Panera Bread

The manager was fastidious, going around and assuring the restaurant was clean and tidy. French onion soup was delicious. Disappointed that my son’s favorite is no longer on the menu: broccoli mac and cheese.

Sushi Plus One
25100 Hancock Ave STE 105, Murrieta, CA 92562, United States
Ordered roll combo B, ex-girlfriend roll and rainbow roll for $22. Take out orders from other sushi restaurants don’t typically include miso soup, but I received both the miso soup and a side of salad.Rolls were chunky and yummy! I asked for extra ginger, not realizing they already give you a lot of ginger. They were very generous to include extra. Friendly and fast service. All in all, would recommend to anyone. ?

Goi Express Modern Thai Eatery
25060 Hancock Ave #107, Murrieta, CA 92562, United States
This was our first visit to Goi Express in the Stater Bros center and we were very pleased not only with food quality and taste but the service was friendly and helpful. We also were able to order from the digital menu and found that to be an easy process as well! We ordered Tom Kha Gai soup as well as the a shrimp and Pineapple fried rice. Both were very tasty and the servings were large so we had leftovers of both even though two of us shared each entree. I order Tom Kha Gai soup at every Thai restaurant I visit and judge their quality mostly on that entree. It did not disappoint. Glad to have this neighborhood spot right by my house!

Kan Zaman Restaurant
39400 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd #112, Murrieta, CA 92563, United States
The lentil soup was to die for. It is very tasty. The babagannush came with a fresh hot pita bread. Both very delicious. The lamb shish kebab served with a salad. The salad tastes really rich. The lamb was marinated to perfection and cooked just the way I liked. It also served with basmati rice which also tastes delicious. Our server was Alejandra and she was so helpful and friendly. You must try this family restaurant. You wont regret it.

Golden Triangle Thai Cuisine
39872 Los Alamos Rd STE A4, Murrieta, CA 92562, United States
The Thai food restaurant we went usually was closed today, so we tried this one which seems has good reviews too. I didn’t expect too much at the beginning, but after we tasted the papaya salad we knew the chef really understood how to cook. And also we ordered Pad-see-eew, green curry and the Tom Kha soup as we always ordered in another Thai restaurant, we think the Thai food here could be the best in town. Besides, the price was fair, service was excellent! Definitely will come back again.

Barons Market Murrieta
40545 California Oaks Rd, Murrieta, CA 92562, United States
Staying in a cottage, needed some items and this place was perfect. Not only did we get our supplies, but we got some hot fresh made soups (lentil and lobster bisque). Both soups exceeded anything Ive ever bought at a supermarket. Consistency was great, flavor was great and they come in multiple sizes. Their sandwiches were reasonably priced and also quite good.Barons reminded me of Whole Foods in many ways. Tons of healthy food choices and a lot of smaller companies that have great products that are environmentally friendly.Place was super clean and getting in and out without a hassle. Drove back up to La Cresta and we are ready for breakfast tomorrow. I recall seeing one in San Diego in North Park, so this may be included into the grocery needs rotation.

Nonnos Ristorante
40711 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd, Murrieta, CA 92562, United States
I really wanted to like Nonnos more, but there are some things they have to work on. Firstly, the greeting. We arrived for our reservation a few minutes early. They were very busy, with several staff quickly moving around, some serving food and some going to tables. That wouldve been fine if someone wouldve just made eye contact and said hello. I dont think that is a big deal, but the manner in which we were seated made things even worse. I said we were hoping to sit outside since it was a nice night, and as I indicated on the reservation, this was a special birthday occasion. The hostess/server simply said: Well, youre lucky because we seat no reservations outside. You get to sit inside where it is nicer. I asked why it was nicer and she said, because we have air conditioning. The weather was a beautiful 75 degrees! It felt like she was trying to gloss over the reservation request to sit outside. I decided to ignore the seating problem and we were brought around a wooden panel shielding the front entrance from the main dining room. Although the table was fine, the dining room was one of the darkest Ive ever eaten in! I would say the ambiance was of a typical American Italian restaurant with dark wood tables and decor, and Italian wine bottles as well as pictures of Italy on the amber walls, which was fine. Our server came over promptly and introduced herself. Jessica was a joy- great attitude, friendly, helpful with menu questions, and very efficient! My wife ordered the Pappardelle Bolognese and I got the Ravioli di Formaggio, to which I added the sausage. Strangely, when I asked if it was Italian sausage and if it was made in-house, Jessica had to go to the kitchen to ask. As she had just started a week ago, I could tell she was eager to get the right information, so she did the right thing. She confirmed it was Italian sausage, but not made fresh. The dishes took almost 30 minutes to arrive. They looked good, so we dug in. Sadly, they were of average quality. The sauce did not taste fresh nor home-made, and both the pappardelle and ravioli were over-cooked. I counted 6 small pieces of cut sausage that were clearly not anything special. The bottle of wine we ordered, a Clemente VII Classico Riserva, was one of the more expensive on the menu at $60. But because it was Thursday, they had a half-off wine bottle special. This bottle retails for $16-$20 according to the Vivino app- a ridiculous 300-400% markup!! Ive never been to a Restaurant that marked wine up this much. The final bill was $83, completely overpriced for a meal of ingredients that were not all fresh, nor even of the size of most Italian restaurants. Ive eaten at dozens of family-style to high-end big-city Italian establishments, and everything in between, throughout the world. This was not the worst, but the value for money and overpriced wine list are inexcusable. I hope my review gives the owner and management some things to work on. I believe customers will appreciate some improvements and the staff will continue to provide good service. Good luck!

