Great great restaurant! Me and my bf stayed at Air Bnb in Diamond bar and saw this restaurant! The atmosphere is really positive and friendly. We were super welcomed and served very respectfully. Little Skewer
1220 S. Diamond Blvd D, Diamond Bar, CA 91765, United States
We had tried the other locations and came to try this new opened little skewers. The taste of all the food is pretty authentic just like the other locations. But the scallops are much smaller. We had some skewers with lambs and beef, the potato one is very interesting and tasty. For alcohol my favorite is the yogurt one with jumping candy. There is a small stand in the corner of the restaurant and there was someone singing, it was cool at first but got kinda annoyed later because it was loud and we couldnt hear each other talking.

Duck Palace
United States, California, Diamond Bar, S Diamond Bar Blvd, 邮政编码: 91765
Called ahead to confirm and order roast duck combo for the first time Friday after work and successfully got myself a mealGot there within 5 minutes after calling and my duck's being sliced fresh!Flavor's pretty good, definitely can taste the 盐水鸭 flavor which differs itself from other Peking duck places. I think they just marinate all ducks together. (Update, after taking another look and order, it is Nanjing Roast Duck, explains the salted flavor lol)Rich white pepper flavored soup with lettuce, chunks of duck and tofu. Salt & pepper meat & bones's well seasoned, some part can be hardened by frying but most parts are just nicely crispy. Cucumber and green onion's very fresh.I basically did 3-4 slices of duck per flour tortilla and by the time I finish my first box of duck, there are no tortillas left. Would suggest get two packs of tortillas at check out. Sauce was some what enough though, 2 were provided.Definitely a great place for nearby duck enthusiasts!Bout $75 for roast duck combo pick up

Tofu bean korean bbq
1155 S Diamond Bar Blvd # M, Diamond Bar, CA 91765, United States
I had a wonderful experience at Tofubean Korean BBQ, a new and authentic Korean soft tofu restaurant in Diamond Bar. The food was amazing, the service was fast and friendly, and the place was clean and cozy.I ordered the seafood and beef tofu soup, which had a spicy and rich flavor that I loved. The soup came with a generous amount of seafood and beef, as well as soft and silky tofu. I wanted to let my wife taste it, so I packed the same menu and brought it home. The side dishes were also delicious and complemented the main dish well. I especially enjoyed the kimchi and the potato salad, which had a nice balance of sweetness and tanginess. The portions were big and satisfying, and I felt like I got a great value for my money. The staff was very attentive and courteous, and they made sure that I had everything I needed. They also brought out the food quickly after I placed my order, which I appreciated. The restaurant was very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere, with modern decor and comfortable seating.I cant wait to go back to Tofubean Korean BBQ and try their other menu items, such as the pork cutlet and the seafood noodles. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Korean food or wants to try something new and delicious. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in the area, and Im giving it five stars!

Hot Spot Nabe
1395 S Diamond Bar Blvd, Diamond Bar, CA 91765, United States
Nice gem hidden away in a small strip mall. Restaurant is not your typical Asian restaurant, but more of a hybrid hot pot style with special home style dishes run by a nice friendly couple. Restaurant is not that big and our group of 9 took up the entire dining area. Their food is home style cooking with simple creative ingredients without the excessive oil or savory taste found in a typical restaurant. Prices are cheap considering the high cost of living and the amount of food you get.The menu options are minimal, but so we went with the Chef's recommendations (some were not on the menu) for most of our selection and the Chef did not disappoint. Unlike a typical big restaurant with multiple Chef's, the dish came out one by one allowing you to enjoy dishes slowly without the next one getting cold. We started off with a few apetizers to include a hand made fried shrimp cake, cold cut pig ears, and their free range style chicken that came with some dipping sauces. Chicken was poached just right with good fresh taste and texture. Restaurant is more towards the spicy side so if spice it not your thing, inform the Chef. The pepper pork belly chicken soup is hearty and flavorful with a good dash of pepper (Asians believe this type of soup keeps the body warm). Their fried quail was excellent with good glistening color and not too dry. Salt and Pepper shrimp had good taste but instead of using peppers, it appears they use peppers and Sichuan pepper (numbing) for a non traditional taste. The Tofu and BBQ pork is a stable that goes well with rice and reminded us of the days where we had to quickly eat a hearty rice dish and get back to work. The fish came in a big bowl with some vegetables and had some soup (felt more like a casserole) For dessert, you won't find any mango putting. We opted for the purple glutinous rice with coconut milk, and the peach gum with coconut milk. We found the purple glutinous rice more to our liking to round out this meal.

Hungry Bulldog House
20627 Golden Springs Dr #1H, Diamond Bar, CA 91789, United States
Service is the standout here - 6 stars! First off, it's def a mom and pop shop and seems like the couple are the only/main staff when we went. We were welcomed the moment we arrived, but not rushed. Had lots of questions and they answered everyone one, almost too honest :). We had our dog with us and very politely asked if we would like to eat there and if so, they would set us up outside. Just a bout the nicest way to say dogs not allowed inside, but never did ask us to take him outside even while ordering. They also provide you with gloves so we wouldn't get our hands dirty. How awesome is that! The final kicker was the 10% discount for DB Restaurant week that we didn't even ask or know about (there was a big sign though :)Settled on the mozzarella and pepper Jack corn dogs to start. The owner showed us that the corn dog was half cheese and half dog so we wouldn't be surprised. Also suggested we try as intended with the sugar coating. Personally, I will order without sugar next time as I like my savory food savory, but understand the appeal of savory with sweet. 4 stars.Next up with the fried chicken wings - gloves included! Genius. All wing shops should consider it. Would save on napkins at the very least. Delish and huge! Why can't all wing shops use these larger wings!!! 5 stars. Finally the ramen. It was made from packaged ramen, but the owner was very clear about that (the almost too honest part). I would have noticed, but glad they were honest about it. Can't be too mad because the price is right. They do add ingredients like Kim chi, egg and spices to kick it up and definitely hit the spot. 4.5 stars.Going to have to try a few other dishes next time, like the katsu sandwich and curry, but definitely think this place is worth a visit.
