Kaju Soft Tofu Restaurant -
7232 Orangethorpe Ave, Buena Park, CA 90621, United States
Looking for a soft tofu restaurant? I found this restaurant chain that satisfy my soft tofu craving!Highlights of the menu:1. Bibimbap - seafood bibimbap with shrimp and octopus2. Kaju special set C:- Galbi - Korean short ribs cut across the bone, tender, grilled up in sweet sauce- Small intestine tofu soupThe side dishes (banchan) are yummy and is served right when we enter the restaurant, while we’re waiting for the food. My favorite banchans are fish cake and dried fish. The dried fish is especially good with beer. The store is decorated with legit Korean arts and crafted sculptures, which I feel like I just went to a short trip to Korea. Really cute sculptures at the entrance!! They have multiple locations, including Garden Grove, Irvine, and Buena Park. Very convenient when we want to stop by for lunches and dinners.
Gangnam Station Korean BBQ - Buena Park
5333 Beach Blvd, Buena Park, CA 90621, United States
Checked out their Korean barbecue options and I love that they have different pricing packages but I like most of that they have a self-serving AYCE style buffet. With quality meat options it was so good. And I like that all the little sides that they bring you are similar to most Korean but they also had this chicken that was so good. I was obsessed and I like that their portions are a lot larger than most. All you can eat Korean restaurants. Service was fast and efficient and they are really friendly and on top of changing the pan and getting you meats. Restaurant is very modern very clean. Just a little loud on the music. Overall, I definitely would come back to try out their different menu packages. I highly recommend trying all their Wagyu cuts especially they’re spicy one was a 10 out of 10.
TNN KOREAN TANG AND NOODLE HOUSE BP
6924 Beach Blvd ste k-340, Buena Park, CA 90621, United States
Disappointing Experience at Seoul Tang and NoodleMy recent visit to Seoul Tang and Noodle was marred by poor customer service and disappointing food quality.Customer ServiceUpon arrival, we were informed that the kimchi dumplings we had ordered were no longer available. Instead of offering a solution politely, the staff member was abrupt and did not express any apology for the inconvenience caused. This lack of consideration and professionalism was disheartening and left a negative impression from the start. Also, For Management- Dont have a Kiosk if youre not even going to let customers know you no longer have certain items on the menu. You literally are money hungry and want customers to pay and then at the end you give us something we didnt even order and force us. Your customer service is so poor, the korean lady didnt even want to give us our money back.Food QualityI opted for the Pork Seundad Gukbab soup, hoping for a delicious and authentic experience. However, the soup did not meet expectations; it lacked the flavors I had enjoyed in similar dishes elsewhere. The overall taste was below average, and based on this experience, I would not recommend it to others seeking quality Korean cuisine.Additional ConcernsAdding to the disappointment, we encountered confusion regarding our water bottle order. Instead of clear instructions or assistance, we were directed to find the water ourselves in the fridge, which was not a welcoming experience for customers.ConclusionMy visit to Seoul Tang and Noodle left much to be desired. The combination of rude service, subpar food quality, and lack of proper customer assistance ensures that I will not be returning. I had anticipated enjoying a satisfying meal with pleasant service, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations.
M Korean BBQ & Misoolkwan

Friday 3/1/24 Dinner at M Korean BBQ & Misoolkwan in Buena Park with my cousin and friend Jimmy. It’s has been some time that we last went out to eat. Enjoying Korean bbq (beef & Pork combo) with lots of free side dishes. It’s so delicious!Donnie, service staff, was friendly, courteous, and hard working. He bbq all the meats and other items, cut it, and served us. Donnie was very focused on his cooking and patience. Thank you Donnie. You are awesome!I googled this restaurant last minute as a backup of another Korean bbq restaurant that was close by but packed with an hour wait time. This restaurant was busy as well but has about a 10 minute wait time so we decided on this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised and happy for the backup plan. I recommend trying this restaurant.David YoungRestaurant Enthusiast

Kuni Sashimi House
7550 Orangethorpe Ave, Buena Park, CA 90621, United States
I was feeling adventurous and decided to check out Kuni Sashimi House, a Korean and Japanese fusion restaurant in Buena Park. The food was fresh, delicious, and generous. I ordered the tacos, which were actually sashimi wrapped in seaweed with various toppings. They were amazing and flavorful, and came in a metal taco holder that made me feel like a cowboy. The sashimi was very fresh and tender, and the sauces were spicy and tangy. I also tried some of their other dishes, such as the live octopus, the oysters, and the uni pasta. They were all very good and satisfying, but not as good as the tacos. The place was very cozy and nice, with a farmhouse chic decor and windows that let in natural light. The service was friendly and attentive, and they checked on us frequently. They also brought us many side dishes that came with the sashimi combo, such as soup, salad, rice, kimchi, and more. They were all tasty and complemented the main dishes well, but not as well as the tacos.I would highly recommend Kuni Sashimi House to anyone who loves sashimi or wants to try something different and creative. They have a variety of dishes to choose from, ranging from traditional to fusion. They also have breakfast, brunch, bakery, and catering options. They source their ingredients from local farms and their own farm in Temecula, which makes their food fresh and organic. Kuni Sashimi House is a hidden gem that delivers quality and taste, especially the tacos.

BCD Tofu House
5321 Beach Blvd, Buena Park, CA 90621, United States
Food is not bad, but the service is not good!!Tables and chairs are not clean. Hot pot rice is dry. It seems that it takes some time after it cooks. I can see some burnt rice above the hot pot, too. When it comes to food, it is not bad. Especially, galbi is great!. tofu is itself salty but I personally like that taste so it doesnt matter to me. Inside ingredients in tofu are also great. I just hope that there will be further improvement in service. I wonder whether it is business fault or servers personal fault. The food itself wasnt bad. I wondered if soft tofu could be this expensive in Korea, but since there were a variety of side dishes and croaker was served, it made sense considering that it was across the ocean from America. The taste of the ribs itself was great. The quantity was quite large. However, the servers service level is barely 3 out of 5 below average. In addition to the average service of restaurants located in Korea, it is far below the average service of restaurants located in the United States with Americans as servers. Considering American culture, where tips must be given individually, I dont understand it even more.(I went a little after 4 oclock and sat down without waiting, but the table management was a mess, and there were some seats where I couldnt sit because there was rice cake. The stone pot rice seemed to have been dry for some time, and there was a dark area on the top of the rice. Its been a while since Ive been to a Korean restaurant, so I didnt want to feel bad, so I skipped over this part without making any complaints, but I regret this. Although it was difficult to raise your hand and say what you needed, like in Korea, we didnt even check the table to see if we had what we needed while eating. If there were a lot of customers, it wasnt even 1/3 full. )Is it a problem with the ratio of tips to employees or the pay system itself, or is it because they continue to receive customers without a break time and the servers do not have a break? Also, I am very curious about whether the service training for employees at the head office was incorrect.
