I went into Pieology to support my sons school fundraiser. I was greeted by a young man, who was friendly....so far so good. As I am telling him what type of dough I would like, the manager Desiree walks up and rudely interrupts by telling him I need this on the fly and handed him what I can only guess was a forgotten order, or a remake. Either way, I was in the middle of an ORDER! The young man apologized to me and started to work on the order she gave him. I was shocked that any manager would walk into an order in progress and have so little respect for the customer. After standing and watching this young man make someone elses order, I was finally able to order. While waiting I had a chance to observe the manager take her phone from her back right pocket and begin texting, then put it away and continued pulling pizzas from the oven. Never once changing her gloves. After taking a few phone calls on the business phone, which was in her back left pocket (same gloves) she finally changed her gloves. Wow! I am still in shock that this is a MANAGER! The next person to help us was friendly, but seemed confused. When we reached the cash register, I asked the young man helping me if there was a number to report our experience. He seemed confused, and called the manager over. I asked for a number, Desiree told me that there was no phone number to report anything, and to go on the company website. I went to the website, and of course did not find any way to report the visit. I asked for the name of the General manager, and she said that it was her, so I spoke to Desiree about my complaint. She said she was sorry and then placed blame on the person who was initially helping me saying, Well HE could have finished your order She gave no sincere apology, had no accountability for her actions and absolutely no professionalism. I asked her for her name, which she gave me and immediately walked away... in the middle of my complaint LOL! What kind of business gives no information on how to give feedback on a visit? The other employees I encountered were friendly, so I have no complaints there. The pizza was decent, nothing to write home about, my son said his wings were great so that is a plus. But unfortunately Desiree ruined the experience for us and I will not return.

Tried to use my by two get one free coupon on the app. But it expired in 3 minutes. Waited in line for 4 minutes. They would not honor the coupon on the app. Friendly staff... But waste of time on the app. App is not working and not user friendly... Total waste of time. The staff was friendly but said they couldnt honor the coupon once it expires in 3 minutes. The app is a total rip off and joke to use....

First I want to say every In-N-Out burger place I have been to has been great BUT this one here in Beaumont ca has been by far the best one. It is always clean and the staff are all so kind and friendly and go up and beyond for customers and making sure their experience is the best possible visit. Today my eldest, my daughter turned 18 years old and she chose In-N-Out for her birthday dinner. When we told them it was her birthday immediately the drive through cashier at the food pass window said happy birthday to her and asked what kind of shake she likes and gave her a free shake for her birthday. That was so kind and sweet and very much appreciated more than the cashier knows. I would always recommend In-N-Out to everyone (including family from out of the country has been introduced to them, and when they come out they must eat here) and I would most definitely recommend going to this location too! Thank you all the staff and In-N-Out!!

Two Ladds is such an amazing little bakery to have in our area! Friday morning it was drizzly and cold, and I popped in to grab a cup of tea and had a delightful raspberry muffin (Thank you so much!) warmed to perfection and with real butter. I just love their house blend tea, and they will add as much honey as you prefer... I love mine with a little cream and honey. Walking in from the cold is like stepping into a fine little French café (and they have the culinary certificates on the wall to prove it!) with delectable smells and a beautiful array of baked goods to tantalize anyone within reach. The owner is welcoming, cheerful, and friendly and I have loved everything I have tried there. They have pastries, muffins, sweet or savory crepes, paninis, sandwiches, and more. So much better than Starbucks... And you are supporting a local business! Give Two Ladds Bakery a try, you wont regret it! ❤❤❤

Their vegetarian omelette was delicious! I didnt want the side & didnt ask for a substitution, but the waitress was so sweet & kept offering me other things. I picked the fruit & they were excellent, fresh pieces of fruit, way better than what most restaurants give! Also, their portions are very generous.

I absolutely love this place! They have a lot of vegetarian/vegan options which I love because my options are usually limited at other restaurants. The chef even came out and reassured me that she didn’t cook it with any animal products. They’re all super nice as well. The waitress also made me the thai tea with coconut milk!

