After a day of dancing, color, good vibes, and celebration at the Holi Festival, what better way to complete the day then to eat some delicious Indian food!The restaurant has a small private lot if youre lucky enough to snag a spot, but if you come during normal dining hours, I could see it filling up quick. Spice Six offers a variety of curries, appetizers, biryani, and other delectable dishes. What I like about this restaurant is that they give you a side of rice with your curry! If youre dining alone they also have combination plates available, if youd like the option of having a little variety with your meal.Because we had a large group, we were able to try a lot of the curries they had to offer. We ordered the American staple of Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken, and adventured with the Lamb Curry and Aloo Gobi. The colors of the curries looked so pretty, and I enjoyed them all so much!You can never go wrong with Chicken Tikka Masala, thats always tasty. The Butter Chicken was interesting because it tasted like Marinara Sauce and Chicken, not at all what any of us was expecting. The Lamb Curry must have been one of my new favorite curries, the meat was so tender and the spices made the curry burst with flavor! The Aloo Gobi was good because with all that protein, it was nice to have a curried cauliflower and potato vegetarian dish! Plus it helped calm the fire of the spicy curries!Perfect meal to end an beautiful day! I just wish this location was closer to my house so I could go more often!

Since when mediocre food got one star? I like to check ratings from bottom and I find ridiculous reasons. Im sure we all have different opinion about things that we encounter but if u complaint about not taking bags out of your trunk when u arrive at motel6 or they didnt offer u a table when u went to McDonald for dinner.Taste of kimchi soup here is moderate(which its good knowing there are 100s of different ways to make this soup) Soup base taste clear not too spicy means no msg was used. I was very suprised with their price. Below average price on most of thier item did made me think twice about ordering. But to found out that two elderly couple ran thia place over 20 years and just retired and new management kept the same price. Quick bites grab and go place that I definally come back and try thier other things in menu. Beef bowl mandu(dumblings)

$200 = a mediocre meal in Los Angeles. Should of went to Norms! Crudo was rotten, had to go to the bathroom to vomit (Yeast Infection Taste). Should of quit here, but continued on to the beef cheeks, which were meh. BranziNO!!! Mediocrity is celebrated way too much these days. The dead-end is here, so I am turning around and never returning. Similarly, when you go to a Korean restaurant and all you see is white people like the movie, GET OUT!!!

If you havent stopped in the Hermosa Brewing Company lately you are missing out.Now lets be clear Im not a drinker so couldnt tell you about the beer. But people around me all loved it. I asked.The out the names of what the have on Tap up on the board.I decided to go with a big fat burger!!First off it was HUGE and the shine on that brioche bun was amazing.I got a daily special medium rare, caramelized onions and the were browned to perfection and it brought out the slight sweet of the onion. It came with a healthy dose of melting Brie and some spring type mix lettuce. Juicy tasty and I wasnt sure how Id wrap my mouth around it and thankfully it came with a BIG knife. I chose the sweet potato Fries. Delicious I could only eat half the burger so you know I have a date wirh that other half tonight.. Please people, Im single allow me my silly moments.Kara was my server and she was fabulous and helped me decide described everything on the special menu and was super sweet.I also met the manager and he had a voice better than the burger. Hello people remember #singlegirlproblemsAnyway Id go back for more of all of it ASAP.If youre sporty they have games on the big screen and if you hate fighting to park they had spots in the parking lot in back. You will need some coins or a card I believe for those and there is a parking structure nearby if necessary and street parking.The place is smaller and casual and cozy.Tell them Meeks sent you.Go and enjoy. I hate to leave a bad review but I think it's important that the owner is aware of what's Going on in their restaurant when they are not there. I've actually been in the restaurant industry for the last 16 years so I know that these type of reviews are helpful as well. We've been coming to Rabanos for quite some time. About five of those times our order has been incorrect or food has been not fully cooked. Sometimes the staff is really nice or they don't really know what they're doing and they have complete attitudes and then the orders come out incorrect due to their negligence. I also think that the kitchen does not pay attention to what they're doing some of the times that's why the foods coming out incorrect. Well today our food was incorrect again m.It was just thrown together. The meat was not cooked all the way thru so the chicken was pink. The burrito had a long rosemary stem in it, which had my children bitten into that could've choked. We've had to complain several times and it's just frustrating to have to drive back because people are just not doing their job. The food is wonderful here but when it's bad it's really bad so I'm hoping that the owner does see this and I'm sure he will hear from the manager because we had to speak with her and let her know what had happened .I understand that there's bad days in the restaurant industry but this happens more often than not.We keep returning because we are hoping that we can continue to give rabanos a chance and that this behavior will change but it seems that it hasn't.plus we like to support small businesses.

The location was convenient and the food was acceptable but nothing special.The service on the other hand is HORRIBLE. i think I ran out of courtesy and patience.This is the second time they do not give us part of the order and give us a hard time about it. They claim that we are scamming them.This time.We ordered 4 rolls and an order of sushi and a crab hand roll and 2 miso soup and extra ginger.I pick up the order and ask to check it. The lady says no.Of course when I open the order at home, no extra ginger is included. The big issue was the pink lady which is spicy tuna on crispy rice. She corrected me for what to call it while picking up but it was missing from the order.We called to get a refund or go pick it up. The lady on the phone claimed we are trying to scam them. What!? With a $10 roll!? Are you mad!?Anyway here pictures of the order with NO “pink lady” in it. Never ordering food from here ever again. Too many other sushi places in this area to be loyal for someone to offend you like this. See ya!

In and out is a little tricky, but worth it. There is a great BofA ATM next to a large Starbucks with a drive through. Aw cmon, youre going to Starbucks to buy coffee and then to sit and watch the world go by. Drive-through takes away all the fun. There is also a big Trader Joes.Apart from these, my favorite spot in the shopping center is a Peruvian restaurant called El Pollo Inka. Ive been to Peru a couple of times and this place has very good food. If you got a Friday night you will get to hear Andean flutes and music from Peru. Something to keep in mind, their kitchen closes early about 8:30, you can stay and eat until 10 but they dont usually sit new people after 8:30.My wife and I prefer the sauteed dishes, which in Spanish is saltado. Your choice of chicken, pork, beef or seafood served over your choice of noodles or french fries. The noodles sound more logical, but the french fries taste so much better! They make their own hot sauce and its white with green flecks in it. My Korean wife is used to hot food and when she saw the color she said this cant be very hot. But she tried a little anyhow and her eyes opened wide and she told me oh yes, it is hot. There is an unusual appetizer on the menu, its a boiled potato skinless served cold with a creamy white sauce on top, not spicy so youll have to grab some of that white with green flag hot sauce to put on top of it if you really want to have hot food. Its called papas a la huancaína. Or you can order the fried yuca. It comes with a similar sauce.
