Angel Thai Cuisine

Horrible service and I am pretty sure those who have given this 4-5 stars is either family or have never eaten thai food before. The larb is horrific and served in a pile on a plate, when we asked for cabbage, lettuce or even basil to wrap it her response was this is how Americans like to eat it she repeated that montra over and over again, insulting to say the least and factually inaccurate. i was not aware that this was Mcdonalds, I thought I pulled into a Thai restaurant. Then she huffed off and brought us back chopped up iceberg lettuce, I asked her again how does she plan for us to eat it like a wrap as THE MENU states? her response was I dont know this is how americans like it.WOW after that she came back with the statement that the crab fried rice was not available and then walked away....ummm so can we order something else?we ordered the Angel Thai fried rice that had chicken beef and pork with sauteed vegetables (again menu described) when it came out it had huge logs of the immitation crab and some onions and pees. I asked her about the sauteed vegetables and she said it was the onions and pees, well last time I ordered fried rice it always has corn and pees.... the pork was tough and bland and so was the beef.I asked for my lemonade to be refilled and she sat down at a table with what looked like her grandmother (WHO had her shoes off and her nasty bare feet propped up on a chair and was folding the napkins and silver ware. ugh, gross and unsanitary) I asked again and she brought me water......I asked again and she said she would refill it for me.we were one of two tables only in the place and its no wonder, this was 6:30 and it was a ghost town. I have been before to meet my dad where it is close to his work and I have had their bland orange chicken and was not impressed, (EVERY time I have gone it has been empty), every time I have not liked the food, but he likes the family and felt bad that they were struggling so he was supportive. well we take a lot of grief for friends I guess.this place has no idea how to have service and the Thai food is bland at best.so if you dont mind fake thai food served with an attitude and a barefoot grandma in an empty restaurant then fine go for it, but the friends who post here are not accurate.try the MANY great Thai restaurants in town who dont insult you as The Americans like it that way

Finally a Thai restaurant in Riverside that serves genuine fresh Thai spring rolls (could use a bit more lemony basil) but otherwise awesome. Pay the extra for fresh shrimp x2. You get 3 pcs rolls per order and they were big! Satay was good, not dry with perfect peanut sauce and really good cucumber sauce. They also offer common Chinese cuisine including orange chicken - tender, fresh and not over candied. We did not love the chicken teriyaki was so so.All and all, good quality, quantity. A bit pricey but I have paid as much for awful food. This is really goodUsed Grubhub, from Oder to delivery (hot) 38 miniutes! And accurate (so rare). Thanks!!!Robyn

4.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This Thai food is very tasty! I had gone once many years ago and I remember liking it, but my go to was always Bann Thai off Brockton. Bann Thai closed over a year ago and I stopped getting Thai, until I remembered this restaurant after craving it. I'm so glad we decided to grab that for dinner, because I am impressed! We got red curry, yellow curry and pad see ew. All very flavorful and good variety of veggies. This will now be our go to local Thai restaurant :)I took off .5 ⭐️ because the chicken isn't my favorite, it's pretty bland, but I guess it's quite normal at Thai restaurants. Will be choosing veggie options.

I came here on a weekday with some friends. It wasnt busy the day we went so we were seated quickly. This is definitely a very cool hole in the wall place. I looked at the menu and they had a large variety of food.We started out with the Thai Charcuterie Plate and their Papaya Salad, and a lychee martini! I really loved the variety of sausage in the thai charcuterie plate. I was shocked. Now for the entrees we wanted to try different entrees so we ended up ordering a lot but to name a few....pad thai, crab fried rice, curry, and grilled salmon. I was simply in awe by the magnificent taste. Meat was tender, the crab was NOT imitation crab but REAL crab, the grilled salmon was flavorful, and to my surprise a pad thai that looked nothing like a pad thai where it was nested inside a nest. It was very unique and best part of course was the burst of flavor. Yes we also had to order dessert and I must say the lychee with the ice soaked in jasmine flavor was addictive. The presentation of their food is exceptionally well, like an art form and magazine-shoot ready! All in all a great dinner! I would recommend it to everyone!
Gindi Thai Restaurant Sushi Bar

The place was really cute! Didnt thing that thered be such a cute dinner spot out of nowhere in Burbank. It was a bit weird to see so many different things on the menu, but we stuck with the thai food. Had the hibiscus gin drink from their happy hour menu with an order of egg rolls and tofu frites. Ordered a pad thai and the 3 curry combo to get a taste of them all. Honestly, all the curry was delicious and the pad thai also tasted good. One thing about the pad thai, we did notice that the shrimp was a little translucent, that maybe it wasnt cooked all the way thru. Probably shouldve asked them to take it back, but we were too hungry. However, not sure if it was just us, but we definitely werent feeling well after eating the food. We took leftovers home and reheated the next day and got the same reaction of having an upset stomach. Might just be coincidence?

