Sushi Monster

Good local sushi and bento spot on Belmont. The galbi ribs are the best around, including the Korean bbq restaurants in the area. The rolls are good as well and the tempura ice cream is a familiar favorite. The dining area is small so it can get crowded at busy times. The restaurant usually has sporting events on the wall monnted tvs.

This wonderful gem in Belmont has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants in the area. Everything weve tried so far has been excellent - the burger, ribeye, short ribs, fried chicken, vegetarian lasagna, pork belly, and Korean pork sandwich. Some of the dishes come with sides, like creamed spinach, mac & cheese, or fries, and those are also excellent, along with being larger than most restaurants sides. My only complaint so far has been the size of the chocolate pot de crème dessert, but that was only because it was so yummy! A wonderful choice for takeout during the covid era, or they also have a good sized patio for outdoor seating if youre comfortable with that.

Today was the second time I have ordered this restaurant! I love their chicken wings, Korean BBQ Crispy Chicken Bowl, and chocolate brownies.Their chicken wings were well-balanced, sour, sweet, juicy, and not greasy. The Korean BBQ crispy chicken bowl was a good portion, with fresh vegetables and yummy, crisp, and juicy grilled chicken. The Korean BBQ was not fried but very fluffy, and the fried squid as a topping tasted like Japanese, and the Korean fried squid snack was very creative.Their brownie was terrific, and it was not too sweet and crisp outside but was moist inside. I will order this one again.

Alright! Another Honest Food Review. For those who dont know already, this is a Hmong restaurant that sells hmong food.Lets start with the drink. We ordered the Nam Vam, and my wife loved it, and of course, my kids loved it as well. Always a kid fan favorite with the honey/ syrup and tapioca like noodles. The catfish with sticky rice was delicious as well, soft and very flavorful with lots of aromas coming from all the greens that it was cooked with, also the spiciness is perfect!Sticky rice and Hmong sausage are good as well. The only thing I would change or complain about would be the pepper sauce that it comes with. It is spicy but doesnt compliment the sausage when eating it all together, Id rather just get the sweet sauce instead.Steam rolls were delicious. Everything about them were perfect to me, from the taste to the consistency of the roll itself to how much meat is supposed to be in it was very well balanced. Also, a small touch is how they were made. Instead of being folded like most, these were rolled, and that made a difference to me.Eggrolls were something else. The first thing that you will notice is the glistening shine that the eggrolls have when you see the eggroll. Also, the smell will remind you of churros, so the first bite and smell will throw you off thinking you are eating a churro. Another thing would be the crispness that the eggroll had was perfect! When you take your first bite, you will notice that its crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, like how it should be. Most eggrolls have a crunch crunch when you eat them, but these were perfect and only had 1 crunch and then softness. It was perfect, and the sauce was perfect with the sweet sauce.Overall, its a great place with even outdoor dining, I would come back for sure to eat here, and they also cater food! So for sure, we will be back!

Do not shop here at this despicable establishment! THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY toxic, vile and quite frankly rotten to its core. The satanic individuals who prepare these meals at the deli are servants of some sort apocalyptic occult whose primary goal is to conjure up some ritualistic witchcraft with their unwholesome offerings. Beware and tread cautiously, for this place does not even deserve 1 star. The vegetables and fruits are rotten. One step inside and you are greeted by the rancid odor of piss and black magic voodoo. Eerie atmosphere as if uncontent with the concept of joy and cleanliness. These nihilistic shop owners and their assortment of cantakerous cashiers are monstrous price gouging behemoths from the depths of an abominable hellfire bent on ruining your appetite and wallet. Your day will be ruined by this store. The sheer lack of cleanliness and hygiene is enough for the State to close down this vile business. Nothing about this store is organic or healthy. Salmonella is their brand. Expensive, but oh so ratchet. You are better off starving. I feel so bad for the local patrons who have no choice but to clutch their pearls and endure such an abomination of a disgusting business. Shameful.
