God, I love this place. I travel for a living, and I get SO excited when I can come back here. The food is GORGEOUS and top-notch quality, even for Southern California, where I feel some of the best sushi standards exist in this country. I get the Tako Wasabi every time. It is amazing and most sushi places dont offer this. I also got the Ankimo again, which I just adore. This time I got the Pctopus Carpaccio, and Im in LOVE with it. I also got the super fatty yellowtail, and I cant believe km saying this, but it might be TOO rich. I doubt Ive ever said thise words. Haahhaaa. I also got the conch sushi. Im glad I tried it, but it was just ok. I did, however try the salmon belly, and it was amazing! The one issue I have with this place is the music. Now dont get me wrong, I personally listen to a lot of what they play, but my boyfriend refuses to come back here, because he is a teacher and he cant believe they play music with the worst of the worst swear words in it, with children in the building. I think the owners need to consider that their teenage employees might not be picking music thats doing then and favors. Im no prude. I have a total sailor mouth, but when children are around, I act like an adult. I would NEVER bring my children here, if I had any. Just saying. Otherwise, this place is my fav sushi place in the entire country. I just have to come here alone. :(

We found this place a little while ago while looking for fish and chips. They have a pretty big selection of food, but I have got to say they do some of the dishes pretty well. The most interesting thing we got here was definitely the sweet corn milk drink, which at the time of this review comes free with a check in. I love how it is easy to pay with Apply Pay, and how easy it was for me to order both times. They seem to get the food ready pretty fast, so just make sure you get the timing right if you plan to get it to go.FoodLike I mentioned before the food is pretty good, and to find this place in San Dimas, lets say it is awesome. Great to see so much more different types of restaurants like this open up in this city.We have tried :Fried Calamari - This comes with a cocktail sauce and was quite tasty!Fried Zucchini - Comes with a ranch dip, would probably prefer it was less breading.Cajun Salmon Salad- The salmon was just cooked to perfection, not too dry, just right with the Cajun Seasoning.Clam Chowder - If you want Clam Chowder this place has a pretty good oneShrimp Garlic Noodle- this was just ok.. again maybe if we ate it when it came out it may have been more tastierSmoky Seared Ahi Tuna - I believe this was one of my favorite dishes here, sweared Ahi, not too cooked or too raw. YumCrusted Swai Caesar salad- I liked the different breading they used for this. It was pretty decent, but the sauce was too thick.Pacific Cod with Miso Glaze - The cod was pretty good, I was just not that big of a fan of the purple mash potatoesThe only comment I would make is that their salad dressings, I wish was not so thick. It just tasted more like a dip instead of a dressing .Both of the times I ordered to go, and like I said it was quick and easy. Both times I had to get my food at different times, once late, and once on time... and definitely you know fried food taste better when it just comes out. We will see if we will get to try something else next time. Until then!
Top Thai Table

I was not able to order any food because the young lady taking orders had a negative nasty demeanor about her self. I am not from the area and enjoy Thai food and decided to give this restaurant my business. The young lady had a negative attitude. I notice know one sitting in the restaurant aroud 1:04pm which is around lunch time. I asked her if she had an attitude she of course said No in a hasty voice as well as her body language and her presence was not full of light. She told me to get out of the restaurant she doesnt care about her attitude. Her words were if you dont like it Get Out! Which I did. Anyone patronizing this business will be disrespected by the young lady working there . Running a business you should have morals, respect and integrity. She had none of thee above.Peace
Chopsticks House

The food here is awful. It is tastes similar to fast food Chinese where you can go and choose 2 or 3 items and get it with rice or chow mien. But at least in those places you pay $9 or so for the whole meal so you get what you pay for. Here the food has that same stale, bland rancid oil flavor but you are paying twice as much for one dish of terrible food.We literally got 4 dishes and an appetizer and paid almost $100. When the food arrived we were shocked at how bad it was. My father ordered the Orange Chicken and we thought they gave us the wrong order because it had hardly any sauce. They were just dried up fried chicken pieces with hardly anything on it. The noodles we ordered had the flavor of rancid oil and the Mongolian beef had zero flavor. With their prices I expected more. Just save your money and don't eat here.

