Thai Thani Cuisine
12433 Central Ave, Chino, CA 91710, United States
Very disappointed, I've been coming here for years and they know me, never have I complained. I placed my order for yum Tom shrimp soup and other items. when we got home we pour it over our rice and realized it was a vegetable soup and not yum Tom shrimp soup. Went back in since there phone was not working. I was told they realized they gave me the wrong soup as soon as I left so they told me either they will only give me the difference in price of what the two soups value at or re-make the correct one. I wanted my full amount back of the soup not the difference since I did not order the vegetable soup, it was their error and going back and forth killed our appetite. I was not asking for the full amount of our whole meal, I was just asking a credit for the soup that they got wrong and that's not including the extra trip I had to make here. Very disappointed as how it was handled.

BAPS Shayona Caf
15100 Fairfield Ranch Rd, Chino Hills, CA 91709, United States
First, I love Indian cuisine. When I was transitioning from meat eating diet to non meat eating diet, Indian vegetarian food helped me a lot with the savory craving. My first experience with vegetarian Indian food was in Vallejo, CA. Vaishnu vegetarian Cafe. ❤️❤️ It is closed now. Maybe the owner is too old to manage. Sad. Everyone in my family loved that place! So my Indian vegetarian experience ever since will always be biasedly compared to the taste I acquired from that place.Hahaha. Ok.BAPS Shayona Cafe is not that bad. It has a lot of Indian food and desserts. Having learned how to make many of them myself (Vaishnu inspired), I bought a few and didnt really enjoy them much. There are A lot of deep fried foods. The roasted poha is good, but is a little bit spicy.Ive been here a few occasions and always wanted to try the thaali ($10, 5 items meal). The picture looks good. Apparently, it is only offered Thursday through Sunday, according to the staff. It can be busy on weekends, so get ready for long lines. For the thaali:Big portion of plain basmati rice, good old rice without cumin.A piece of Kopra paak (I dont like this one because the coconut is dry. I bought a whole container once, and it has a weird fat smell. I dont know what it is),sambar, medium thin consistency and has a hint of either tofu or coconut milk resembling Vietnamese vegetarian Curry soup. It is on a sweeter side to me. Has a piece of curry leaf floating.three roti, kind of transparent. I dont like them.and the main dish. It is like veggie korma without the yogurt. It has paneer cubes, beans, peas, bell peppers. Its not bad.I would recommend to check the cafe out. ??And they accept credit cards! ☺️

House of Fortune Vegan Cuisine - Chino
13788 Roswell Ave #101, Chino, CA 91710, United States
This vegetarian restaurant is conveniently located in a quiet plaza. Its interior is clean and well-decorated, and its servers are friendly and professional. Its menu contains a large variety of entrees and other food items. Having tried some entrees, we feel that they were too salty, too greasy, and over-gravyed, which essentially defeats the concept of vegetarian cuisine as healthy cuisine. One major ingredient in some of the entrees, which was like slices of firm tofu, tasted really bad. What also disappointed us is that no sesame oil was used in any of the entrees for better taste.

For vegetarians I feel this is the best bug chain restaurant. They have a whole list of soy based meats which taste pretty good. This one in particular was very quick with the service but we did go at 12am for a friends birthday so not too many people but it also wasnt empty.

Ikes Love & Sandwiches
4013 Grand Ave suite c, Chino, CA 91710, United States
Things are not like they were when it first opened. Portions were good, and the staff was very helpful. They made sure you had everything before you left the counter. These sandwiches are on the very pricey side. You would think for that hefty price. Not wanting to put the sauce on the sandwich to make it soggy by the time I got home. Requested to have sauce on the side. Wouldnt you know you have to pay additional for this option. The portion size of the ingredients has shunk, definitely not like itusedtobe. I think that marketing tactic they on giving you a blow pop sucker. Is just a subliminal way of saying thanks you SUCKER. Parking is very tight with Starbucks right in front. Along with the out shops. There are two handicap spots in front of Starbucks. Dining area inside along with seating area out front in a courtyard setting.UPDATE: Spending well over $45 for 3 subpar sandwiches. Their customer service department was going to issue us a $3 coupon. Which does not even cover a fouth of their sandwiches. We are DONE.

They got my order wrong. I ordered 3 items. 2 were correct but one was wrong. It was supposed to be a chipotle chicken ranch burrito but they gave me a breaded chicken taco.I try to avoid fast food these days for health reasons but once in a while I enjoy junk food and it would be nice to get what I ordered. Unfortunately, mistakes like this are the norm now for any restaurant that is corporate and not high end.The girl at the drive thru sounded very annoyed and tired. Granted it was 10:45pm but she didnt need to sound annoyed. My advice to the girl and her co worker is if you make mistakes like this often at an easy job and think its not a big deal, thats ok. BUT these habits will inevitably 1000% also happen when they have a more important job that could affect someones safety or cause loss of money. Just a word of advice to the girl at the drive thru around 10:45pm on a Sunday evening.Taco Bell, McDonalds, pretty much all fast food, all corporations of all kinds create this mediocrity but half of the accountability is on the employee to have some pride or at least be embarrassed giving shifty service.Ive already cut down tremendously on supporting big businesses/corporations that help create this mediocrity. Did you know the Chinese and all other fairly new immigrants dont support American businesses like this? Do you know why? Because American corporations stopped focusing on the good or service many decades ago. Today they only focus on tricking the customer and promising one thing while in reality almost always giving an inferior product or service in return.

