him!I think that because he can handle it spicy & he ordered it a little more spicy than usual, he said that really added lots of flavor! He really liked it!I ordered the Chow Fun with Chicken. Unfortunately when I first tried this dish it was a little flavorless but I added some hoisin sauce too it and it made it so much better!! Maybe it was just an off day! My hubby liked it so we will probably be back to give it one more try! Lol . Im just being honest! ?UPDATE;Okay, I have an update for you all.So we did end up going back because my hubby really likes their Lemongrass Vermicelli bowl. This time I decided to try their Shaking Beef plate. Thats because its usually one of the first on any menu that I tryLol.. ? its also one of my favorite dishes to try at any Vietnamese restaurant! I must say, their Shaking Beef dish is one of my favorites now! LolIve only found two or three restaurants out here that can make that dish phenomenal! Their sauce is just so yummy!! I actually ordered a side of it too add just a little bit more to my dish just because it was so good!! ?You can easily see that this is one of my favorite dishes now and is definitely worth trying!! ??

Sansui Sushi
29280 Central Ave #K, Lake Elsinore, CA 92532, United States
I called in an order of miso ramen, vegetable tempura, and edamame. On the restaurants Google menu, it said the miso ramen had chashu (pork) so I asked what it was and learned it was meat, which I dont eat, so I told them I didnt want it because of that and they said it doesnt come with it, so it would be fine. I knew Id arrive close to 2:30 (the time they close before they reopen again later) and made sure it was okay for me to get the order and they confirmed. When I got there, the staff were all hanging out in the main dining room waiting for me to pick it up (I made it with 10 minutes to spare). The lady rang me up and read out my order, which I also read out to confirm, and the chef starts to look confused at the lady, talking to her in japanese. I kept hearing him say tonkatsu and miso, but I didnt understand what else he said, so I just thought it was them saying they ended up putting the chashu on the side like how i was saying it when i initially asked what the chashu was. The lady shooed him off and had me pay for the meal. Found out when I got home that they gave me tonkatsu ramen and they put shrimp tempura in my vegetable tempura. Luckily I noticed both before I ate and pulled them out, but it sucks that she decided that it was better to trick me into getting the wrong ramen instead of trying to correct it or not charge me for it. Giving it 2 stars because at least they allowed me to get the food so close to closing time and they technically didnt leave any items out (gave me ramen, tempura, and edamame). Also idk if its the my aversion to meat or the ramen itself, but it wasnt that good.Edit: After reading some of the other low reviews, I realized they didnt give me the check at the end (i noticed that while i was there but since i was there at their closing, i didnt wanna trouble them anymore). I wonder if i was charged that gratuity charge like the other people are talking about.

Love this place! Waited a long time to go there because, well, its a casino and I dont usually go to casinos for my meals but when we finally did we were so pleasantly surprised that weve come back at least two dozen times over a three month period and neither of us have had anything that we did not like. They have a great Asian menu, their appetizers are delicious and everything in between has been wonderful! Their steaks, Seafood and ribs are also delectable. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!
