Olive Garden Italian Restaurant
23442 Hawthorne Blvd, Torrance, CA 90505, United States
We ordered Shrimp Frito Miso at 8.45pm and then they told us they ran out not great for such a large chain to advertise a new dish and then not have it. It was out 10 year old birthday dinner choice so we were not impressed instead they offered Minestrone Soup! We drove to Torrance even though we live in Mid City but that restaurant is so cold we always leave quickly! Loved the Fettuccine Alfredo and Camille is a breadsticks fan!

I picked up soup and sandwich. They were both excellent. This is my favorite Panera now. I have visited many of their restaurants. The ingredients are tasty. They do not skimp, they are very generous. I was in the area and was very hungry.

California Pizza Kitchen at Rolling Hills
25306 Crenshaw Boulevard, Rolling Hills Way, Torrance, CA 90505, United States
First Id like to say I LOVE this place. Food and service is always on point BUT the main reason I am leaving this review was simply to compliment the manager Ryan Hammond. My family came in for dinner and my son and BF ordered their usual which is the rib eye steak. Delicious! I had their Cobb salad which was good. Anyways, were basically done with our dinner when we hear the female adjacent to us complain about her pizza. She asks for the manager which came out and was the most pleasant and polite manager Ive ever heard speak! She complained about the pizza not having cheese or her crust (really?!) And other things she thought were wrong. He graciously asked for the opportunity to make her a new one. He even explained how they used real mozzarella cheese and that it is spread evenly. Nonetheless he tried every which way possible to make it right. This young girl was so rude and would not have it! As much as he apologized and kept trying to please her she was so snobby and rude you can tell she was an entitled brat! I refrained from throwing my drink at her! The way this gentleman manager handled her is beyond me. I truly wanted to stand up and clap after he walked away. His customer service was beyond anything Ive ever experienced or witnessed! I already loved CPK but this experience just made it so much better! I just feel bad for the girls Male companion. He kept his head down the entire time as if he was embarrassed. Poor guy. Hope he runs out of that relationship ASAP! Lastly, our server was great too. Service always is at this place

The Bagel Factory
21221 Hawthorne Blvd, Torrance, CA 90503, United States
I walked into this store for the first time looked around, while a customer was paying at the register. I then went to the register to order, and a person walked in behind me, and the lady working in the store started to serve the other person that walked in behind me, ?the person that walked in behind me told the lady I was there before they were and then the lady argued with me that I wasn't standing in line while I was standing at the counter, where the register is ….: thinking I was going to order next, ?why would a employee or business owner Argue with a waiting customer? That you aren't standing in line when a customer that just walked in and said that I was there before them ?I thought this was really odd and made me feel very uncomfortable. It's terrible service so I just decided to walk out and not patronize or spend my money at this storeI recommend you don't go and spend your money there either …! They don't deserve it!

Bangkok Sapphires Thai Cuisine

We ordered three dishes and left hungry. Pad Thai noodles only had flavor from the burnt pan they were fried in. The soup was one note sour. They seem like decent people. Unfortunately they should look at doing something else because they just lack the skills to run a restaurant.

Rae G Cafe
21221 S Western Ave STE 120, Torrance, CA 90501, United States
This place is a total hidden gem! Its hidden away in a corner of a business complex and you wouldnt know its there unless youre looking for it. The service is excellent and so so friendly. The cashier (owner maybe?) is incredibly nice and will explain/answer anything if you even look the slightest bit unsure. The menu looks basic, but everything is quality. Prices are fair too. The food is deceptively good for what you would expect. My personal favorites are the daily specials. Every time Ive been the special has been different and oh soo good. Unfortunately this place is a Monday-Friday, morning-afternoon operation only, which I understand since the bulk of their business I think is the surrounding business complex. Nonetheless, if youre in the area at the right time and want a non fancy solid lunch, I wholeheartedly recommend Rae G Cafe! You will not be disappointed.

Sei-Ko-En Restaurant
1730 Sepulveda Blvd #14, Torrance, CA 90501, United States
I have been going to Sei-Ko-En for over 20 years and it is still my favourite restaurant. The ownership has changed from when I was a kid, but the quality has not dropped one bit. Rather, the service has improved from a younger staff. The bean sprouts are a must order side dish as well as the prime rib. For those more adventurous eaters I would suggest the cow tongue here. Some of the best I have found in LA.I would recommend to make a reservation as it is a small restaurant. It is a bit smokey as it is a bbq restaurant but this is by far my favourite restaurant in LA.

Kozo Sushi

We usually do take out so no real experience dining there - but place appears clean, light and bright. Our takeout orders are always correct and the staff very nice. The food is good for the price and consistently well prepared and presented. My daughter likes the tempura shrimp and the battered crispy spicy tuna rolls but my complaint in that is the container steams the food if you don't take the lid off immediately to prevent it from getting soggy - would be great if they poked some holes in the plastic or switch to paper based to vent easier.
