369 Ramen & Poke & Sushi
United States, California, Redondo Beach, Inglewood Ave, 邮政编码: 90278
Came here a few times and each time was disappointed. This time, my girlfriend and I both wanted Bento boxes. We were greeted with a rude cashier who gave a condescending know-it-all attitude to all of my girlfriends questions. It was her first time there. This time We both ordered bento boxes, mine extra beef and sushi and hers was chicken. The beef bento box was VERY thick barley chewable, like a jaw workout (not my type) but the Cali sushi rolls were great. They forgot my extra beef. My girlfriends order was wrong as they threw spicy sauce on top of the chicken after she asked not to because she is allergic. The wait was super long even though we were the only ones there and the food we paid was very over priced for the texture/taste. Not sure why the rating is so high.TLDR: They get orders wrong and the food is mid. Overpriced with long wait even though no one was in line. You get what you pay for I guess. Rude customer service. Sushi is great though.
Chubby yaki
12836 S Inglewood Ave, Hawthorne, CA 90250, United States
Chubby Rice is an absolute gem, taking American Chinese food and elevating it to perfection. The entire menu looks and feels familiar, serving up classics like General Tsos chicken and chow mein. What you get is something that feels comforting, creative and ultimately very special. Its a place that I hope survives this quarantine and sticks around forever.Whatever you order, I recommend starting things off with the chubby egg roll. From what I understand it resembles a New York egg roll, although Ive never had one myself. What I can tell you is that this bad boy is enormous, crispy and packed with seasoned ground pork, cabbage and celery. Dip it in any one of their amazing housemade sauces, and youre in carbohydrate heaven. My love for fried calamari is well documented on Yelp, and Chubby Rice absolutely delivers here. This one comes prepared Hong Kong style with salt and pepper, but the result is airy and relatively light compared with other batter-heavy versions. Since this is an entree, you also get two sides. I highly recommend the fried rice, which is genuinely how I wish my fried rice would turn out.I have to be honest about this next one. Im not crazy about the General Tsos chicken here. The whole thing is swimming in sauce thats just way too salty for me. The chicken itself is fine and I like the crispy texture, but thats about it. I will cut them some slack here, because everything else Ive tried is more or less perfect.I have been eating pretty healthy during quarantine, but I am salivating as I finish this review. Its pretty clear that my next cheat meal will be from Chubby Rice. Looking forward to trying more stuff on the menu.

I changed my mind. originally gave it 5 stars and now i give it two. the guy at frint counter whi gave great reviews about. has been rude multiple times since. once he shoed me off 15 minutes before closeing...it wasnt what he did...how he did it...with a f#*& off gesture (middle finger...fair)...my kids and i saw an Inglewood pd drive up and he got shoed away...next two times....he took my order ovder telephonically and did not tell me card machine not working. i left to bank and returned and bought my foid. they have an atm there and people may have special interests when encouraging people to use their atm. everyone loves their food and some will not hesitate to pay extra $3.00 bank charge. im on a budget as single mom of 2 and had just gotten off after 13 hr shift..my girls were starved and it was 845pm...no dinner. i returned after third time he did not inform no cash i go thers at least once a week....I...along with my entire Mexican family (lots of us).. gree up in lennox and love this teriyaki place no more. .i politely asked him to give me another burger BUN. NOT burger. Because last time he did this .my bun was wet. he refused. he said no. and gestured me away said...i dont have to sell to u. i handed him back the burger and walked away feeling bad for my kids and sort of humiliated by his rudeness. i asked first to give me the managers name. he refused.
Kikka
431 S Isis Ave, Inglewood, CA 90301, United States
Kikka makes the refrigerated sushi at Whole Foods Streeterville. IDK much about transport or where its made/assembled but salmon looks great thats supposed to expire tomorrow (see photo).Refrigerated SALMON NIGIRI tasted as good as just-made Nigiri. ? I did read the ingredients lists, nothing suspicious/unreadable.Refrigerated NIGIRI RICE still tasted soft and intact.Refrigerated SALMON was buttery on each bite with zero resistance. Edges were not dry at all.I did check out the ROLLS as well, it didnt look as good as the Salmon selections. Please add additional soy sauce packet. At $14, its an average price but certainly much better quality, thickness and size than other restaurants. As a TO-GO, tip is eliminated. Accessible.
Tosai Kitchen
431 S Isis Ave, Inglewood, CA 90301, United States
I enjoyed the food. I ordered it through Uber eats and Tosai Kitchen packed really well. The miso soup was covered in plastic wrap and then closed with the lid to prevent a spill, the food was placed in a brown paper bag and then stapled in a secure way so the food would not move around during transportation. I got the Miso Soup, Shrimp Dumpling and Salmon Avocado Roll, everything tasted great, looked presentable and I wouldn't mind ordering from them again.

WaBa Grill

I was in last week, and thought about going back tonight. But, then I thought about the 3 Japanese businessmen that came in 10 minutes after me the last time, and the lady taking orders just blew them off. Apparently they were supposed to be picking up 10 dinners wherever they got them at. (I understand a little Japanese) After a few minutes, they agreed that they were being ignored and left. As a former restaurant owner, had I reviewed the tape and could hear their comments, to find out that there was a possible $350-$500 order let walk out the door, but the possibility of future Japanese sales this close to the airport are incalculable. Im not sure if this person would still be in my employment.I know that I cant walk back in, and the food was enjoyable. Quite a shame.
Yoshinoya Inglewood
10025 Hawthorne Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90304, United States
Came here late night because they stayed open until 2am. upon arrival there is a sign stating that they are only serving kids meals. There is no ways an establishment that is this big can only have portion sizes for kids meals and if so to accommodate your customers you would serve them in whatever bowl that you have available. This is an obvious sign of laziness whoever was working tonight just did not want to cook and decided to deter customers with this sign.I have been here numerous times and this has never been an issue.Instead of saying that you only have kids meals just close the business down for the night...Not only did I waste my gas and my time coming here but The lack of customer service Does not give me a reason to come back.I even asked the employee if they could give me the same portion for my large meal just put it in the kids bowls.. However I was told that they could not do that because it would be too many bowls! What kind of business is this?!?!For a large chain they should be ashamed of hiring people who do not want to do their job.For the manager or owner who sees this look at the picture that was posted in your establishment.Horrible service and a waste of time
