Im a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to Chinese food having worked at a said restaurant, and this place has the best food in and around South Gate. Everything else is made of plastic as shown on facebook. Chucks has real fresh food. Love it.

Did an online order, when I went to pick up! I stood in line followed all the guidelines, then one of the people who worked there on Saturday 4/4/20 around 1:40 pm. Was rude and told me to get out I understand, I had a question about pick up that's why I entered But told be a couple times please leave the restaurant. Now secondly when I got my order I went to my car to check my order and decided to call because it looked like some items were missing, this was my first time ordering the family meal! Instead of going back I decided to call and someone by the name of Juan or John answered and I had a question about the family meal since this was my first time ordering, making sure they didn't miss anything! And he first sounded rude when he picked up and then when I asked me I think I'm missing a few items, he just told me no family meal is only come with 5 orders! And I told him oh okay but on the receipt it said differently and he hanged up! I didn't bother wasting my time calling back! I'm shocked that they just hanged up like that! I work for customer service! And it's not an easy job but still you have to try to be courteous. That's all I'm going to say won't order from Panda Express South Gate anymore!

Its a fast food Chinese restaurant, so if one is seeking atmosphere youll need to go to China Town. But it was comfortable and the food satisfying. Theyve dumped the high fructose corn surp which is a big plus.

This place is just good Chinese food in South Gate. Their restaurant is old school looking. I liked that a lot! They have a great variety of dishes. I really like their fried tofu dish and lo mein in general. Its so good!!! Will definitely go again!

Its probably one of my favorite restaurants in South Gate and houses inexpensive dining options. Chinese food is severed, however, it isnt a typical nor a generic take out restaurant or belongs to a large franchise. The food is delicious and its prepared in a matter of minutes. Will is the gentleman over the counter and is attentive on the orders from any customer. Beef chop suey, chicken vegetable, and almond chicken are a few of the items severed on the menu. Overall, it doesnt have a drive thru and it closes quite early at 8 p.m, but they do accept phone orders, it usually takes 15 minutes to prepare. However, in general, the travel time or dining in is convenient enough for anybody who chooses quality over quantity.

I live not too far from this Chinese eatery but when I went there, Holy Moly, it was tasty. But I will explain why the 4 stars.I really do not care about the restaurant decor or condition because I do not like to dine-in alone in public. But the place looks and feels welcoming. I rather take my food home. I got Combo B and I tried the Chicken Teriyaki, Orange Chicken, wings, and Broccoli Beef.The Chicken Teriyaki is kind of tender and sometimes it is burned a little bit but I do like it a little dark. Still good enough to eat.Orange Chicken is crispy but a little too sweet in my point of view.Chicken Wings are also sometimes a little burned but good enough to eat.Broccoli beef is chewy sometimes but I cannot say no to that.I admire that they have a Grade A from Health Inspection but the food kind of throws me off. But 4 stars is better than 1, 2, or 3. But I still come here to eat because I do not hate the food.

Arguably my favorite chinese spot in south gate. have been coming here for years and the food always meets my expectations. their thai tea and cream cheese wontons are my favorite snack but for an actual meal their bowls (teriyaki or beef & broccoli) are my go to. really love that i can swap and get half chow mein and half rice instead of just one side and when getting teriyaki they always provide lots of sauce if you like. their customer service is exceptional and i love how friendly the staff is here! will always be my favorite spot ?

My husband went to get noodle soup, and they gave him the soup alright, but instead of the noodles, the lady gave him ramen ??♀️, he told the lady that he doesn't like ramen, and that he ordered noodle soup, and she answer that ramen is healthy than noodles ?♀️, he also said if the noodles are not healthy ? Why is she selling them ? Well, then he asked to buy noodles separated and she said no, because she doesn't sell noodles for soup ?♀️, my husband left with the soup and trow the ramen to the trash, never coming back, you lost a customer ?

Dont bother coming here. Went in to get some food. Once it was time to pay I would normally scan my phone to pay. This time the girl asked for my phone and I headed it over. She dropped my phone on the table. When I noticed the damage she denied it and even called some guy over and his response was Thats nothingIt doesnt matter if the damage was small. Its my property. They couldve at least apologized to me or offered to pay for the damage but they didnt. All they did was laugh at me.I even told them that their cameras caught everything and they didnt care. I wont be surprised if they delete the proof. I did see them going in and out of an office.
