I don’t know why this place still in business. It’s a Vietnamese restaurant and let me give you all my Vietnamese opinion. I had Bun Bo Hue and It tastes like Pho with bun bo hue broth. All Vietnamese peep should avoid this place. Làm ăn không uy tín thì đừng mở cửa.

Pho Zip

Been eating Vietnamese Pho noodles for over 20 years. It is sad that restaurant can make such bad tasting food can still been in business. This is Korean imitation of Vietnamese foods. *Complaints*. 1. As soon as we sat down, waitress keeps asking us are you ready, are you ready? We said no, its our first visit. Less then 15 second she came back and again keeps asking are you ready, are you ready?. My wife had to bark-back that no we are not ready. 2. It is lunch time, restaurant were playing K-pop rappers music at very annoying volumes. What the hell? this is not a night club. 3. Most important of all, food is horribly Un-swallowable. Soup was salty, shrimp spring roll taste like been sitting at kitchen overnight. 4. Is this Korean or Vietnamese restaurant?. If you are the owner reading this~ Im begging you either make excellent Korean food or excellent Vietnamese food. Dont imitate something you are not., if you want authentic Pho noodles, DONT come here. I wish I could ask my money back!

Pho restaurant owned by Koreans but they have a Vietnamese waiter. =)Seafood Pho: 4 starsCame with thin rice noodles, broth was tasty & hot. Good portion of seafood. Perfect for a chilly night after a long day of hiking. =)They didnt give much side veggies like the more real authentic Viet Pho places in Little Saigon & I requested the bean sprouts to be boiled which the waiter did not do for me. -2Chicken Pho: 2 starsMy friend ordered this bowl & it was completely lacking in flavor & the chicken was very dry & tasteless.Overall, just an A-ok Pho restaurant which I would not mind coming back again if I were to be in this neck of the woods but this place has nothing compared to the real Viet Pho places in Little Saigon. They need to hire more waiters to handle the weekend crowd, 1 waiter for all tables & also being cashier at the same time is a bit too much to handle for this place.

All About Pho
100 S Harbor Blvd Suite B, Fullerton, CA 92832, United States
I'm so happy that Fullerton has a great premium Pho spot in the Downtown area. It was previously occupied by Cha2o and has been closed for construction for months! I was driving by one day and saw that they had a “Now Open” sign. Not really knowing what to expect other than knowing that it was a pho spot, I came in with minimal expectations. As soon as I walked in, I was very surprised with the interior and the open kitchen layout. I was told by the servers that every piece of furniture including the plates/bowls were imported from Vietnam. At the front, they even have a contactless pickup where you enter a code and the box that holds your order will open up. Their pho offerings are definitely on the premium side but I believe the pricing and value is more than fair as the portions are very generous. Their broth is fantastic, and I believe they spend 48 hours making the broth. Usually I get very thirsty after consuming a bowl of pho due to the saltiness, but it was not the case here. They're also one of the few places here that offer an option of thin or thick noodles for their pho. I've been here twice so far and I've always had a pleasant dining experience. I definitely want to come back and try their other appetizers and pho when I get the chance.Oh by the way, did I mention that they have cool robo servers and that they have a mouth wash station next to the restroom sinks? How thoughtful!|| L O C A T I O N / P A R K I N G ||-Located on the corner of S. Harbor Blvd. and W. Commonwealth Ave.-You can enter through the front entrance on the corner of S. Harbor Blvd. & W. I went with the next appetizer I had in mind which was the roasted bone marrow. I've had a couple of bone marrow dishes at other vietnamese fusion places before and while it's very tasty, it usually comes at a ridiculous price point. Therefore, I was honestly surprised that we got (2) large bone marrows that had a lot of fillings! For once, I actually had enough bone marrow to scrape off for all the bread slices. The provided bread is fantastic and toasted to crispy perfection. Definitely a decadent and rich appetizer before devouring your pho.Pho Tai Wagyu ($19.00) - Feeling a bit fancy so decided to go with this option with the choice of thick noodles. You have the choice of having the meat rare, medium or well done. I went with the medium option as I don't like it when my meat is too well done. I figured it would still cook a little while it sits in the broth. The wagyu was extremely tender and the amount of meat given was great! I was low key afraid I was only going to get a couple of pieces.Pho Le Xua ($19.00) - If you can't decide which meats you want, I highly recommend going with this option. I went with the choice of thin noodles. Like I mentioned, they are extremely generous with their meats and it was honestly hard to pick a favorite meat. I think I'm probably never going to deviate from this bowl. The meat off the bone slid off super easy.Matcha Coconut ($6.00) - loved the combination of both flavors and how it wasn't overly sweet. If you need something refreshing with a kick of caffeine, this is for you.Herbal Tea ($4.00) - This definitely cooled me down from the summer heat. Love the cup that it comes with. It's slightly sweetened.Salted Lemonade Soda ($5.00) - I was intrigued by the thought of a salty lemonade so I decided to try it out. Super refreshing and light. I liked how the salty flavor didn't overpower the lemonade.

