Asian lady serving has a horrible attitude she is super stingy with condiments, plates and forks she gives you such an attitudei asked for teriyaki sauce and i believe she charged me $3 for 3 tiny cups also some people came getting thai tea she had a special buy 2 get the other free but when they asked for it without ice she said no ice no deal ? overall she is rude. Food is okay the only good thing was the mexican man singing in the background while i ate my expensive food!

Ive been going to this place for years and I always order the same thing. The food is alright, and the portions are standard. The customer service is terrible. I ordered the two-item combo, the woman over the counter asked what I wanted, and I told her and turned the corner to check if they had egg rolls and I also got a side of them too. I didn't watch her scoop up the food. She was also rushing me through the order even though I was the only one there. I thought “well it's fast food,” so I didn't say anything.She gave me my total, I paid and left. Once in my car, I opened the container and saw an empty spot where my broccoli was supposed to be I went back to let her know I was missing an item. She got defensive really fast and denied hearing that it was a 2-item combo. I opened the container and showed her it was missing and again she yelled that I only ordered a “B” combo and not a “C” combo. She then said it would be $1 to upgrade.I understand that mistakes happen but I'm not going to get yelled at for $1 worth of broccoli. I paid cash, and they didn't provide a receipt so who knows what she punched into the register. I never complain to restaurants, and I usually let stuff like that go. But they really handled the whole thing badly. I never raised my voice at her, I was polite and was actually embarrassed that I even went back. She literally had no reason to go off on me like that. I told her that I wasn't going to argue with her and left.

Ok the food here is amazing and all and now I dont mean to be rude here but today 6/16/20 around 5:10pm I was disrespected by this one lady who was attending me who also works at the tasty goody Chinese resturant I just simply asked her for another little bag to take my sweet and sour sauce in so it wouldnt spill because I was bike riding since I dont have a car yet and she just said look we just tie it up like this and I asked her one more time respectfully and in a rude way she just said no and didnt do it you know who you are Ms its me the guy with a black and white LA hat and a black and white LA face mask the one who recognized you with all respect Im the customer and Im buying here all I want is for you to please treat the customers with respect and listen to them is all, do good to others and good will come back to you thank you and have a blessed day.

Dont ever order from this location through Doordash. They will screw you with the meat portions. They know since you arent there in person, theyll screw you on the amount of meat! I got all rice and a tiny amount of meat!!! What a joke. All of this for $24?!?

If i could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is beyond horrible. All the employees work as if it was their first day on the job. The drive thru line wrapped around the block and inside was just as bad. Slow orders, wrong orders, missing items. I asked for my money back and the manager was upset about it and snatched my card out of my hand. If you hate your job so much, go find a new place to work.Also, if you know the stove isnt working, which you need to cook the beef. Then put up a sign, dont have me order and then make me wait 30 mins to tell me you cant complete my order. Make it make sense. Someone shut this place down, or get new management. Most of the reviews are negative and true. Dont waste your time and money.
