First time here. Loved the idea of cooking or own meats. At first our server (a White lady) was very nice & friendly & we even asked for help on how to use chopsticks. I thought we would have a great experience. I was wrong. I was going to ask for salt & pepper to add flavor to our meats which were not preseosoned but I never got the chance....She, our server must have forgotten about us. She had said she brought small servings (& they were) to make sure we liked them... Then she would bring us more of what ever we liked...(its supposed to be all you can eat)... Again we never got the chance... she never came back. We sat there for over 15 minutes waiting with empty drinks & empty meat trays. I can point out our neighbor table was having a completely different experience. The Hispanic man serving them was treating them like royalty... plenty of meats & drinks refills & constant attention. He even changed out their center table grilling dome. I would say that server was great but he really wasnt. I could hear them speaking Spanish & since I also speak it, I could understand them. It was obvious they knew each other. I tried to get his attention once but he was too busy being extra friendly & catching up with them to notice or care about anyone else. I had lost my appetite & was now on the verge of being angry & just wanted to leave. There is no front register counter. I could have just walked out & no one would have noticed. I had to find someone to pay my bill. I flagged down a worker. He was an Asian (Korean?) young man. He said you usually pay your server. I told him I was frustrated & felt we had been abandoned & just wanted to pay my bill & leave. He took my payment but then lied to my face... saying he had been walking around in our area to see if anyone needed anything. He had never come near our table at all. Very disappointed. I should have walked out without paying but I just couldnt do that. Sadly I will never be back.

So great that a place like this has opened in the AV serving authentically Korean street food (corn dogs and tteokbokki). The restaurant is very clean with lots of seating, staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. The corn dogs are always crunchy and the cheese super melty (even if you take it to eat at home) and the tteokbokki never misses. Highly recommend!

Customer service is trash. Lets start off with how youre not even greeted. We got there about 7:15. Food was out at 7:40. They packaged it to go. My husband asked for some plates and they said we couldnt dine in because they close at 8. Weve never been there before and we arrived at 7:15 and that was never stated to us when we were ordering. If she would have told us they closed at 8 and by the time the food was out wed be cutting it close to their closing time we wouldnt have even ordered food there. However it was still 20 min till closing so we proceeded to eat there because we had 2 toddlers who were very hungry. The whole time the person at the cashier is just staring at us. There was a point where we even thought she was recoding us. Also if youve never been there before you get no help what so ever when youre ordering. The cashier just gives the death stare the whole time. Their menus suck. There isnt even pictures of the food. Theres also finding Nemo music blasting loudly which is why the employees are probably sooo moody. Food was good though but not good enough to deal with bad customer service.

Update 2023: So surprised that they have lost their edge! I had a cheesesteak sandwich that was so dry I added KETCHUP to try and make it taste - at all! The meat was chewy and old-tasting, and it seemed they were on cheese rations, there was so little of it. The staff was so overworked that it took a long time to finally get our bill. Free refills? Yeah, if you want to wait that long. And its still too loud. We wont be going back any time soon, too many restaurants around competing for my money to go to a bad one.Old review: Good food, try the tacos and combine them. 2 is enough for me but there were some good choices. Try the Korean beef ?. Good service, he earned his tip tonight. Atmosphere is a little loud for conversation and the sports on the TVs is a distraction but this place has some good energy.

Since they have changed their staffs, (they were Asians before and now different ethnicities) everything has changed. The old lady who was on the front and answering the phone is very, very rude, disrespectful. I dont know her name but she was the only old lady there in the store at that time (11/12/2021). This old lady kept me on hold for 30 mins, and when I went there and confronted there her about it she said I was busy she said it like so? I got more important things to do why should I continue talking to you? --attitude. She didnt even apologize. I asked her Youre not even gonna apologize? she said No. She never made any eye contact with me and then I asked her Is this how you treat your customer? She didnt answer so I said Dont worry I will spread the word. The first people who were working there were soooooo nice...very courteous, polite. And now, we got an old lady who is very rude who cant tell who is the customer and who is not. And then theres this man who would ask if you need assistance to carry your groceries and would stay beside you until you give him a tip for assisting you. Unlike the first ones who were working there, who would happy to help you anytime and carry your stuff since its just a few steps away from their store.I will never set my foot here ever again!!!!! When my mother heard what happened she wanted me to give back all the groceries we got and I told her that its okay it will be our last anyway. I didnt want to inconvenience her by getting groceries again from another store just because the store doesnt know they need customers to keep their business.PS: Just to be clear, I got no problem with other ethnicities if they have work ethics. But they hired a no good non-Asian staff. They were all bad. The only ones who are nice at the moment were the ones at the back. They were the ones who clean the fish, fry them. I believe theyre Filipino, Hispanic, and African-American (only saw him once).

This is my favorite Chinese and Sushi restaurant in the high desert. They deliver and they have excellent sit down service, complimentary Tea and crackers with mustard and sweat and sour sauce there are also off menu Korean food items. If you like Spice Tuna, do yourself a favor and order their hand rolls, and house rolls you wont regret it.

We have been to this restaurant a handful of times, and most times it has been an enjoyable experience. The food is good, typically the service is decent, and there is usually a good show from the cook. The show is part of what you pay for when you come to a place like this with 5 kids.Tonight, however, we did not get any bot of a show from our cook. I had asked for a few accommodations to our meals. Between the 7 of us, we split 4 meals. I asked him for how we needed things made and divided before he even started cooking. I still had to walk around and make sure everything went on the correct plates. And I had to cancel the side order of tempura because we were all done before it was ever even close to ready. For 4 meals (1 adult, 3 kids), 4 kids drinks, and 3 adult beverages they charged us over $175 plus the added tip. They also charged us for a party of 8 instead of 7 which made the tip even more. I understand the prices when service is adequate. You pay that price for the experience. If we didnt want the experience, we would have ordered take out, or eaten somewhere else. But what was really frustrating was the response from who we assumed are the owners. All we got was sorry, we are busy. Nothing at all to make up for the lack of service/experience. I understand they were busy... it is mothers day. But every other cook gave an amazing show, and my kids had to watch from afar waiting for our turn that never came, and nobody even cared! I am just so frustrated that nobody cared the slightest bit. We waited a decent amount of time to enjoy the experience, and got nothing....
