So I have to say that I hate to give them 2 stars bc the food there is a 5. This review only reflects our experience at our last visit with this particular waiter. This is the 2nd time weve eaten here and so we are still newbies when it comes to the ramen scene. When we arrived we were seated promptly. I was trying to recall the teriyaki chicken bowl that I got last time I was there but I couldnt find it on the menu. When our waiter came over to start our order I asked him if they had a teriyaki chicken bowl to which he rolled his eyes and replied no. He said they only have the chicken bowl. I asked if they rotate their menu- thinking that maybe bc we came on a weekend last time that maybe they dont offer the same items during the week- this time he couldnt help but laugh at me. He then clarified that the chicken bowl does come with teriyaki he thinks. He then asked another waitress who came over and said yes it does but if I wanted to i could get the teriyaki on the side. Being that my picky 7 year old was with me I thought that would be a good idea. We ordered our chicken bowl with teriyaki on the side and a shoyu ramen. My daughter also got a tea. Our waters came out first and then our food but still no iced tea. When the food arrived the teriyaki sauce was not on the side but I decided to leave it be and just work with what we got. About 10 minutes into our food we asked about my daughters iced tea. The waiters reply was yea I can get that for you. Instead of remdying the situation right away he still took another 5 minutes to finally bring the tea. At this point she was pretty much done with her food. I understand that the cost of food and staff have gone up significantly post pandemic however when your staff doesnt care about the experience they give your customers bc they know theyre getting a service fee and tip no matter what, then maybe you should step in. The 2 small encounters that we had with one of the female waitresses was pleasant and she was helpful. The male waiter must have thought he was too good to be there bc he could have cared less about our needs or even getting our order correct. If we eat here again I doubt we will dine in.

I was craving teriyaki food and searched places near my job. This place was the closest to my job. I came here because of the distance and also because I saw that it had 4.5 stars. However, I went today, place was empty… made me wonder why. Also place seems kind of outdated. I ordered a chicken and beef combo plate to share with my husband. From the entire plate, the only thing we can say was good was the salad with the dressing and the rice. The beef tasted like it was old, meat was hard and so was the chicken. I would not come back to eat at this place nor would I recommend it. Waste of time and money.

Today was my first time trying this place. My sister and her boyfriend were craving poke bowls for lunch and recommended this place. We ordered via postmates. I ordered the large bowl with white rice as the base, 4 proteins - spicy tuna, salmon, scallop, and albacore. I added almost everything to the bowl because I like my poke bowl to be very flavorful and usually get the whole shibang. However, this place doesn't look like they have that option rather you select what you want. Mix-ins: onion and cucumber. Sauces: house sauce, ponzu, spicy ponzu, sesame oil, spicy mayo, and sweet chili. Sides: crab meat and seaweed salad. Toppings: green onion, cilantro, corn, edamame, Masago, crispy garlic, crispy onion. Drizzle: spicy mayo, eel sauce, lemon garlic and sriracha on the side. Although I requested for almost close to everything, the bowl was still a bit dry and it did not seem like all the sauces I requested was added. Also they did not provide the sriracha on the side as requested. I'm not sure if they were busy or they just missed adding what was requested. The large bowl was very filling, so make sure you're hungry if you get this size.As this was my first time trying this place, I had a different expectation than what I experienced. Honestly, I've had better poke from other place. This place was not terribly bad. However, I would not highly recommend this place. Nonetheless, feel free to give this place a chance and see whether you have a better experience than I did.
Dons Eatery

The owner is friendly and the food is good. It's a small place with a few tables inside and a couple of tables outside. They have some breakfast items that are available from 8 AM to 10 AM.I've had a few items on their menu. The chicken teriyaki plate was good. The chicken was moist unlike another reviewer experienced. The salad that accompanies this dish is nothing fancy. Basically lettuce and dressing. The beef fried rice was very good. The rice is mixed with diced carrots, peas, green beans and scrambled eggs. The portion of beef was rather small, but the large amount of rice makes up for that. This is served with the same lettuce with dressing. The BLT was very good. I love the seasoning salt they add to the french fries. If you like your fries crispy, you need to ask for that. They're normally served “just done“I do not recommend the burger. It probably should not be listed in their logo because it is a weak menu item. It is a frozen patty that is cooked well done and rather dry. They have a large assortment of sodas along with Gatorade. The 34 ounce draft beer is $10. They have assortment of bottled beer as well.Bag snacks are also available. Doritos, cookies, etc.

I work here so what can I say, good pay, benefits and people to work with. I see reviews from the truckers and some are bad because they have to wait a long time to get unloaded but what they dont tell you is that some of the loads that get there are a mess inside, some pallets are knocked over and boxes everywhere. This mess takes time to clean up then continue unloading, the problem is whoevers tied the load down inside those trailers did not do a good job and the load spills, who has to clean it up, we do. How about when they bring some of the load that should be going somewhere else or the boxes are to big for our facilities and they know this, so as they saying goes, theres always two sides to a disagreement. Theres more, believe me but Ill just leave it at that, enjoy your day.
