Im giving this rating 2 stars because we like the food. Otherwise it would be 1 star for the following reasons. Staff was pleasant not out going or positive but just pleasant. With that said the cleanliness...we should have left once we walked in the door. Keep in mind there were 5 customers in the establishment at the time. Our family wont be eating at the Manteca location again if there is food droppings all along the food bin aisle floor, the sauce counter was not appealing- droppings of food as well as sauce all along the counter. We tried looking for a high chair that looked whipped down at the end of the day but found none. You have 3 teenagers working that day and the place looked as if it hadnt been clean in 2 days. The manager should make an effort to TEACH the staff how to properly clean. If the establishment is not at the very least clean what makes the owners think customers trust the handling of the food being prepared.

Coming from someone who lives in the Bay Area… I was quite intrigued and satisfied by this meal, and honestly it's probably one of the best places in Manteca (other than the fact that Silver Chopstick right down the street closed down *me sad now*).Hong Kong Restaurant is hands down one of the better restaurants in the area — and their chefs speak Cantonese (by my observation). Their food was really good, and especially taken away by how crisp the salt and pepper chicken was! We also got chow mein and shrimp wontons. The chop suey was a little bland with the meat, but the vegetables were GORGEOUS and yummy and they made up for it honestly. ☺️They were very nice and accommodating, and constantly checked up on us to make sure we were okay. We definitely left the restaurant with leftovers LOL. Would I come back to this spot again? ABSOLUTELY.

Ordered via Grub Hub (pick up) 10 items for dinner. Yellow and Green Curry dishes did not include rice, which was surprising since most other Thai restaurants include rice. Both curries were delicious ($17.00 each) and mildly spicy. The chicken Pad Thai ($16.00) included shrimp and Tofu and was just ok. A bit bland. The Pineapple Fried Rice ($22.00) was very good. The Pad Makuer Tofu with chicken (eggplant dish $15.00) was the best thing we ordered despite its small portion. We were a little disappointed with the green bean and Chinese Broccoli sides; while they tasted good, they were not worth $10 each. The spicy seafood soup was very good and hearty at $19.00. And finally the chicken soup with rice noodles was perfect for my 2 yr old niece (but was $14.00). I bought a side of brown rice for $3.00 and good thing because rice goes so well with the curries. Total spend $155.00. Was it worth it? ? Yes but well reconsider otdering sides. We just moved into the neighborhood so were trying different places. Looking forward to our next visit.

We were visiting Great Wolf Lodge and decided to explore dinner options outside of the hotel. We chose Kittys Kitchen because the reviews were great. It's about a 10 minute drive from the hotel but so worth it. The gentleman working, who I presume is the owner was very friendly. There were 6 of us total (2 adults,4 kids) We're not from the area and not used to the heat. We walked in very red in the face and obviously hot…right away they got us all iced waters. Even the water was good, I'm pretty sure it was filtered water. We ordered 2 appetizers and 6 dishes. The food came very fast. It was all super delicious. The kids loved the egg rolls, chow mein and orange chicken. My favorite was the Salt & Pepper pork chop. It has to be the best Chinese food I've had. The gentleman went above and beyond to accommodate for us. We mentioned that we ordered a lot of food so that we could take it back to the hotel later. As he packed up our food for us he very kindly offered to include paper plates and utensils. In this economy that small gesture was greatly appreciated. I would Highly recommend Kittys Kitchen because the food and service was superb.

Beware, False online prices!!! After Reviewing the menu online, I placed a take out order by phone. Upon my arrival I noticed my bill was 30% higher. I asked the cashier for an explication. She proceeded to state that I must have looked at another restaurants menu online by mistake?!.. We then reviewed the online prices together for confirmation. Cashier proceeded to state that the prices online are 3 years old and that google has forgotten to update them. The cashier and owner declined to honor the price and went as far as blame me “the customer” for not knowing their updated prices. Mind boggling!! They stated I should pay their inflated prices because they didn't want to throw away the food, since it was preordered. Sounds crazy right!!! This place is running a scam and they need to understand Anyone looking to dine at a new restaurant will always research the menu & prices prior to their arrival. No accountability for their false advertisement and they expect the customer to pay for it. I'll be reporting them to the better business bureau. Such an unpleasant situation.

