D&D FireArt Chinese Cuisine
20501 Yorba Linda Blvd Spc D3, Yorba Linda, CA 92886, United States
I know good Chinese food. This place is incredibly delicious and authentic Chinese food. Shocked that Yorba Linda finally has a great Chinese restaurant, never thought I would see the day. Will be nice to not have to drive all the way to Irvine or Rowland heights to get the good stuff. Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.
Mins Bistro Chinese Cuisine
18423 Yorba Linda Blvd, Yorba Linda, CA 92886, United States
This restaurant is probably the best Chinese restaurant that Ive been to in Anaheim Hills and Yorba Linda. The only other restaurant that comes close is Mix Gourmet (also in Yorba Linda). The food here is very fresh and authentic and the customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!
Panda Express
18503 Yorba Linda Blvd, Yorba Linda, CA 92885, United States
Honestly, it is the best Chinese food in this area. Its sad when a chain restaurant is the best Chinese food because the small, family owned places usually have the authentic real deal food, but they have all gone out or have been sold to people who make the same food as Panda! At least for a Panda Express, this place does do a pretty good job, its clean, the food is always hot, and the employees are super friendly. Order online before you go so that there is no need to wait in the ridiculously long line. Besides the line, the only other thing that sucks about this place is the parking situation, which is not their fault. Park in the lot by Yorba Lake Pet Clinic and walk over if there are no spots available.
Tans House
18553 Yorba Linda Blvd, Yorba Linda, CA 92886, United States
A great, long established Yorba Linda restaurant. Still serving Cantonese in addition to other Chinese regional fare. A full menu with many specialties and a lunch menu that is a bargain with choice of hot & sour or egg drop soup, steamed or fried rice, a spring roll, and entre.
Mix Gourmet
23741 La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda, CA 92887, United States
I was impressed with the setup and interior of the place. The food we ordered was definitely gourmet and tasty compared to the average Chinese restaurant. I live in the Yorba Linda area and It was my first experience here and found them by accident but it definitely wont be my last. Staff was very friendly. All around great service.
Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors
187 Yorba Linda Blvd, Placentia, CA 92870, United States
Food is ready on time and the portion is good. My total came in at about $12 so can’t complain much for this value. The store looked clean but nobody was sitting there. Probably it’s bc it’s a better takeout spot, which I did for my first order there. There’s a Chinese restaurant nearby that’s more for a sitting down occasion, but this place has the better price, considering some of the similar offering. Nonetheless, it’s a decent place and an alternative for a quick asian pick-up meals

The Richard Nixon Library & Museum
18001 Yorba Linda Blvd, Yorba Linda, CA 92886, United States
I will admit up front that I did not have high expectations for visiting this presidential library/museum. Nixon was not a favorite of mine, and I well remember his presidency as one marred by scandal, even though I was just a young teenager. However, I have now visited it, and within the context of time passed, as well as having visited each of the presidential libraries that the National Archives operates, I can say a few things about the Richard Nixon one, which I visited in mid-September 2023:This presidential library deals in more or less honest and straightforward fashion with the mans complex nature, and has a very detailed account of the Watergate scandal, in which Richard Nixon does not come out looking too good. It does demonstrate how he was clearly a victim of his own insecurities, perhaps built up over a lifetime of perceived slights. Yet, this is well balanced by his great achievements, such as the opening to China, and some major environmental legislation (which will come as a surprise to many). And those are only to name two.The library and museum are set within a neighborhood, right where Nixon was born, in fact. And there is a certain modesty about that, in contrast to several of the other presidential libraries, which have more dramatic settings. Being nestled within his hometown is perhaps in keeping with some elements of the mans personality.I will say, to my own surprise, that, of all the presidential libraries/museums that I have visited (and, as I say, I have been to all of them now), this one is actually my personal favorite. It comes across as well curated, honest (not hagiographic), and giving a great historical overview of the life and times of the man as well as the context of the American and world scene. I highly recommend this presidential library and museum to everyone who is interested in American history and the presidency.
House of Thai Cuisine
17401 Bastanchury Rd #102, Yorba Linda, CA 92886, United States
Decent Thai for a quick fix. They seem to have an identity crisis and dont know if they should be a Thai, Chinese or Japanese restaurant.