If I could give then a zero, I would. Just for the night crew. A Mr. Ruben, who seems to be in charge at night, is rude, incompetent, and adds charges to people orders.Ive gone many times a couple of hours before closing and theyve already shut down. Or they say theyre understaffed and therefore closed. MULTIPLE TIMES.If they arent closed, he is rude and cuts us off while ordering. Then just keeps asking is that it? over and over again. Hes messed up my order several times. This most recent visit he didnt want to tell us our total at the speaker. Once we got to the window, he took 2 minutes to even open the window. Once he charged us and gave us the receipt, I noticed there was a charge for a TB FOUNDATION. I had no idea what that was and he seemed surprised that we asked. He then apologized and said it was for the next car. Then gave us a refund receipt for a completely different thing.I believe he is charging people small amounts hoping they wont see the receipt just make a quota he has for donations or something. This is ridiculous. They need to fire him.

After a cheat day of junk food, I usually fast the next day and only consume a green apple detox in the day time and a light healthy dinner. A few months ago I did the same routine. I woke up, felt totally fine and had not consumed anything in the day except for a green apple detox as I usually do. A few hours after I consumed the green apple detox (all I had that day) right before a light dinner of salmon and vegetables I was feeling quite ill. I had cold sweats, felt very nauseated and ended up vomiting before I could even eat dinner.I have had food poisoning before many years ago and this is EXACTLY what this felt like. The problem with corporate food/beverage places even if they are franchised is that there is a very HIGH chance there is a kid behind that counter who doesnt care, is underpaid and or is not trained properly. Mom and pop places are no exception because the hospitality industry depends paying low wages to turn a decent profit. The industry is also quite difficult as is and mistakes will always happen. My advice to young people in high stress, high volume situations is: IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOURE DOING, DO NOT DO IT FAST. ITS BETTER TO TAKE AN EXTRA MINUTE AND DO IT RIGHT.I have to deduce that the ingredients were not washed and rinsed and that I got food poisoning from this place. Ive spent hundreds of dollars here and my reward points have expired since. The only thing I had the day I was served dirty ingredients was a the DIRTY green apple detox. Ironically enough, it detoxified my body so much that I got food poisoning.

Pieology Pizzeria

I called & no one picked up. I then drove 15 minutes & got their vegan crust & began to make my vegan pizza. I then noticed a piece of cheese on the tray my pizza was on touching my pizza. I made it clear that it was bothering me & they didn't take it off until my boyfriend asked them too. Wait there's more . As I began to put veggies on my Pizza I noticed there was chicken in the garlic!! I asked the lady if I could add garlic to my pizza but to avoid the chicken in the garlic. She was kind & then I noticed a piece of chicken fall onto my pizza !! She quickly took it offI was literally in disbelief as I noticed that they had cheese going into their vegan garlic / vinegar options & they had accidentally dropped different products into other products . It was all a mess & I don't recommend Vegans to go here or atleast the one I went to. It was my first and last time at this pieology pizzeria .

There are few events as nostalgic and eagerly anticipated as a high school reunion. As we planned our 20th high school reunion, the pressure was on to create an event that was not just memorable but meaningful. Enter Chef Cooper and his team - and let me tell you, they did more than just cater our reunion; they crafted an experience that became the heart and soul of our evening. From the very first interaction, it was clear that Chef Cooper was in a league of his own. What set him apart was not just his culinary expertise, but his commitment to delivering an unparalleled dining experience. The food, without exaggeration, was nothing short of extraordinary. Offering a vast array of flavors that catered to every palate, each dish was a testament to Chef Coopers passion for his craft. Its one thing to serve food, but to serve dishes that become a talking point among guests long after the event, speaks volumes about the quality on offer. But what truly distinguished this experience was not just the food itself. Chef Cooper and his team brought an exceptional level of service that made our event feel more like a high-end restaurant dining experience than a high school reunion. Their attention to detail, from the presentation of the dishes to the timing of the service, ensured that every guest felt valued and attended to.Chef Cooper went above and beyond by providing not just the meal but also the china, utensils, and linens. This comprehensive approach to service removed a significant logistical burden from our shoulders, allowing us to focus on reconnecting with old friends rather than worrying about the finer details of the event organization. If youre looking to turn your event into an extraordinary occasion, I cannot recommend Chef Cooper and his team highly enough.
