Tom Yum Goong Thai Restaurant
88 A Peabody Rd, Vacaville, CA 95687, United States
The best thai food in vacaville, fairfield, dixon area. Homemade egg rolls made with love. The best! The best tom kha soup around. Bursting with flavors, you can taste and see the spices like lemon grass. Its just awesome! Their beef pad see ew is very authentic. It has the delicious burnt taste just like you had it in Asia. They are the only Thai restaurant that got the taste right hands down. We tried many other dishes in their menu. Never disappoint. The restaurant is very clean. The owners Ray and Jane are the nicest hard working people that will go above and beyond to make sure you got excellent dining experience. We have eaten there many times and many to-gos. Always happy. Give them a try! You will love it.
Muay Thai Cuisine

Man, oh man. I was not prepared for this place.Muay Thai is tucked away in the corner of the shopping center. The sign was not lit up outside so I didnt even see it at first until the group I was with pointed it out once we parked.Walking in, it was completely empty except for one booth with a single woman in it. It was Sunday night at 5PM so I definitely wasnt expecting that. Both of these first two impressions made me a bit weary but I immediately felt a little more at ease once we met our server. She was attentive and friendly. When asking for a recommendation, she gave us an honest answer and let us know the most popular dishes. We ordered the Pad Thai House Special, Muay Thai Curry, Lemon Chicken, a side of white rice and two Thai teas (dont forget to check in to get a free one!)The food came out all at once in less then 10 minutes. Everything was absolutely perfect. The pad Thai was full of flavor and not greasy in the slightest which is my pet peeve when it comes to noodles. The Muay Thai curry that the server recommended was by far my favorite curry Ive ever eaten at any Thai restaurant. It has huge chunks of roast duck in it WITH NO BONES IN SIGHT. After realizing that it was boneless I died a bit and started knocking the food back so fast. The lemon chicken was also cooked perfect. It was an appetizer but we asked for it to come out with our entree since we were in a bit of a rush. After finishing our food, I couldnt help but feel sad that there werent more customers. This place definitely deserves more recognition and business. If youre in the area, definitely check this place out.
Pho Lee Hoa Phat 4
88 Peabody Rd B, Vacaville, CA 95687, United States
Ive never eaten here and never will. I came here for the first time today to try their Pho and was DISGUSTED with their clean practices in the time of covid. The cashier will not let you place your card in the card machine he insists on taking the card which means he is handling all cards and cash. There is a cup of dirty pens that are reused with each customer and not cleaned at all. The cashier was wearing a pair of gloves that he never changed. He went into the back WITH THOSE SAME GLOVES and started packing food . The thing that disturbed me most was I saw him pick up something and drop it into my food container from the counter WITH THOSE SAME GLOVES! When I mentioned that he should be changing his gloves he informed me that he knows his job. He also told me he did not put anything into my food as if I didnt just watch him do it. Eat here if you want but if this is an indication of their clean practices there is NO TELLING what is in your food. $10 wasted.

Been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. Its wonderful!! They serve delicious, authentic Southeast Asian cuisine. My husband raved about their seafood laksa, and daughter and fiance love their beef rendang! Their mee goreng is spot on. Worth travelling to if you’re in Sacramento, Davis or the SF Bay area. Very good Asian grocery next door. I highly recommend Barzar Eatery!!

TLDR: GIVE THEM A CHANCE, you and your belly will be happy you did!Authentic, delicious, good portions, v. reasonably priced, staff is super nice.Great variety, come on now, Thai, Laotian, AND Cambodian cuisine under the same restaurant! This place is a rare find, especially in NorCal. They live up to their name TLC Licious! They give Los Angeles Thai Town a run for their money, seriously, and Im from LA.Give them a chance, Id love for them to stay as long as they want in Vacaville. The exterior may not be fancy, and I know their focus is on excellent food and customer service.Support your small local businesses, especially those that deserve it the most! They can only thrive with our support!Side note:My partner dropped their credit card by mistake and Som called us back immediately to let us know. That was v. kind of them. She's a sweetheart!
Buddha Thai Bistro

One of the best Thai restaurants that I have ever been to! Located in a random shopping center near the premium outlets, this hipster place is a hidden gem that treats you like family. Its also one of Yelps Top 100 places to eat.My meal started with a vegetarian spring roll appetizer that was refreshing and delicious. It paired perfectly with the not too strong peanut sauce and the flavorful chili oil dip they provided. They also quickly brought out the mango lasa, which is like a mojito with fresh mango bits. For the main course I had the duck special, which is the owners moms original recipe (and the server was more excited than me when I ordered it!). The duck was cooked tender, flavorful with garlic, and so juicy and good. It came with broccoli and was presented beautifully. I like the way they also cook the rice here so its not too moist and tastes good.I also tried a bit of the curry shrimp, and the thai curry here is some of the best Ive had. Lastly I had mango with sticky rice, and they doused the entire place with coconut milk which I love. The reason I would come back is the service- the staff here always smiled and I really felt like I was part of their Southeast Asian family.