A Carinis Pizza & Pasta
25135 Madison Ave #105, Murrieta, CA 92562, United States
As Im spending more than $16.00, on a sandwich, plus $4.00 or more on a pizza slice, I do believe I have the right to be treated as a paying customer and not be given the 3rd degree by some cynical old man with what appeared to be a very suspicious nature, making me feel like Im some unwanted vagrant.I believe I have the right to sit and enjoy my food without harrasment.A little background: Earlier that day I was contacted by a security guard company that I work part time for because the firemain sprinkler system wasnt working and someone was needed to watch the building where the VA Clinic was.My wife had the car and it was due for an oil change which is where she took it. I then have a backpack full of rain gear on me and a change of clothes because of the weather.I asked this business if I could keep it with them while I do my rounds so Im not lugging it around. This person is now giving me a hard time about it as Im eating the food that I paid for at their place. Also something that just occured to me. The old geezer actually came and sat at my table as if by invitation to question me. I shouldve told him I never did invite him to sit down with me and to please leave me alone or refund my money right then and there. So what do we learn here? With age doesnt neccesarily come wisdom and while normally I respect my elders...here....I shouldve asked for my money back because when you eat at a resteraunt youre not just paying for food. However the young guys earlier were decent enough to watch my backpack. I just thought I was returning a courtesy by being a customer in return for them keeping my backpack there when what I really wanted was to try the all day omellete at Carnitas next door but I supposed being demeaned by Mr. Owner was just further payment required.Somebody needs to tell Mr. Owner that being old and the owner doesnt give him the right to treat paying customers like garbage. Yes, I shouldve had that omelette at Carnitas and maybe haved asked them if I could leave my backpack there instead. I can just almost taste that omelette and I shouldve never had had anything to do with Carinis pizza.Hello OwnerThank you for taking the time to reply. What honestly really bothers me and keeps replaying in my mind was his apparent incredulity at the idea that I was working as a security guard at the shopping center. When I said that my shift went till 10:00 o clock he reacted like it was some sort of strange far off idea, like I had just dropped in from the Planet Mongo. He also just seemed to have a very smug and superior tone, or disposition in how he related to me and spoke. As I brought up the fact that I was working as a guard at the shopping center, it felt like he was either mocking me or patronizing me for the sake of the employees there to hear and get in on.The day was rainy. Im not provided with raingear other than a jacket which isnt really waterproof. So I bought my own raingear on Amazon which is all black and doesnt have anything on it that says Security but it keeps me dry and henceforth, Im not coughing, spitting up phlegm, getting fever, for days afterwards, and all the rest that comes with spending 8 hours in the rain. Now to some small minded people out there I look like a vagrant, Im sure and maybe that was the case with your man here and in which case I ask that he try to consider that the world isnt all these obvious colors he thinks it is, and maybe the conclusions he draws on what he thinks he observes could be very off and mistaken. His getting a feel of who I was seemed invasive and insulting. Again I dont need anyones feeling me out. I paid money for the food and so have a right to eat it in peace and free of harassment. If the backpack was such an issue I wouldve found somewhere else to stash it.Ive just gotten used to businesses that are just nice enough to say. Sure well watch your stuff, and then if its a Restaurant I buy some food from them to show my gratitude, but that just didnt work here.

Odalbertos Mexican Food
25285 Madison Ave, Murrieta, CA 92562, United States
Excellent Mexican food.Lots to choose from and I like how they stand out by changing up the menu by adding their touch to the food. I got the five rolled tacos supreme and it was cool to have meat on top rather than just your regular toppings. The lady who took our order was extremely nice and helpful. The food was delicious and fresh. With a bunch of Mexican food places in this immediate area, the only way to keep the customers coming back is to do just what their doing here and keeping the menu top notch.