Horrid customer service. Told us the kids meal came with a choice of chocolate milk, Apple juice, or regular milk so we ordered a chocolate milk. They then said they made a mistake after my child had started drinking the chocolate milk and it wasnt free, but they wouldnt make us pay for it. We had to ask for napkins. So then it took forever for our food to come. I mean forever. None of the employees seemed to care and were walking around at a snails pace. I asked teenage server how much longer for our food because we had been waiting a really long time. He had a lool on his face like he could care less and said he would see. He walked slower than a 1 year old learning to walk. I saw several people go in and out of the managers office, but the teenage server never came back with a Food report. Food finally came at different times and some of it was wrong. The pizza that was wrong was going to be re made. We finally asked for our checks (we were a party of 10 with children) and that even took a long time. Re made pizza had just arrived so we aked for it in a to go box because we had been there so long already.We had to ask for boxes twice. I asked for the manager and the teenage server looked clueless as to who the manager was and said he would serif they were there. He never came back. Our server came and I asked her for the manager and she looked confused too, but finally said she would see if she was back there. A lady finally came with a smirk on her face and said someone at this table wanted to talk to me? She didnt introduce herself and ask how she could help. As we explained the issue, her excuse was the employee had only been there 2 days. Then the server for our table said she had only been there 2 days. She refused to take the chocolate milk off the bill for her employees mistake and said she would be back with the checks. when the check came mine had an extra .99 cant kids drink fee in addition to the chocolate milk they forced me to pay for. PLUS a %20 gratuity had already been added to our bills!!!!! Are you kidding me???? we went to the front to get our bills corrected and the female manager said if my kid drank the chocolate milk I had to pay for it even though it was her employees mistake and I never would have asked for it if it was an extra fee. They did give a 10%discount, but had added the %20 WHICH IS ILLEGAL in California!!!! The female manager then said there was a different manager for the whole restaurant and he said we had to pay for the chocolate milk. When she walked away, i asked a teenage female employee if the woman was actually a manger and she looked clueless and said it was her 1st day on the job! So then I ask for the real manager Eric and he came out and looked like a cook with dirty black shirt and dirty black pants. He said they had rules and he couldnt take the chocolate milk off the bill. Insane!!!! Then we confronted him about the %20 gratuity in the bill and he said he would take that off. Then I asked him about the extra mysterious .99 cent kids drink on my bill in addition to the chocolate milk i was being forced to pay for and he said he could take it off the bill!!! BUT HE COULDNT TAKE THE DAMN CHOCOLATE MILK OFF????!!!!! Who runs a business this way!!???? I was horrified at the customer service and will never take my family back to this place.

As a visiting Canadian, Raising Canes has been on my to try list for the longest time after seeing many videos and photos about it on social media.We stopped by one afternoon, just got a snack, so we could say we tried it. The exterior looks really nice and brand new, but so did the interior. Overall, I was quite impressed with how clean the place looked! The ambience of the place is actually really neat and gives off a restaurant vibe rather than just regular ol fast food. We were greeted upon entering and overall, service was very friendly when ordering (and exiting too, as the same employee took our garbage from our table and said bye to us on our way out!)We opted for two 3 pc combos, which each had 3 pieces of chicken tenders, crinkle fries, a piece of Texas toast, their secret sauce, and a fountain drink. The chicken tenders were juicy, tender, and piping hot! They were flavorful without being too heavily battered which was nice. Their sauce was tangy and peppery, tasty! Their crinkle fries were good but nothing too special. I was surprised with how delicious their Texas toast was! Soft and buttery. Such a delicious meal and definitely something I could imagine getting often if it was located near me.I also felt the price was quite reasonable too.

A friend of mine Raved about their garlic bread and lasagna, so I order lasagna and an antipasto salad. The salad was great; all of the veggies were tasting like they should and nothing was soggy. The garlic bread and lasagna was not so great. Maybe the cook had an off day. The bread they use for the garlic toast was meh and I kid you not, I think they forgot the garlic.I think they forgot the garlic and they put it in the lasagna. The lasagna was pretty but it was dominated by something that tasted like burnt garlic. You ever burn fresh garlic? I couldnt taste the tomato or cheese or anything else. It did look like it was made with love though. I bought 2 orders thar day, one for me and a friend. She kept quiet while we ate and she ate maybe a third of that portion. Thought maybe she had already eaten; the lasagna was a surprise. She offered her garlic bread to me and I passed.Next day she told me that she tossed it out. It really did look pretty though.I positively loved the service. Ill comment on that later.
