Potato Noodle
288 S San Gabriel Blvd #102, San Gabriel, CA 91776, United States
Before coming to this potato noodle shop: What’s the difference between cooking it at home? After coming to this potato noodle shop: It is indeed a little bit delicious, and the chicken rack is really amazing to me⭐️Potato casserole: To be honest, the soup base is similar to that of Tian Xiaohua in the supermarket, and the side dishes are far less realistic than those made at home. However, the potato flour is obviously more delicious than the one in the supermarket. It tastes better and is more chewy. It is indeed a handmade flour. Potato flour is more delicious than noodles. It is recommended to order all potato flour. The meatballs are a demerit point as they are cut into small pieces and taste like starch balls. I suggest the store omit the meatballs and put more vegetables?⭐️qq chicken rack: This chicken rack is really amazing! The portion is huge, the texture of the meat is really chewy, and it doesn’t feel dry at all. The taste is on the sweet side, and it feels like it would be great with wine! Personally, I think it’s the best chicken rack I’ve ever eaten in LA.

I work nearby, so I often come here to buy lunch at noon. I am really speechless to the lady who serves food in the store. I paid not a penny less. I don't know why I am always reluctant to give rice and vegetables. The girls who serve food in the past were basically normal. The portion size of this lady was like the lady in the school cafeteria before. Her hands were shaking. Last time, she only gave me 4-5 pieces of chili for the chicken. I said the portion was a bit too small. She also said that the customers disliked her for giving too much. I said: ? ? ? I bought it again today and its still the same. The price is already a little high for a fast food restaurant, but the portion is so cheap. This aunt is still working here all day long. I probably wont come here again. Im not taken advantage of.

This place is just the worst! The people who work are not helpful and the food that you choose from the menu does not look anything like what they bring to you as your food!! The veggies in the picture look so plentiful and for $4 they give you 3 or 4 pieces. The noodles entrees were 1/3 of the pictures. They can not communicate at all with the customers.Small portions, and 0 service but they expect 20% tip!! Very very bad experience!! Not cheep! We paid for a Chinese lunch almost $50 for a terrible overcooked small portions of noodles for 3 persons which were soaked in oil and red hot pepper flakes served in paper containers. Do Not Recommend This Noodle Shop!!

Meat Togo
415 W Las Tunas Dr, San Gabriel, CA 91776, United States
Excellent place for meats if youd like to take home to cook Korean BBQ, hot pot, skewers, or steak. Great service and high quality selection of meat, including wagyu. For a party, dont forget to call ahead or come in a day in advance!INSIDE:You are greeted with a relatively small space, including a wall of enticing pictures of meat for sale. There are also selections available in the center to grab and go any additions like noodles, sauces, fuel cans, etc.SERVICE:Cashier was friendly and helpful. She understood our prompt: enough meat, including wagyu, for a hot pot at home for 10 people the next day. She recommended a combo that she assured us was enough and indeed it was, almost more than enough! She got our information down for the next days pickup.FOOD:Excellent. Every cut was displayed beautifully and labeled clearly, with good thin slices for hot pot purposes and the wagyu really showed off the marbling. The wagyu was of course stunning, but the selections offered in the combo were unique as well including beef tongue. Everyone was impressed with the quality of the meat.Wonderful. Would definitely come again to try their other offerings or whenever our next hot pot party will be!

Claros Italian Market
1003 E Valley Blvd, San Gabriel, CA 91776, United States
Claros is a staple in the community, period! You dont get to stick around as long as they have and be as busy as they are without providing a great product at a reasonable price. Everything at their deli is top notch Italian eating and you really cant beat the value of one of their sandwiches vs any of the sandwich joints out there. Theyve got a solid good size list of pre-designed sandwiches on a board over the counter and if you want to swap 1 or 2 items out for something else its no problem. The only downside is theyre closed on Wednesdays, but hey.... they deserve a day off after all the good work they put in the rest of the week.

It's also worthy of praise. ???Its a pity that this restaurant is only open from 9am to 6pm every day. Its too early to finish work. ?

Hot pot & BBQ
United States, California, San Gabriel, E Valley Blvd, 邮政编码: 91776
Casual, clean, simple. Not crowded. Grab your own dishes except for special orders. Mom pop shop. Choice of 3 different broth per table. AYCE hot pot (bbq coming 4/2024) diner $35.99-43.99 with senior discounts for 65+ older, and 80+ older. Family owned restaurant. They are from Pairs with family in 626.I wouldnt think too much over it. Unsure if others would think of too highly but I added the extra star due to having hot pot ingredients I personally like and dont see at many other ayce hot pot places.Combo B includes a couple items. Oysters are limited to 2 per person (previously frozen).+The wagyu beef and HUGE PRAWNS might be worth it. I think the prawns are ayce!+ Up to 3 broths per table pot is nice. Control the heat yourself from the side.+ Appetizers like cold cucumber pieces, shredded potatoes, to spicy pig ears is a really nice touch for me.+ This place offers the hot pot staple ingredients, and different non-meat items compared to other places. I like the chestnuts, lotus roots, different tofu, seaweed knots, etc.Current alcohol offered if corona and Budweiser due to new liquor license situation. Fyi, bbq isnt available until 5 months from now. There is no happy hour.

Hong Kong Dim Sum House
827 W Las Tunas Dr, San Gabriel, CA 91776, United States
Was craving some dim sum while in SG and found this spot. We honestly expected it to be much larger but it's a smaller corner space at the end of the plaza towards the parking lot exit. It's a no frills spot that coincidentally due to its space, makes most of their food on the sport as it's ordered versus keeping them in steam trays and rolling them around the restaurant. No room for any of that so it just comes straight to you.Prices are great for the amount and size of the items you order. Dumplings are practically double the size of normal ones and very flavorful and juicy with plenty of meat. The pan fried noodles were spot on though personally I wish they had something more for flavor rather than just the wok seasoned pan. Same for the shrimp spring roll. Simply a bit too fried that it fell apart but it had BIG pieces of shrimp in each one.We had a full pot of tea and ordered the egg tarts. A bit smaller than I'm used to but simply delicious. Same for the pineapple pastry which name escapes me.Definitely a decent spot to stop in for lunch or order ahead since they tend to run out of many items during lunch rush.

Love at the Curb
301 W Valley Blvd Ste. #112, San Gabriel, CA 91776, United States
This new hotpot restaurant tastes really delicious, especially the new pear hotpot. The spicy taste has the sweetness of pear. The most important thing is that you can't get too hot in the summer. The newly arrived iced osmanthus wine is sweet and has a floral aroma, which is suitable for girls, but there are Great staying power! Halfway through the meal, I realized that I forgot to take a photo. I loved their golden little bowl, Maocai Naohua, and their A5 Japanese Wagyu beef. Although the presentation was not fancy, it did not affect its taste. It was so fresh and tender in the mouth. The smooth texture and butter-flavored bottom of the pot are really refreshing. Our whole family is a hot pot lover!
