Not sure what happened but this place used to be a ton better. Service and food.1st of all. Called ahead since it's my wife's birthday. Wanted cake but they only offer ice cream and with Happy Birthday on plate. I said great and told them it was going to be a surprise time . They told me to let them give them my name (like reservation) and they would take care of it.Well got there a bit earlier then the scheduled time. I was surprised to see that the Host was no where to be found only a maintenance worker fixing something under the desk. Maybe a minute wait and someone shows up. I tell him that I made a reservation for me and my wife (just like they told me over the phone) he angrily remarks that they don't do reservations. I nicely told him I called earlier. But he wasn't listening at all.For our food. My wife wanted to eat so she ordered a dragon roll as soon as we sat down with our drinks. After a my while wife asked for a none spicy soup and waitress said the pumpkin one was not spicy. Wife ordered it. We also ordered our meal then. Well soup comes out. My wife has a spoon of it. Top of soup has Cayenne pepper or it. She was not just surprise but in pain from the burning pepper.We tell our waitress and she gets a new order. Well our main food arrives and we start eating. It's been a few minutes since our food arrives and I ask waitress what happened to my wife's dragon roll. She said she will check on it. She promptly brings it over. We had ordered it the roll early so we could get it before the actual food. Not with with. We also had to ask for forks since none were given with the salad or noodles. I know chopsticks are given but they used to ask if you wanted a fork not this time.Well we finish our food. I'm hoping that bring the ice cream maybe the person who greeted us was just trying to actually make it a surprise. Well this didn't happen. By then I'm a bit upset service was not the best and my surprise was ruined. thanks guys.If service and food are great I have no problem leaving tips. But with slow service and no Birthday surprise I decided not to. I pay my bill. The most surprising thing that has ever happened to me at a restaurant happens. The waitress ask why no tip also says I can still leave one. I'm amaze that she even asked. It felt like she was telling me to give her a tip. Not sure what the rules are about asking for tips here but I was taken back with that.Oh and thanks for the ice cream that never showed up I appreciate the service.

The service is terrible in this place today I had to witness bad service towards a customer, from Karla M approximately around 4:40 and 4:30 2/25/2024 the customer was ordering his food, and told him that he wanted three of the same, but the cashier asked him if he wanted rice and chaumi, and the customer did not understand him, and instead of explaining he just yelled at him and the customer became desperate and he just told him that he wanted three of the same, but the cashier Karla M did not have the answer. patience or the way to explain better to the client and he ended up getting upset with him and told him that he would not sell him the food, it really made me very helpless because it was not difficult for him to explain a little better to the client and not get angry, and not giving him the food, it makes me very sad that we find these types of people who believe that we all have the same capacity to understand very bad service. I think that this cashier Karla M should have a little more empathy towards others and humility because why not? The clients also eat and thats where their pay comes from. How sad and angry to see that these types of people like Karla M exist.
Teriyaki Madness

First of all, I want to say that this is the worst teriyaki madness I have been to . The ice machine didnt work, so I took a picture of the ice machine filter compartment and posted it. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned for months. Who job is that? Clean it, and the ice machine will probably work. And look at the trash that is overflowing. Those few things that i posted should tell you what the kitchen looks like and how they prepare your food. You have to do better teriyaki madness. Im not going to post the bathroom or kitchen pictures because I dont want to make people sick. And I dont think this place deserves a terrible review because back in Indiana, where Im from, I eat at that place 5 times a week, if not every day. When I tried using my points for a free bowl, the guy at the register had to take my phone to process my free bowl and he took all my points away and I had more than 800 points and he left me with 0. When I complained, he said he couldnt put my extra points back on, and he didnt know what happened. I hope management responds to this review because I need to talk to someone before I call corporate office even tho there privately owned. Or I will post the bathroom and other nasty pics of this place. So you, as management, need to respond to this review in the next few days so I can call you or email you.This place is too good to let it get ruined by workers who havent got any business working there. Do better teriyaki madness. I wanted to dine in, but it took 25 minutes for a large bowl, so I had to eat and drive because I was working.wasnt even busy. If management doesnt respond to this post, I hope everyone will stand behind me and not go there because management doesnt care. I will post other pictures that I dont think you need on Google and other sites. Im leaving it up to you. Thanks for a terrible experience. Negative zero stars....

