I got a Togo order at 8:35 pm on 9/18 but this isn't about that. It is what I witness and how I was treated that night inside the restaurant while waiting for my food. Since they close at 9, the staff was cleaning the lobby & the cook was cleaning the kitchen. Here's why I am writing this horrible review…. The cook was spraying chemicals onto the wall, directly over the food being prepared in the fryer. Being 7 years in the restaurant industry myself, it stuck out to me. As I stood there and watched it happen multiple times, also watching the particles in the air move down towards the fryer, I brought it to the attention of a staff member “Amanda”. She notified the cook “a customer brought this to my attention” and the cook immediately started talking back. He started arguing and talking loud enough to where I could hear him stating he's not doing anything wrong. He said “it's a closed floor so there's nothing wrong with it” & I said “you're spraying chemicals directly over food you're preparing”. At this point he stayed quiet (until I left) and I stated “I work in a restaurant, I took the test. That's a hazard.” At which point I grabbed my food and left, thankful it wasn't my food being prepared, yet nervous to eat my order. I am not only furious of the blatant disregard this cook had for food safety, but the fact he felt the need to argue back when a paying customer pointed out he is commuting a hazard that could get a lot of people sick. Never going here again and I genuinely hope he gets reprimanded & has to take the test again.

After reading positive comments about this location on Nextdoor, I was anticipating going to check this place out. Unfortunately I was not impressed and was a bit disappointed. I ordered a Combo B (2 entree meal). Had the chow mein, orange chicken, mushroom chicken and egg rolls. Food was luke warm. Orange chicken was very tasty but there was more breading than actual chicken. I did enjoy the mushroom chicken. Had crunchy zucchini pieces along with full mushrooms. The veggie egg rolls were very crispy and tasteful but the sweet and sour sauce provided tasted a bit strange. Definitely was not made in the restaurant. May or may not visit again. Ive definitely had better Chinese food here in Hemet.

Five star restaurant although I cannot get the fifth star for some reason. I have traveled throughout Asia and lived in Taiwan for one year on the local economy. Not only is this the best Chinese restaurant in Hemet it is truly authentic!

This has been my go-to place for fast Chinese takeout for 30 years. Just 2 months ago I bought their food for my 8 year olds bday that cost over $200. But tonight my wonton soup was broth and broccoli with one very under cooked wonton. I called the manager and told him how disappointed I was since that has never happened before and asked if something has changed. I was told nothing has changed and its all from the same pot and he cant pick what goes into each bowl. He asked me if I wanted to have a new soup made and come get it. So I drove back over there and waited quietly until it was my turn in line as not to make a fuss. When he brought me my new soup he told me to make sure it was what I wanted. I looked and saw it was not all broccoli and thanked him. He then banged his hand on the plastic shield in front of the register pointing out a sign and saying special order no refund no exchange. I had to ask him to repeat it and again he banged his hand on it angry at me about it. I said its just wonton soup and he said that IS special order. WHAT?? I said sorry I didnt know and left. Not once did he apologize for my wonton soup being broccoli broth and if that is their policy why offer it on the phone and have me drive there? Im done. My twice a month average visits there is over for my family of 10 and no more $200+ catered events because of an $8 bowl of soup. I can find a new fast Chinese food place that will be nice and apologetic when they make a mistake and appreciate my loyal business.

We came at the end of January and it was a mess. Busy, out of control, staff arguing. We left after 45 minutes of a terrible service without ordering. Decided to come back and give it another try. Benefit of the doubt. One reason we left that night is that the owner (appeared to be) kept smoking next to the partially open door. Gross, but also Im allergic. I did share this as I left last time. Finally went back. Noticed still a bunch of cigarette butts by doors. Nasty. Also disrespectful to the property in general. You dont care about your space? And others? My favorite was garlic noodles with filet and chicken satay. Not the same. Used to crave and devour it, didnt even want to eat it at all. It used to come out hot wok fresh and SUPER garlicky. It was lukewarm at best, barely any flavor... just oily noodles. And the satay was dry and broke apart, cold in the middle. No way this was cooked fresh to order.I dont think the same cooks are there, and I miss the girls that used to run the whole show - they were amazing. Not so friendly now (except one). Also appeared to be special treatment for friends.Waited 10 minutes at counter to pay while to go order was being taken. There were so many people there available to help! This used to be the spot where we brought guests, which we will never do again and quite frankly, wont even bring ourselves back. You had a good thing. We will miss it.

Update 5/27/24: Changed from rating 3 stars to 1 star. Been coming here semi-regularly for the past few months. Havent seen the irritating server discussed below, BUT!!!Restaurant opens at 10am. Arrived today at 10:10am. There was only ONE item in the steam trays. I asked for Jalapeno Chicken. Server told me 15 minutes. I asked if they could make Jalapeno Chicken faster since I was waiting. Server said No. I asked about egg rolls. Server said 5 minutes.I verified that they open at 10am. Server said yes. I asked why they didnt have everything available when they open. Server told me that this is how its done. I said that for normal businesses, everything is ready and available when the shop opens. Server said that was not how business is run.I paid for 2 egg rolls. At 10:28, still no egg rolls. I asked again. Egg rolls appeared from kitchen. Half the steam trays were still empty and although it had been more than 15 minutes, still no Jalapeno Chicken.Instead of apologizing for not having expected items available, server made a nasty face as she slammed my egg rolls into the bag and pointedly refused to say thank you when she handed my order to me.Last straw! I WILL NOT return again. I dont need to be treated as if IM the problem when half the normal items are not available 30 minutes after opening and no effort is made by staff to apologize or to accommodate reasonable requests.* * * * *1st time here. Place is clean enough, large selection at steam tables, mostly deep fried. The menu board is incomplete. I only wanted one item and couldnt find prices for single items on the menu board so I asked how much is one item as I pointed to some noodles. Server pointed to the combo plates on the menu board. I explained again that I only wanted one item.Server said large or small and pointed to some containers. I asked for prices. Server said large or small. I said large. She gave me the price for the large container. I then had to ask what the price was for the small container. As I was checking out, I noticed the egg rolls and asked the price. Server said chicken or vegetable. I said whats the price? Server repeated chicken or vegetable. I said chicken. She gave me the price for chicken egg rolls. Then I asked what was the price for the vegetable rolls. Server then gave me the price for the veg egg rolls.Geez!!! Why not just give me the prices for the various choices in a single answer? I dont think I should have to ask a specific question for each option to find out the prices, especially when those items are not listed on the menu board.Despite my irritation with the server, I thought the food was better than the other Chinese restaurants Ive tried in the area. The prices were very reasonable too, so Ill probably return. Hopefully the server will get some coaching about how to answer customer questions, or Ill come on a day when theres a server whos willing to fully answer questions.

I came here for lunch on my birthday a month ago and had a fantastic experience. The food was really good and so was the Mango passion fruit tea. I've came back a few times and gotten a Togo orders. Honestly the food is always fresh to order and the ingredients are good. I recommend this place to everyone. Not only if their food and customer service amazing but they're also really nice. Yesterday father' day Sunday we were a few doors down buying ice cream. The ladies at the ice cream shop delicias michoacanas denied my 4 yr old niece to used their bathroom. Not only were they rude about it even though we were buying a lot of things from them. We ended up walking out and going down the street. My sister in law brought my niece here and was able to use the restroom without having purchasing anything. I'll continue coming here and supporting this business. thank you for being kind.
