I was highly disappointed. I come here often with my family. Today i came in for dinner by myself and i ordered the same combo my daughter gets a $16 combo they added $2 to change the entree to orange chicken. I also, had ordered an egg flower soup togo that was amazing. But my plate was horrible. The chow mein was greasy and flavorless. The rice had literally 3 tiny pieces of bbq pork and barely any veggies. But the most disappointing was the orange chicken. Only 5 small pieces with almost no sauce. I was so sad i didnt want to eat. Like $18 for a plate of mostly chow mein that was the worst Ive ever had here. Service was Okay even though the guy has to be asked for ever single thing. But he was more friendly when i was leaving.

This is terrible I remember the original people that worked there 2016 to 2017 and the staff now is terrible maybe not all of them but I just called today and phone got picked up, I was able to listen to a who I think was a lead workers conversation, so then I hung up to call back because I was asking about a item that they sale that is Dough and has meat inside, so they pick up I said exactly that I'm looking for the name of the item they sale in the front and the lady hung up in my face, that's rude and unprofessional as hell and the fact that I used to protect the whole Filipino side of that plaza and for you to be rude when I'm asking about a product you have for sale is real terrible and she should be actually fired because I'm person with someone in person she could have a problem . She is a bad look for chow king she don't know if I was corporation or secret shopper

Update 2024: service is going downhill. Food was still good. Did another midweek dine in, we were the only people in there and still had to wait for acknowledgement, only for him to say pick a table. Why have the please wait to be seated sign up then? This time I asked for no spice on the ramen and got a scoff and snarky face about it. No follow up service anymore, had to get our own boxes for leftovers.Decided to dine in on a week night. It wasnt busy dining in but they definitely had orders lined up for take out. Staff was attentive and friendly. The only problem we had was a mild ramen that was still too spicy for my kid. Right away they offered to make a new one with no spice. I love this level of customer service! Weve been repeat customers for awhile and will continue to return and spread the word about their service and food. Thanks!

I have been coming to Amy's for many years, the food had been good despite there being rumors of questionable quality of the food and this Wednesday I can confirm the food is not okay. After eating half of a medium sized box of sweet and sour chicken I discovered fly eggs inside of the chicken and peaking out of it. I threw up and have had bad stomach pains. I'm terrified to just think about how much of this disgusting food I've eaten. I went back to Amy's to tell them and they themselves said they didn't know what it was but they would give me my money back, a new order, or free food but I refused it all. The cook tried to persuade me it was normal and possible flour eggs or corn starch that wasn't mixed well but we all know it isn't, they opened up a few piece of the chicken to show me it was the same but clearly it wasn't. I remained calm and friendly through out the whole ordeal which is recorded, uneasy about the situation I looked up fly eggs at home and YES! Amy's Peaking Palace served chicken and maybe more food infested with fly eggs. Definitely will never go again especially after how untrue their statement of explanation was.

I've been coming here for a few years and really do love the food. However, tonight's service compelled me to write this review.The hostess did not acknowledge us as we walked in, which is fine since we were picking up an order. We walk to the front and none of the three people behind the counter do not say anything. Completely ignored us.When the hostess finally asks us why we are there we say we are picking up our order. We placed it before 7pm.She looks at what was available and says she does not have our name and walks away. I ask her how much longer it would be and she walked away again.We speak to her once more and she says it will be 5 more minutes. Then another worker says they do not have our order.He then says it will be 10 more minutes, however when we called it in we were told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. As I write this, it has been almost an hour.We do love coming here but the service has declined in recent months. I do not know if there was some change in management or employees, but one thing is certain, count on your estimated wait time being much longer than they say.