This place has changed in their level of service over the years--perhaps due to the stress of Covid. We all have to deal with it in the best way we can, including in our jobs. As a teacher, I have experienced great challenges as well, but still provide the service that is expected. This was my review from 2019, before Covid--had given 5 stars originally:What a wonderful experience!Delicious Thai food with gracious, welcoming, and attentive servers. The decor is breathtakingly beautiful with exquisite wood carvings throughout the restaurant. This was our second visit. Highly recommended! This is my review 4/30/22:The food is still good and the atmosphere is beautiful, but there isnt that same friendly, happy feeling throughout the restaurant and from some of the servers. On 4/29/22, I took my mom there for her birthday. In The United States, its customary to give the person celebrating their birthday a complimentary dessert--usually cake, pie, or ice cream. Many places also sing Happy Birthday. I realize this is an asian restaurant and I dont expect them to sing, although it would have been nice. However, if people want to live and do business in a country, they should follow the traditions and customs of that country in terms of how they do business. In this case, provide the complimentary dessert for the birthday celebration without restrictions or a negative attitude, which is what we got. After I made this request, the waitress was hesitant, but said that she could bring some Thai donuts (very small donut holes) with a little cream sauce. I paid with a credit card and a coupon from Valentines Day (I very rarely use any kind of coupon). One of the workers came back with the receipt to sign, etc. and said that I shouldnt use a coupon with the request for the complimentary dessert--wow, cheap donut holes! She said that she gave me the credit this time. It was like a parent or teacher saying, Dont do that again! Its their responsibility to tell me that they cant take the coupon before they complete the transaction. Its their business, not mine.I would rather have had a pleasant experience, not ruined at the end as it was, than get a few dollars off!
Royal Panda

Not TOO Americanized, offer chow mein AND rice noodles and the cooks are even Asian! The Mongolian beef had slight smokiness that made it my favorite so far. The first thing I tried here was the pepper chicken and I tasted both pepper and chicken instead of that fake flavoring sort of taste. Personally I would prefer some stronger flavors overall, but I havent had anything I didnt like so far. I think I like orange chicken over tangerine chicken, but the tangerine chicken is good. Not overly sauced or chewy, the chicken is tender. I think I like the rice noodles over the chow mein. They have less oil. Ive also tried the black bean chicken and I think the green bean chicken. So far, the food has a fresher, real food taste to it compared to most places. It doesnt TASTE prepackaged/pre-prepared, even if it is, and it makes a great lunch stop.
Panda Express
508 N Lone Hill Ave, San Dimas, CA 91773, United States
I used to go here all the time. Then they took sweet shower pork off the menu and they took eggplant off the menu. Then they discontinued egg flower soup and they discontinued hot sour soup. So I spend about 1/4 amount of the money I used to at Panda Express! I started going to Panda inn in Pasadena in the early 80s and it was on of our family favorites. Then they started Panda Express around 1983 or 84 and it became one of our favorite places. Theyve reduced their serving portion sizes and reduce the size of their containers for your third item on a large plate. Also, theyre online ordering leaves a lot to be desired. You cant tell them how many of a condiment you want like hot mustard. They dont even have sweet sour sauce as a choice. You have to put it in the note section and hope they get it right! I just picked up my online order and ask them at the window to make sure I had four sweet sour sauce in the guy said yes I did when I got home. I only had three. I asked for four hot mustard and I only had three. When you ask him at the drive-thru window microphone then again at the window and they get it wrong. You wonder whats wrong with her customer service or have they been told to limit the amount that you get for condiments? I got the bowl today November 12th 2023 and it didnt have very much of the main item on top! The quality of the food is always been good, but Im not excited about the customer service or the portion sizes anymore! I used to go there twice a week because Im 80 years old and dont like to cook anymore. But now I just go there when theres some kind of deal. Like today there was a BOGO for a bowl. When you send in a complaint they send you an email back with a coupon for an extra side but you have to buy a two side plate to get it! The family that owns Panda inn and Panda Express just bought a 42 million building in Pasadena next to where theyre rebuilding the original Panda inn! So we as customers are paying for it by getting smaller portions!
