Very good pho, friendly staff, clean facilities.Unfortunately there is no option for small pho, so you must get a large, which is very filling. Recommend splitting a bowl unless you are very hungry. It is more expensive than most Vietnamese restaurants, but this is Tahoe and that is to be expected.

Amazing pho place. It is the first restaurant we went at Lake Tahoe as tourists, and my boyfriend and I were glad we picked here. Service was very pleasant. The pho was authentic and the broth was especially impressive. As a big fan of Pho, I’ve tried a million Vietnamese places. Lotus Pho is really among the best I can think of. My boyfriend ordered a combination fried rice which was super yummy too. Will come back!

I had Daisy provide taxi service evening of 3/6 and 3/7/23 to the group I am with. 3/6 she had extreme weather conditions and did a fabulous job of getting us home safely. She was calm and chatty and her giggle is a stress reliever. Tonight 3/7 she did not have weather challenges but did another exceptional job getting us back to our Vrbo. She was again personable and her giggle is delightful. We felt lucky to have gotten her to transport us again this evening.We have also had Wilbur twice as well and he also did a wonderful job in getting us to our location on 3/6 in snowy weather and weather was worse by the time Daisy came for us. Wilbur transported us today 3/7 to state line and did another great job and also dropped us at a good location for shopping and food since we had no idea. I can't recommend this taxi service enough. Service is phenomenal! You will not be disappointed!!! 20 stars on a 10 scale!! Thank you Lake Taxi!!!

Not even worth one star- BEWARE THEY CHARGE AND OVER-CHARGE FOR EVERYYYTHINGGG! First time there on vacation with friends to Tahoe, so we had no idea what was in store... when I ordered I pointed to the coffee I wanted while saying the same of the coffee (small vanilla latte) to order on the menue to the waitress and ordered the wrap- we had to ask for waters which were small shot glass size- the food was good but every small thing was added on- I asked for mushrooms substitute in my wrap and was charged $1.25 for that as well as the other 3 girls I was with which came out to be $6.00 just for mushrooms!!! - I asked for extra balsamic dressing that came on the salad and that was $0.99 extra!! We didnt even know how much we would get overcharged until the bill came- they overcharged all of my friends and I on our coffees and when we asked to talk to the manager HE TOLD US what we ordered even though he never took our orders and when I ordered my coffee I pointed to the small vanilla latte on the menu but with almond milk added - the small vanilla latte cost $4 on the menue but we were ALL charged for the size up coffee price which was $4.50 even though I never asked for a larger size or double shots in my coffee - PLUS almond milk - my coffee ended up being $6.00 With their bogus add-on charges that they refused to remove off our bill! Over all - all of my friends were over-charged for our coffee and food- and the manager didnt do anything about it but take off $1.00 off our bill- we were charged $13 IN EXTRAS!!!! That the waitress never even told us that they do that or that something small like asking for extra dressing on your salad would cost us $0.99 every time! We did not leave a tip because wth all the added fees and the waitress never taking the time to tell us that every little thing would cost us extra when we ordered and plus getting ALL of our coffee orders wrong and overcharging us all (4 girls) on our coffees made us feel like the tip we would have left they can take from the add-on charges they charged us! Please teach your waitresses to tell customers BEFOREHAND that everything is an up-charge and when we tell you that we didnt order the vegan coffee but that we ordered the small vanilla latte coffees then please take our word for it especially when you gave us small cups and they were sitting right there as you were telling us what we ordered. This place is a joke and I would highly avoid unless you want to overpay for everything and have a half decent meal thats not worth it- coffee was mediocre as well nothing special - you get a really stingy vibe as they are not open to give you normal portions and even water was given in small cups that we had to ask to be refilled several times- just annoying - use normal sizes and normal portions so that we can enjoy our meals and not keep asking for more and then get charged for more! Also, When we asked to take our food to go they gave us aluminum foil to wrap our food- the aluminum foil barely even covered half of the wrap that I wanted to save for our hike. Very very very disappointing place- avoid unless you want to double your breakfast bill for nothing :-/
