Upon driving into the parking lot we noticed there was only one car parked on a Sunday afternoon which should have been a red flag but we had just came from church and we decided to give it a try. First we sat down to eat the buffet and I noticed the sign that said you had to pay 1.00$ per piece of uneaten food and being that this was our first (and by the way last)visit I didnt like the sound of that being I had my 12 year old daughter who is a picky eater and a picky 2 year old and so I explained that this was our first time visiting and had no idea what to expect and asked if that was true and the waitress was very rude and said yes you must finish everything if not dont get buffet and then the man seated across the room eating with his family who I assumed was the owner then began telling us if you eat the buffet you must finish everything if not then order from our other menu then the waitress came and slammed down the menu at our table my husband and I could not believe how were being treated and my children even asked what was wrong I told my husband I was trying to enjoy our lunch time together and I felt very pressured and so at this point my husband and I decided to get up and leave to take our family to a much more family friendly place I will say however they did have a ?large menu and different options but they were extremely rude and it was a very unpleasant experience so we went to another sushi buffet in our area where the waitresses were very kind especially to our children which is very important for us as a family unit and the food was delicious so sorry CJ Fusion because of your poor customer service you have lost our business and we wont be returning!!

I usually go to Buffalo or Wingstop.I saw that this place was rated higher than my usual stops so I decided to give it a try.Walking in the atmosphere is nice and the custom Pepsi machine is refreshing.I saw many unique flavors of wings and was impressed looking at the menu.My family and I got our food with the military discount (which was nice), but ended up waiting at least half of hour for our food. That is fine because it was busy and to be expected but then they only brought us half our food. This surprised me because they didnt even get my sons cheese sticks or our wings done throughout all that time but they got a chicken sandwich finished which is the one thing on their menu that should take the longest. The chicken sandwich was borderline burnt, and was not a great piece of chicken. The flavors were nice though. After finally getting our bone in wings we see that they are almost half the size of wing you would usually get at Buffalo Wild Wings or Wingstop. The wings had great flavor though which was nice.Another thing to note is that they employees were having conversations with their friends(maybe other employees that are off?) at the register while customers waited behind them eager to order.Imo this place is overrated in food quality, and does not offer the same customer service as its competitors. If you are a fan of great Asian flavors then it is worth the try for sure, but overall does not live up to the rating it has now.

Panera Bread

Cashier in the front of the bakery w brown curly hair has poor customer service. Literally ordered a bagel pack w the two cream cheese tubs. They didn't have one of the flavors and she let me know she put 4small ones in there I understood I looked at the pack and the 4 smalls didn't equate the 1 8oz tub, so I asked for 2 extra because it's for a Corp. event and it's hard to share the small ones. She said no because it's the same. So I went and did the math and realized it wasn't the same. So I went back and asked if I could just have one extra she blows her breathe because she has to turn around and grab one extra but then she opens the other side of that mini fridge grabs a box huffing and puffing and say “here I actually found the large ones just go to your car and get the other ones and you can have this” mind you this is a rapid pick up order …. For me as a customer to be inconvenienced by an employee like her w a bad attitude because I'm asking her to do her job is crazy despite the fact or that I orders was in stock but not in my bag because she had to cut open a box …

This place was very rude to my disabled grandmother over the phone. My grandmother called in to make an order for pick up. She asked what rolls had no cream cheese or dairy (shes lactose intolerant). They woman on the phone acted confused and then said You come in and order in a very dismissive tone. My grandma informed her that shes disabled and wanted to order for pick up since she cant drive or walk in herself. The woman on the phone then said no we have nothing with no dairy This is a LIE. their menu is online. We asked again and she said no again very rude and hung the phone up in our face.My grandma is to old and sick to be rude. So this was very hurtful and saddening to her. All she wanted was some darn sushi. If you want to support a place thats rude to old sick grandmas go ahead. If you want to visit a place where the resurant workers are to lazy to take an order over the phone go ahead. As for me Ill go to one of the other many sushi restraunts in fairfield. Because if its that hard for them to take an order on the phone only God knows what else they find hard in food prep.
