Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors
16125 Sierra Lakes Pkwy Suite 320, Fontana, CA 92336, United States
Such horrible experience I had today 4/2 @ 3:44 pm. From the first seconds I entered the place, we were not even felt welcome since they dont even greet the Customers as every other fast food places do out there. When I was placing my order, the guy who later told me was The Manager had a serious/angry face. To that point I thought to myself, maybe he is having a bad day and I placed my order and thanked him. When he brought the food I realized it had eggs, which upsets my stomach and I try changing my plate. I told him I did not know the plate had eggs, and politely asked him if he could please change the plate for me, he told me with a straight face and in a rude way he told me he could give me 50% and I refused because I barely had touched the plate and he said because the description of the plate said it had eggs and I should hace read all the description, I told him that was my bad, but he dis not care!! The point is not the money but his nastittude!!! I told him I was returning the plate and he just said okay. Practically he ripped me off $10!! I did not eat and he ruined my afternoon. If you are given a manager position, at least know how to treat your customers so they can come back. I may not make a difference, but if more customers feel the same way I did, you will loose business and If you dont like your job and dont like treating Customers with courtesy, change jobs and maybe the owner will get more business. That is what other places do and they have more Customers that this location has.

About last week my gf and I were on our way to go bowling until we where approached by this Asian women trying to promote this restaurant across Bowlero. It was so humbling to see despite her broken English I can see her trying her hardest which I admire the most. I told her we will go after bowling unfortunately they were only open until 9 pm. So we went the next day. The food took long because it's freshly made it's not like your ordinary Asian restaurant where the food is already cooked and sitting on a heating tray. I order the Ginger chicken with green onions, Kung Pao Chicken and Veggies Spring rolls. everything was delicious including the Tai Tea Boba, if authenticity was a flavor that's how I would describe it. Be careful with the home made sriracha. I was warned by one of the cooks in restaurant it was spicy and it was! in a good way though. Overall, the food was flavorful, seasoned, chicken cooked perfectly, veggie rolls were crunchy, vegetables were juicy. On the other hand, the customer service is a 10/10. Each employee we spoke to seemed very genuine, caring and most importantly happy. I did appreciate them advising us to place and order on the phone ahead so we wouldn't wait so long. Honestly guys I had a wonderful experience. I'm coming again no only for the customer service but the food is fantastic. Shoutout the woman who was passing out the menu in parking lot. I know it can be depressing when people ignore you or shut you down before you can finish your sentence. Just know you were the reason why my gf and I showed up to your restaurant. Enchale Ganas!!!

Way over priced for the amount and taste of the good. I just wanted to try a different spot. Big mistake the orange chicken was so bland I know chicken inside the shell, I dont know but theres an ingredient that they dont put in it it might be the duck sauce Im not sure. The rice didnt have any egg in it barely any vegetables. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken that was good. And also the jalapeno chicken that was also good. I ordered my kids three bowls of the orange chicken and it came out to about $35. The orange chicken was crunchy I guess and very unsavory. Everything else was okay. The servers were very robotic and constantly speaking theyre native language which is fine but I had a feeling they were talking about me and what I was ordering because I asked to put more vegetables in it and she complained in her own language not cool.
Inland Empire Center
16721-16855 Valley Blvd, Fontana, CA 92335, United States
Compared to the other nearby malls this one is tiny if you exclude the anchor stores. The selection of stores to visit is just weak. Only go in if you know that theres a store that you want to go visit because otherwise its not really worth it to go in to look around. Probably the best thing about Inland center and what I believe has kept it open are the anchor stores like JCPenney, Macys, and Forever 21. None of them have exceptional customer service, like the JCPenney and Macys are just okay when compared to the ones in Victoria Gardens since they have a better selection and better staff in general. The Forever 21 isnt the best either its just okay. Walking in it does sorta feel abandoned but that may just be the lighting. Other than that, if youre in the area and want to go shopping somewhere then this is an okay place to go.