HOLDAAK Fried Chicken
1201 Euclid St B, Fullerton, CA 92832, United States
Holdaak is one of the most unique chicken shops out right now, and in one of the best ways possible. Hot chicken might be the current trend, but Holdaak stuck to their own style that holds its own amongst the rest.I was interested in Holdaak when they first opened because it seemed like a Korean spin on the most popular Nashville Hot chicken restaurant in California, from the menu style to the chicken. I was completely thrown off on my first visit, because it is absolutely nothing like hot chicken or Korean fried chicken flavourwise, in the most pleasant way. While they do serve a variety of Korean fried chicken style wings and sauces, the main stars in my opinion are the spicy tenders and sandwiches. The sandwich is very well balanced with the pickled vegetables, which are a nice change of pace from the typical mayo/vinegar coleslaw bunches found in other chicken shops. They help round out the comeback sauce, which is more mayo heavy and seems to complement carbs much more than any other signature sauce Ive had. The best way to summarise the sandwich is as if there was a fried chicken banh mi, spiced with hot pot flavours. On that note, the seasoning of the chicken truly does remind me of hot pot. Thats a bit broad, but theres strong umami flavours throughout each bite as if it was powdered with dried up Szechuan stock. Im not familiar enough with my spices to discern the taste that well, but its truly unique to Holdaak and keeps me coming back for more. On top of that, the breading has an great amount of texture to it that keeps each bite crunchy. The fries are cut well thickness wise and dusted with similar seasoning, with the slice of bread buttered and toasted on one side. These are served with every order of tenders and while they are just sides, theyre ridiculously addicting and pair well with the sauce. I never really dip toast or fries in these sauces at other shops since it becomes a bit much, but theres a slight sweetness that keeps me coming back for more at Holdaak.Originally, I found that the breading did not hold up very well and often found myself pulling complete tenders out of their shell with my teeth. Despite this, I continued to enjoy the tenders almost every month and over time this no longer became an issue. Props to Holdaak for this improvement over time, while maintaining consistent taste!Holdaak holds a strong place in my heart now as my go to comfort food. The menu items have strong value and taste, while also being available relatively late at night. Im glad to see this business expanding and getting the recognition is deserves as well.

85C Bakery Cafe - Fullerton
535 N Commonwealth Ave, Fullerton, CA 92831, United States
This branch is one of their newest locations. We like the fact that it is the closet one to my in-laws place. I am not crazy about the layout, though. It can get way too crowded in here. Because of the poor layout, it gets very cramped and crowded inside here. Many people bumping into each other. Despite that, we are still fans. Our two favorite baked goods from this bakery are the Taro roll and the Brioche. Unfortunately, they will be sold out of these items if you arrive too late. So do not be late! Most of their bakery stuff is good. I cannot recall anything bad. Prices are very reasonable. Despite the crowds, they keep the place quite clean. Service has always been okay. Parking is not too bad. Just wish, I had the metabolism to try more items.I am not crazy about the layout, though. It can get way too crowded in here. Cookin Crab
1113 N Harbor Blvd, Fullerton, CA 92832, United States
I love that this place has Vietnamese food and seafood! I was a bit skeptical at first, thinking the food wouldn’t be that good since it has two different cuisines. Went to this place with my friends and there was so much to offer. Viet food was bomb and the seafood Cajun sauce was soooooo good. Comparable to the more well known seafood restaurants like kickin crab and boiling crab. Everything I tried so far was so good! Always stopping by after work or whenever I don’t know where to eat! Must try