My boyfriend wanted us to check out this place. Weve been waiting for a ramen spot to open near by, since we both usually enjoy ramen in other cities. It wouldnt be fair to compare it to other restaurants.Ramen 101 is located in a small food plaza but theres plenty of parking space. The restaurant itself is actually pretty small, so be mindful if youre arriving with a group or during rush hour. When we arrived, the tables were filled already but there wasnt a line. Luckily after we ordered and paid for our food, tables freed up for us.We both got the black garlic ramen, and grilled squid. One black garlic ramen was extra spicy and the other was just spicy. If youre into very spicy food, the spice level isnt crazy so extra spicy is pretty much mild. With that said, dont take my word for it lol because my extra spicy was mild but I didnt mind lol.Service was super quick, we probably only sat down for 5 minutes tops before food came out. It could have been sooner than 5 minutes but I wasnt tracking the time.Add ons are a must, we added an extra egg and seaweed paper. (We forgot to add the seaweed paper but the servers were kind enough to just give it to us) ?They have take-home menus but you can also view the menu from the screen above.The broth of the ramen was delicious, however it could use a little more umami or salt. My boyfriend thinks the broth should be thicker. However Im not complaining, I finished the whole bowl with a giant grin on my face. If you just take a little piece of the pork, a small twirl of noods, a piece of the soft boiled egg, and a piece of roasted garlic into your spoon, and wrap it with seaweed paper after soaking it in the broth.... ?? Im still drooling as I write this review lol.The grilled squid was delicious, very beautiful presentation. The sauce drizzled onto the squid reminds me of sweet chili sauce.I would have enjoyed a fountain soda, however the canned Hawaiian drinks were sufficient to quench our thirst.Im definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu.

I found Anna's Asian Palace on Postmates. I have celiac disease so I called the restaurant first to see if they had gluten free options before placing an order with Postmates because Chinese food can be very difficult to eat for me due to my celiac. The guy that I spoke to over the phone was incredibly nice and understanding!!! After our conversation, I felt confident that I could safely eat here. I placed my order and a few minutes later, the guy from the restaurant called me to tell me that one of the items I ordered can't be made gluten free and listed off a bunch of other items for me to choose from, which was very helpful and made me so appreciative! My food arrived so quickly and it was still hot and fresh! About 20 minutes after my food arrived, the guy from the restaurant called me AGAIN just to make sure I got my food, to see if I liked it, AND to tell me that they have gluten free soy sauce for when I choose to eat there again moving forward!!!! Like, WOW! I'm honestly blown away! The food was DELICIOUS and the customer service I received just from a delivery order was out of this world! Thank you so, so much! You have a faithful customer now ❤️

Get this one! Unfortunately I had an interesting experience at this Panera tonight! I love the seasonal Strawberry poppyseed salad. Only reason I go there honestly. Pulled up, placed My order and then was told that they ran out of pineapple for the strawberry ? poppyseed salad. I Asked if they could just add extra strawberries in place of the pineapple or mandarin oranges? The employee in the windows response was “our general manager doesn't allow us to do that.”? If we add extra strawberries, or Mandarin oranges, we will have to charge you for it ? ??♀️??♀️I then asked if my salad was going to be discounted since I wasn't getting 100% of the salad. I was told no discount they couldn't do that. So I ordered my salad, pulled to the window and asked to speak to the manager just to make sure that this was correct, and yes, the manager Emiliano confirmed that, it's Ophelia, the general manager's policy” that they could not substitute strawberries for the shorted pineapples. He confirmed that they don't substitute if they're missing an ingredient and they don't discount if an item is missing an ingredient. Kind of weird that your general manager expects 100% of the price for 90% of the product added my own pineapple and made it better. The salad good ? after I made it complete! #dobetterpanerabread

I am a truck driver with Swift Transportation. I have a day layover in Lathrop so I went in the break room and they had menus for this restaurant and I haven’t had Chinese food in a while and I’m not a fan of Panda Express so I took a chance. I ordered chicken egg foo yong with a side of vegetables and plain white rice. I should have checked the order when they delivered my foodBut the order was wrong. The egg foo yong was delicious but they did not send my white rice and the vegetables had clear noodles in them. I wanted chow mein noodles. I called the restaurant back to let them know that my order was not correct even after I tipped the delivery guy and my phone call was passed around two I guess the head person and he told me that I did not want rice and my order was right. I told him that was not correct and he even said that Reiss was a la cart and I said that’s fine. Long story short he basically called me a liar and said that he would bring a new order but he would have to charge me. My first order was $25.63 with the tip included! So I’m supposed to pay another $25 for you to get my order right this time. I’m very disappointed. It just sucks when you have your mouth already for a certain item you ordered and that’s not what you get especially when you’re a truck driver or some other profession that works long hours you look forward to your meal. I’m very disappointed and I won’t be eating at this place again
