Dumpling Master
7220 Day Creek Blvd #149, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739, United States
I had high hopes for this place since I had not had dumplings in forever. Drive by the place and checked out the Google reviews and thought I was in for a treat. It was a Sunday after a long hike, late afternoon. Not many people in the place. I took a seat by a window. The floor under the table was filthy and I tried not to smear around the food droppings. The overall appearance of the restaurant looked good enough though.I ordered a green tea, chicken lemongrass dumplings, and noticed they offer a Tonkatsu ramen which is what I often get after my hikes so I get that too.I was taken aback when the server came back with hot water in a paper cup. Turns out everything was served in disposable containers. What surprised me even more was that the green tea is Lipton, nothing at all what I expected which was something that perhaps had more Asian authenticity. The ramen arrives and the presentation looked decent. Then I tasted it.Bland. The broth had zero flavor profile. Plus, it had no body which meant it wasn’t a real tonkatsu broth. I tried putting in chili oil to help but it just made it spicy. Guess that’s what I get for ordering a Japanese dish at a Chinese restaurant.Dumpling time. You would think this is their time to shine. Just looking at the wrapper I could tell these were not fresh. They tasted only OK. I thought my hunger would power me through but I could force down only half the dumplings having lost my appetite from disappointment. There wasn’t really an opening to comment because no one came to check on me and see how things were tasting. Even when they brought the check they didn’t ask if I wanted to take the dumplings home (I really didn’t).Sadly, from this experience, I would not return.

Panda Express is a Chinese restaurant / fast-food chain for Chinese standards, including some health-conscious options. It’s one of our favorite restaurants in Rancho Cucamonga / Ontario for Chinese food. They have plenty of options like Kung Pao Chicken, Broccoli Beef, Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, Sichuan Hot Chicken, and many more. The food is good as always. The inside of this place is clean enough. The overall service is good and the price is also affordable.

P.F. Changs
7870 Monticello Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739, United States
Four of us dined at PF Changs for lunch today, in Rancho Cucamonga. The restaurant was convenient for us to meet between our homes in Orange County and Palm Desert. We were there first, and the hostess, Judy, was very kind and accommodating when we learned the other two were stuck in traffic and delayed 45 minutes. Judy's smile and warm manner helped assure us all would be well. After we roamed the mall, she was quick to greet us upon return. She suggested we be seated while we continued to wait. Again, she was super friendly and helpful. Our server, Avery, checked in with us at our table, and was very understanding, while asking what we needed and bringing us drinks. When our friends finally arrived he encouraged us to just sit and catch up for a few minutes and he would be back. He came back to take our orders, and his service was great. We liked his enjoyable, unhurried, and friendly vibe. He made the experience. Honestly, I felt like I was on vacation. Along with the great service, we enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere, and the delicious, hot meal. I have to give the manager some credit here. We found it very unusual to experience such fun, friendly service without being at the beach. I'm guessing he prioritizes hospitality in his hiring and in trainings. Great job. We will be back!

Tasty Goody Chinese Fast Food

Ok so its cleaner looking than the one in Upland but they run out of dishes and dont offer to make another batch fresh like Upland does. How do you refuse to make fresh stream rice at a chinese restaurant?? It was 6:45 and they dont close til 9:30!! Thats about 3 hrs with no rice. Also, they dont have chili oil, minor point but I love chili oil. Will not be returning, sorry.

THERE WAS A CASHIER MALE HISPANIC WORKING APRIL 2, 2019 APPROXIMATELY NOONNARCISSISTIC PERSONALITY DISORDER- one of several types of personality disorders is a mental condition in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance, a deep need for excessive attention and admiration, troubled relationships, and a lack of empathy for others. But behind this mask of extreme confidence lies a fragile self-esteem thats vulnerable to the slightest criticism.A narcissistic personality disorder causes problems in many areas of life, such as relationships, work, school or financial affairs. People with narcissistic personality disorder may be generally unhappy and disappointed when theyre not given the special favors or admiration they believe they deserve. They may find their relationships unfulfilling, and others may not enjoy being around them.

Dumpling Village

The food here is criminally underrated because of location. I have been in Chinese places around California, everywhere from Chinatown in San Francisco all the way to the heart of downtown LA, and this ranks among the best of them. When you initially walk in, the smell is very clean, very unlike other Chinese restaurants I have been in, so initially I didnt know what to expect. However, the food was amazing.I ordered the pork ribs and their pork buns, and it was to die for. The pork ribs were may be a bit difficult to eat for newcomers to these style of ribs, but the sweet savoriness of it, combined with the rich layers of the spices was incredible. The sticky glaze, not unlike an American style, really was the best Ive had across California. In a small little corner restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga, of all places.Their pork bun was similarly top quality. Nice and rich juicy pork meat inside, with a nice crunchy bottom but fluffy top, the buns did not disappoint. Very tasty, with a good dipping in their black vinegar and their delicious chili oil.I really cannot praise this restaurant enough, the food was amazing, and I honestly cannot believe it was hidden here. I am glad I came, and whoever reads this and is thinking of coming here, this is a shining endorsement from me.

Cup Noodle Shop

Unilaterally declared to be the best noodle restaurant in the East District of Los Angeles. The ingredients are fresh and taste good. The saliva chicken and coriander beef are amazing. The main thing is that the portion is large and the taste is very authentic. It feels like returning to Sichuan. I hope the boss will continue his efforts and give more to people in the United States. Come on, the Chinese contribute some delicious food!

Stopped in for a late lunch 3:16 pm. Ordered bigger plate with honey sesame chicken. The chicken looked like it had been sitting for awhile but a few pieces looked ok. When i took my first bite the chicken was gooey and had no texture to it at all. Like mushy. I took it back up to the register and asked if i could get fresh chicken. The girl asked the cook if she could get fresh chicken and the manager Ming started yelling loudly NO. NO. NO. Im not making fresh. Nothing wrong with chicken. Then Ming started yelling loudly and making a scene from the kitchen MING YELLING AT MEDON'T COME BACK DON'T COME BACK you have done this before asking for fresh order because food not fresh.DON'T COME BACK. Ive eaten at this location for over 20 years regularly with my wife and 3 kids and cant rember returning food after it was served to me. I have asked in times past if the item doesnt look very good when Im placing my order at the counter toWait until they have a fresh batch to fill my order. and Ill wait whatever time that takes just to have a fresh order.THE RESPONSE MING HAD TODAY WAS COMPLETELY INEXCUSABLE.YELLING AT A CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS DON'T COME BACK ALL BECAUSE OF MUSHY OLD CLUMPED TOGETHER HONEY SESAME CHICKEN. BY THE WAY I TOOK OUT MY PHONE AFTER HE STARTED YELLING AT ME AND RECORDED THE WHOLE TANTRUM AND THE PLATE OF CLUMPED TOGETHER MUSHY CHICKEN. PANDA EXPRESS CORPORATE OFFICE ? Panda Express used to be a good fast food chinese take out option but it really has taken a downhill slide. The food is not only expensive but the flavors are no longer there. Chow mein is thin and lackluster. Orange chicken is to thick with the breading that it is difficult to find the chicken in it. The beef with Broccoli, well I wont even comment. I will say, this store in VG is the worst. Some other locations are not quite as bad.
