My food was delivered so quickly I could not believe it! Everything that I have tasted so far is absolutely excellent, great potstickers great cream, wontons, and excellent eggrolls. Have not eaten the entrées yet, but just had to post this comment to let people know it is good eats

Weve eaten both dine in and take out here a few times. Each time the service was great as well as the food. Another local Chinese restaurant we used to go to changed ownership, went downhill and closed so we were looking for a replacement. We like this better than Panda Express which has become a bit overpriced for what it is and lacks options.This is Am-Asian food and they a do a pretty good job of delivering asian inspired dishes tailored for american palate. The setting is casual, fast style restaurant where the food is made to order and is flavor-full but not loaded with too much MSG or salt.The family style takeout dinner trays are a great idea and affordable. We will definitely be coming back for more.

Update Review: 10-26-2019I was not sure if I wanted Pick Up Stix or not because Flame Boiler was on my mind, but I decided to go with Pick Up Stix because they have the best House Chicken. The moment I walk in, the employee greeted me at the door which was really cool. I told her what I wanted and she told me it would take about 15-20 minutes. Very good food. I ordered the House special chicken plate and my wife ordered the chienese salad. Very tastey and light. They have healthy options on the menu. Food was freshly prepared and fast. The staff was nice. You can smell the goodness from the street! The atmosphere was clean and quint. Will definitely eat here again!

It took a long time for in-person take-out. Yes, it was at 12:30pm on a Saturday, but one item was a soup. I was hoping to grab a quick bite, but since I received the order after 25 minutes, I had to take it with me.There were only two employees in sight: one chef and one greeter/cashier/combiner.

I have been coming here since it first opened and we absolutely love the food. It’s Friday at 7:20 pm and I came in to sit down and eat my favorite food and was told that inside dining already closed. It’s 7:20 pm on a Friday guys come on! And you close at pm 8 on the weekend? Good thing Panda Express opened across the street. It’s completely packed and open until 9:30 pm. Smart move on their part.

Theyre okay, was my first time here. Just disappointed that this restaurant advertised drunken noodles with tomatoes and basil... Never did get that, so the closest thing to that was the chicken cashew.. Seemed like mostly onions over meat.. probably will not go again ..

This is probably the worst attempt at Chinese food I’ve ever had. First of all the dish was burnt and chewy pieces of meat (Kung Pao Streak). Next the sauce was so salty it makes you grit your teeth to eat it.The spring roll was fine. The place is very clean and the staff is good.Food- big thumbs down!

Not the best food but I enjoy the house chicken here depending on the cook.Ordering food at this location for the last 12 years, but this is my last time after dealing with the lady cashier and manager on December 20, 2022.Unsure of her name but she is rude, dismisses customers, takes her own time when there is a line for ordering, does not give napkins or condiments, and has plenty of attitude to give.Jessie, the manager, on that day, trains his employees to give customers a hard time when wanting to use the restrooms because of his bathroom policy. Instead of losing customers over the bathroom, do your job and clean it more often (stop being the bathroom police)!Recommend going to the new Panda Express across the street instead.

Food is decent nothing to brag about. If you eat there its far better then to go. The meat to rice portions I dont agree with. You are mostly paying for rice. Drunken noodles are extremely spicy like to the point I couldnt even enjoy them. Honey crispy chicken is my favorite unfortunately mine was a bit chewy and soggy the other night. I prefer more crispy chicken. Maybe its cause I got it to go who knows. Wouldnt avoid this place again just was not so happy with my meal the other night it could have been better. I did go 20 mins before closing so maybe that is also why.

Service were awesome. the teriyaki chicken were great, but i dint like the pad tai really, not sure exactly wot it were, just not like wot ive had before & were expecting i reckon. BUT, ill eat from here again 👍 oh, yeah, its abit pricey. 30 bux for only 2 items 😲

Fast, friendly service. Consistently customer service oriented. Understaffed, but chefs, managers are always pleasant and hustling. Peak hours (lunch and dinner) are over the top with large family orders. Love their member rewards. New rewards every week.

Portion size is generous and the condiments included were as well. I ordered the food through an app and it came fairly quickly, I ordered the firecracker chicken and it was good but the flavoring was a bit much.. too sweet and not enough spicy. The brown rice was delicious and so were the spring egg rolls. I would eat here again but would likely avoid the firecracker plate.

The workers were extremely professional and kind. The service was fast and the place was clean. The quality of the food and the taste was so far from what it should be. The chow mein was so soft and had too much “flavoring”. It was drenched in the sauce we also had pad Thai which had the same problem. I just did not enjoy my meal for lack of authenticity. The only really good item was the wontons and the coconut chicken.

The Spring Rolls are good. This PLACE refuse to give enough sauce with the food. You have ask for more every time. I do not know if they understand to serve people well customers the way you want to be served. These ladies and the one guy need to treat customers like paying customers..Fill the sauce in the containers. Bad business

Food is always delicious, only complaint I have from my last visit is my family platter was in its own bag which is great but I also got a some work fried veggies and rice on the side and they got bagged with my plates, utensils and cookies and during the car ride they tipped over and since they werent in their own individual bag juice got all over everything and melted the chocolate dipped fortuned cookies 😭 I rinsed everything off and we lived with melted cookies by putting them in the fridge to firm up again. Extra bag and would have been five stars.

They got my order wrong I called to let them know. Santiago took my order he was very respectful and and helpful. But when I called back this fake manager got on the phone, think her name was Britney she probably gave me a fake name. Hung in my face twice. I finally call a 3rd time and ask for the the name of the store manager his name is Norman. He treated like I a wanton. Very inconsiderate of my concern about how my order was wrong. He totaly defended the fake manager chick who I explained was rude. He did not care just wanted me to leave him alone. Theres other people out there who need jobs. These 2 people need to be replaced. Dont eat here😔shut this place down

First off I ordered house chicken and when I got home with my food it was orange chicken I thought ok fine im not going to complain its still good. I only ate a small portion of it as it just didnt sit right and after waking up the next morning feeling extremely sick I am now 3 days into my food poisioning from what seems to have been under cooked chicken. I have not been able to eat anything but small pieces of bread here and there and I have no respiratory issues to blame this on the flu. I didnt even care that my food was wrong, but can you just make sure its fully cooked??

Watched the workers make the food and put it into the containers.When it spilled they picked it up with theyre bare hands and wiped off the container with the wet rag they wiped the cabinets with and then they wiped theyre hands on theyre pants and continued cooking and making food. Food taste great but is it sanitary? Im not so sure. I was definitely a bit disturbed as I watched the food be mishandled.

People in there are not friendly! There was a simple miscommunication regarding my online order and the staff treated me as if I was lying to them or something. It was extremely odd. After I showed proof of the miscommunication, there was no apology or sincerity just the feeling of trying to get me out of there ASAP.

There are a lot of Asian-style menus, so its nice to be able to enjoy a variety of Asian-style meals. Also, there are some menus with a Korean-style twist, and they are cooked well and have a good flavor by adding a bit of fire to the food, which is very nice. Im traveling. It would be a good idea to give it a try when Koreans are getting tired of greasy Western food. This is a restaurant that many people frequent during the day or dinner with friends and family. If you order drinks, refills are free~ However, since all the utensils are disposable, I think its good for hygiene, but Im a bit worried about the environment.