Horrible service!!! Arrived 25 minutes before closing and I was told that I could only choose the 2 things items and white rice that was already made. They would not make the food fresh like they usually do because they didn't want to make food and have it be left over. In the short time that I was in the store 3 didn't families showed up and were also refused fresh food. The Manager Jimmy Santiago said it costs him too much money if anything is left over. I have been eating at Panda because it's my favorite and they always offer to make an order at all locations if they are out. Today is by far the worst experience that I have ever had. The manager said it's up to him and he doesn't care what I thought because they want to go home also. To make things even worse I told the manager that I would eat whatever another family wanted just so it wouldn't go to waste but he still refused…
AROMA RAMEN

We came here last October (I know I'm sharing this very late but came across this pictures so I thought I would post them) after I spotted this place from a restaurant across the street. We walked in and found out it was their first day open. At the time it was called Love Ramen (which also caught my eye). I don't know if the same people are still running this place but those who were there at the time were very nice and I remember a chef coming to talk to us about the menu which I enjoyed. The service was very slow but we were patient as we knew they had only been open a few hours and were trying to figure out everything. Our ramen was delicious and I appreciated the friendliness of the staff despite the wait. Hopefully they are still there and if not, I wish the new business and staff the best!

We went to this place to try the Poke bowl after seeing it on Yelp. To our surprise, the Poke bowl cost $13.95 which I thought was ridiculous so I didnt end up ordering it. I ordered the 2 fish tacos with Mahi Mahi instead.The tacos were good but nothing special to write about. My wife and daughter ordered the Tuna salad and the Tuna bowl. They both liked it and said it was good. We also ordered the calamari and a couple of ice teas.When we got our bill, we were surprised it came out to almost $54. The ice teas that came in a bottle and cans, were $3.50 each. You can probably buy a 6-pack for that much.Overall, the restaurant was nice and the service was great. For the price of the food we paid, we could have went to Kabuki Japanese restaurant and had a great variety of sushi to satisfy our hunger.

I love kids because they have no filter. We brought our two boys here today and drove all the way from Whittier. So this is almost a two hour drive (must admit it was decent for a Sunday). Let me tell you it was worth the travel time and the cost of gas. The reactions of their faces when they brought and tried the food was truly priceless. My youngest son RARELY finished scrambled eggs and he finished every morsel of egg on his dish. The pancake was bigger than his head and he squeezed that thing in his tiny belly. I grew up with my mom making the best pancakes and these reminded of those. They truly were the best pancakes Ive had outside of the house. I am glad my son let me sample them. We ordered the Lox and Bagel for my eldest and he was as happy as could be. There was not one gram of Lox left on his plate. My husband ordered a cup of coffee and house made Mexican hot chocolate creamer... oh it was so delicious. I debated ordering an iced coffee with that creamer to go... next time! The coffee and creamer paired perfectly. My crepe - the crispiness of the hash browns and bacon really complimented the soft fluffiness of the egg and crepe. The hollandaise sauce really made the entire dish memorable. It was without a doubt a wonderful breakfast crepe. My husband ordered corned beef hash and his potatoes combined with the corn beef hash were a match made in heaven. I have no idea what they do to their potatoes but I definitely need to up my potato game. They are the right balance of seasoning and texture. The entire meal was a treat. I could not have asked for a better breakfast experience for my entire family. The first thing the boys said when we got in the car was Please bring us back... when are we coming back? We promised them we would come back to visit. FYI we had to adjust the car seat straps for our eldest cause he ate so much. Today I got the bad experience at valley marketplace. I checked my grocery bill as usual when I was coming out from the store . And I saw they charged one bell pepper of $5. So I thought it was by mistake of the cashier. I went back in 1 minute said I you charged it wrong. I asked what is the price this bell pepper she said $2. I said you charged me $5. She was not accepting and blaming us that you guys did something wrong. Then she called her manager and then she said guys went to car then came back and said bell pepper price is high we need to return. then cashier said I need to check whole grocery one by one. I said okay. I was shocked when I saw every grocery item weighing is less than the weigh she charged us. So I was surprised because we never checked the weight of any item. It was an coincident of the bell pepper price. How can they say that in one minute I took out some of the grocery. Think about that then why I came back only for the bell pepper not for other veggies. Badly disappointed. I returned my whole grocery immediately. For their better service they should check their weighing scale and they need to train their cashier how to weigh the items and talk to the customers.

New ownership changes alot they took away options for different size bowl (I had to throw most of it away cause I couldnt finish) they ran out of ingredients by noon and it made me feel sick all night! Im not sure what happened to the quality but I wont be returning again which saddens me cause this was the first poke I tried years back (I was even the one who originally added it to google maps to spread my joy) and I loved it for a long time, really sad to see how its declined.Old review: My first poke spot I ever has and I fell in LOVE this place is always good and I like the size options. It can be a bit overwhelming trying it the first time cause of all the options so let me share my favorite: white rice, salmon/albacore, garlic ponzu, crabmeat, green onions, wasabi and ginger, garlic with spicy mayo and eel sauce. Also if you are a fan of Ginger try the lemonade I was afraid to try it for a while but its a nice amount of sweet I really enjoy it! If you enjoy sushi you will love Poke its basically a sushi bowl, dont be shy and try it out!

This restaurant was so quaint and off in a shopping plaza but a gem in the rough. It was so good, the food the service and the atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone looking for authentic style Asian food with the family serving sizes.
