Blue House Korean BBQ
2030 Douglas Blvd Ste.22, Roseville, CA 95661, United States
The service here was very good. The staff is super friendly and very attentive. The food is pretty good. Granted my Mom made the best Korean food so I am partial. The reason for a 4/5 star is cleanliness. The bathroom here is not clean or well kept. Everything in this restaurant needs a deep cleaning.
Vons Chicken Roseville
1906 Taylor Rd #100, Roseville, CA 95661, United States
My family’s favorite Korean Chicken restaurant in Roseville. We used to drive to drive to Sacramento just to eat Korean chicken. They also have oven- baked chicken for those that wants to avoid fried. I always order Japchae. My kids ordered flavored French Fries and kimchi rice. On a Friday afternoon, my husband and I will order our chicken with soju or beer. Come visit and you won’t regret.

A place where you can have clean and delicious meals, the best Japanese and Korean restaurants in our town. Totally recommend.
ChaoDown Poki
1950 Douglas Blvd #B-3, Roseville, CA 95661, United States
I almost never write reviews but I really have to for this place. My daughters and I were visiting a friend in the area and she recommended this place for dinner before we headed back home. I hadnt ever tried Poki but gave it a shot any way. This has been one of the best foods Ive ever had hands down. It was refreshing and delicious especially on a hot, Sacramento day. The customer service was amazing. We came in and immediately were greated with smiling faces. The women who helped us was amazing and so patient with my kids. She happily explained to my daughter what everything was (there was a lot of toppings she hadnt tried before) and even provided samples for some of them! I got the ChaoDown mix which was salmon and tuna mixed in a delicious sweet and spicy sauce, with white rice and a ton of delicious toppings like crab salad, edamame, broccoli, pickled radish and sesame seeds. There was so much to choose from but I didnt want to over load my bowl! My kids got a teriyaki chicken bowl and a shrimp bowl and they loved them! They surprisingly ate every bit, I didnt have to push them to eat one more bite! They even had a chalk wall in the back that my kids happily enjoyed while I finished my dinner. The food was amazing but the customer service was out of the park! This place gets an 11/10 in my books and we will definitely be back next time we are in town!
Tous Les Jours
Roseville, CA 95678, United States
We were excited to visit from all the great reviews, and had a very disappointing experience. The shop itself is cute, but setup horribly with a couple small cases of pastry that is tough to maneuver if there are more than 3 people in the store. They had a case with 5 different typed of buns listed, but was loaded with only 2 different types, which confused several customers in the store trying to get buns that weren't available. When customers asked about products the servers were abrupt and rude. The pastry itself is just okay was just okay, and nowhere close to light and airy French pastry. Croissants and pain au chocolate were crusty and heavy, the curry bun was the best thing we ate, but was ice cold. This wasn't our favorite experience, and don't feel the need to return.
The Grand Indian Cuisine
9600 Fairway Dr #100, Roseville, CA 95678, United States
We have been going to this restaurant for the past 2 years. During each of the visits, the food has always been the highlight of our experience. However, I could not say the same for our most recent visit. As usual, i called the restaurant to place a order for pick up. I was greeted by a woman who was pleasant and took my order. She told us it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. When we arrived to pick up our food, there was a line and the front staff was on the phone. Another staff spoke to my husband but didnt give him the food. She then asked me why I was there. After reiterating our order, she handed me my order and asked me to wait to pay. When we arrived home, I witnessed that there was no salna and raita to pair with the chicken dum biryani. I called the restaurant to complain and they told me to come and pick it up. We declined since it was past our dinner time and drive would take another 25 mins. I made raita at home and we dive into the food. With the first bite, we realized the chilli chicken was too sweet. After tasting the biryani we began to question if the management or the chef of the restaurant had changed. The food tasted nothing like before. The south Indian flavors we loved so much was not longer present in the food. The biryani masala was completely different. It lacked in spice and tasted sweet. The set of parotta with the mutton curry was also disappointing. The parotta was dry and hard and the mutton curry also lacked spice. After spending more than $50 for our dinner, we were utterly disappointed. It disheartening since this was our favorite indian restaurant in the Roseville area. It will be a very long time before we come back to this restaurant.
Masa Masa
2310 Pleasant Grove Blvd Suite 130, Roseville, CA 95747, United States
Service- 6 out of 5Food - 7 out of 5Ambiance - 6 out of 5Giving back to the community while eating tacos? Cant put a rating on that. Masa Masa opened last week and seems to have a packed house non-stop. For good reason! The community is turning out in droves to support a local spot that in turn supports its community.Myself and 6 others went in on a Saturday and we were lucky enough to procure a table but keep your options open- this is a very intimate eatery. Pro-Tip - There are outdoor tables on the other side of the parking lot you can utilize in between another restaurant and the coffee shop. We sampled nearly every menu item for our first foray and there isnt one taco that didnt hit the mark and then blow right past it. Grilled shrimp? Takes you to an island getaway. Fried shrimp? Flavor explosion. Mahi Mahi fish tacos? I was back on Maui staring at the ocean. This will, without question, be our new weekly taco stop.A reminder to everyone- PLEASE BE PATIENT. The staff at Masa Masa, even with a packed house and the occasional impatient patron, are absolutely killing it. They somehow manage to make everyone feel as if they are the only table in the house. Thats a pretty phenomenal feat for an established eatery let alone one that just opened and is SWAMPED.All in all; 15/10. I recommend this spot to EVERYONE. Food exceeds all expectations, youre supporting a local family and supporting a restaurant giving directly back to their community. It LITERALLY does not get better than that.
naruto show me the sushi
963 Pleasant Grove Blvd #150, Roseville, CA 95678, United States
This review does not reflect on the location as a whole, only the experience my group had. They made my group wait over 1.5 hours for part of our order, presented the bill, then told us that the chiefs though that they already sent the other rolls 20 minutes after getting the partial order. After a total of 2 hours we received the rest of our order. The place wasnt busy at the time. There was enough staff. Its just no one checked on us or gave us updates on our food. Maybe we should have stepped up to the servers and complained, but no one should have to resort to that when there were only 4 tables to watch over.Tldr: This place has good tasting food, but the servers and cooks/chefs left us out to dry for ~1.5hrs, forgot to give us the rest of our food, and tried to bill us. The rest of the order eventually came, but we had to be there for 2hrs to get a total of 7 rolls.