I was having a great time, enjoying the delicious food until I decided to question the $6.99 charge for guacamole and hand made chips that were offered and not ordered. Any other restaurant will offer you chips and salsa at no charge. They took the same approach but came with a fee in the end. Like I said I did not orderer it, it was offered, not only that but the guacamole and chips werent in the menu. The pony tailed manager came and said out loud so you dont want to pay for the..... I had placed the money on the counter and was only waiting for an explanation. The manager asked if I ate the guacamole and therefore I would have to pay, he kept on talking not allowing me to speak my mind. He said Im the manager and Im here at your service. What service if he dont allow me to speak. As soon as he said the last word, he looked at me up and and down as if he wanted to meet me outside and kick my ass. What a looser. He gains $7 today but looses a customer and he wont make any money from me again.....what a payoff. Excellent food just be aware of charges they add for whats not on the menu and is offered without mentioning the cost.

First time here and I must say: pretty solid experience if it werent for two annoying mishaps. Were looking to return soon to continue supporting this local business and give it another go.FOODWe ordered the veggie rolls for appetizers, veggie chow mein, garlic green beans and veggie fried rice. We were hoping for egg noodles and received those thin crispy ones in a gravy sauce. Not a big fan of the chow mein. The garlic green beans were delicious and could have used a little more garlic for our taste, but overall - real good. The veggie fried rice was...in a word - DELICIOUS!Please know that this is an Asian fusion restaurant that serves pho, ramen and several other delicious looking dishes. We drank two Cokes that included refills - thank you!AMBIANCE/DECORThe decor had an Asian feel and was very clean (including the bathrooms). Very happy with the decor. The ambiance is welcoming toward families and perhaps couples on a date night.MISHAPSWe found ourselves having to request silverware and small dishes for our appetizers. We expected family style, and again found the need to request dinner plates once the food was delivered. The waitress brought us bowls instead, but we requested dinner plates - again. Please just bring out dinner plates from the beginning. The silverware had a dirty look to it. We tried cleaning it, but it seemed like the silverware was just severely scratched or old. Please provide clean silverware that doesnt force us to pause for silverware inspection or question cleanliness.SERVICEOur young waitress (J something...Jenness?) was very polite, professional and regularly checked in on our table. THANK YOU!!!Overall, good experience, but would like to see an improvement on the dinnerware and silverware mishaps.
El Super 31
16950 Foothill Blvd, Fontana, CA 92335, United States
My wife a Korean lady frequently visits this El Super market near Sierra & Foothill (Fontana) for groceries. She carries her wallet and so on in a back packet for the past 20 years. Today she entered this Spanish store and the guard was very mean and picked only her out of incoming customers and wanted her to allow them to inspect her pack and then store it up front with her money, etc in it. Then he wanted to follow her around the store-whats up with this. She told him that she has a heart problem and he said I dont care it is your personal issue. I never heard of this unprofessional treatment before. I am getting a lawyer to talk to them. I even called later to talk to there manager and he would not connect me to the manager. This is racial / unprofessional and offensive treatment by a small guard with an attitude. Something needs to be done. They say later that they have a sign about back packs and purses somewhere --- It was never over 5 years of shopping ever noted before. Please be careful with this kind of folks out there. Yes we will never shop there again. We need to think of Ralphs and so on from now on.

So like every week I check the ads on the flipp ad to make sure I get the best prices. And I saw that they had a sale on waters 6 for 10 (Ad included). I show up to the store and they had them 5 for 10 so I showed the cashier the ad and she replied that it was for a store in L.A. To which i responded that it couldnt be because I typed in my zip code so it shows me the prices around my area. So like every other store does I figured that they would give me the price as advertised but I was wrong its the first store I ever got too that they dont honor the advertising price. I contacted the main store threw email which they responded the same way that they couldnt do anything about it. What happened to the customer is always right? Well dont count on this store for that. They prefer to make there pockets fatter then good customer service. If they would have gone around it some other way it wouldnt have been a big deal but I see that customer service isnt a big concern for them seen all the bad reviews.