WOW. Went from a Hero to Zero in no time!!Came to the bar side and was pleasantly surprised, Nice guy and a blonde girl as bar staff on at the time we arrived was nice around 9:30 pm. Had a couple drinks within the next couple of hours, no one asked us to open a tab at the time... then later a brunette bartender staff came on and questioned whether or not we had a tab going to which we said no, but also made sure we told her what drinks to include on the tab to make sure we had been charged correctly up to that point... and then tipped around 8 bucks on a $21 tab... at this time we werd offered a second round of drinks, a couple happy hour wines... I was re-ran on my card for a measly $8, and by this point we were planning to leave soon, so I tipped a couple bucks and pushed the credit card slip on the tray up to the barfront. Later that same brunette (rude) bartender on duty assumingly accused us of not paying our tab up until that point, to which I knew that was no way the case, and was thoroughly offended, considering I paid and tipped on the credit card receipt! She then asked for MY copy of the receipt, which I never completed and was still on the tip tray witj the remaining receipt. At some point she had grabbed and crumbled up one of the receipt, so I have no idea what happened to the copy I tipped and singed on, but being in restaurant industry for over 20 years.. I know it isnt impossible to see that my card had been ran for the last round of drinks, whether she had the copy or not was beyond me, but at this time she was basically telling us to finish our drink and leave as if we hadnt paid or tipped! This was especially offensive to me, considering I did both, but to which she deserved none of which is hard for me to even say as Im always the one making excuses for why you should always tip....and not just tip but overtip and always consider the circumstances...The gentlemen before her and the miss with the blonde hair (neither of which I caught names of, but wish I had) both are who I did and intended to tip prior were great! They were borh hostptitible and kind and had a welcoming manner. Kudos to them both. However, the miss ( brunette) at the end was not. She was rude and offputting at the very least... and later, especially of accusing me of not paying was especially offensive. At this time I offered her to run my card again, multiple times at this point, I asked her to make sure it had been ran even though I was sure it had by this time she just wanted to act like I was a non-paying customer to all around and make a scene and embarrass me. The last thing someone is going to to do is treat me like Im an unpaying, unwilling patron, which goes against everything I beleive in, as Ive been in the restaurant I duatey as a server, bartender, and Manager for many years... I was looking forward to this place being a place to come to close to home and now Im not sure if Ill EVER be back! Just Awful! She was incredibly awful and the security folks around just gave her fuel to her unjust fire. Very disappointing.

Yes!!!!! I was looking for fresh samosas and I hit it big finding this jewel. As you can see its a grocery store with a mini food place inside. Im vegan so of course this place is a dream for me. Tons of spices, tons of delicious smells and the customer service went above and beyond the normal. If you have time for lunch theres seating inside as well. In order to access the front you have to drive down an alley and park in the back. Anyway, again, its a big YES from me. Oh and I swear the green dipping sauce is everything!
ZENSTREET Izakaya Ramen Sushi Thai
3600 Central Ave STE 1, Riverside, CA 92506, United States
REVIEW: Ive been going to Zen Street for a little over a year now and this ramen house is good if you have a craving for ramen that is not prepackaged. My best friend took me to this place and I fell in love with the rich flavors of their ramen and their dumplings. Unfortunately, the last few times I have gone to their establishment their Chile Lime ramen recipe drastically changed from when I initially had it. Even though I still enjoyed the ramen it lacked the pungent lime-flavor that I was expecting from my dish. Not only that, but their soups are more of a broth base rather than a rich, creamy base which I have had at ramen house called Yushoken Izakaya & Ramen. Aside from that, their customer service is very friendly, but depending on the amount of customers within the restaurant they do tend to forget about you. My most recent visit I was only given one refill because it seemlike there was too little staff even though there were only four different parties of people. It is understandable if they are busy, but they completely forgot about my party which had never happened in the past. I will say that the restaurant is aesthetically pleasing as it infuses indoor bistro lights and minimalistic traffic decor & music decor throughout the course of the restaurant. Overall, I would recommend eating here, but not if you are expecting authentic ramen. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.
