MasaLatina
1800 W Yosemite Ave #355, Manteca, CA 95337, United States
Some family members and I were looking for a place to eat and some family came from out of town and wanted some good Latin food and they found this place. It is located just off the road and is a small restaurant which usually is a good sign. We arrived at approximately 8pm and there were a couple of other diners so there was quite a bit of empty seats. They were able to accommodate 3 adults, 1 child and 2 toddlers no problem.Upon seating, my 1 year old son became fussy and I asked the waiter who mentioned he was new if I could just quickly order a bowl of beans because my son loves beans. He got that order in and while that was being handled, he brought us chips for the table. The chips and salsa were delicious. Shortly after that, the mashed black beans arrived sprinkled with cheese. My son crushed those. Then we all ordered our food to which the adults ordered the Masa Specialty mix and match of Sinaloan style puffy tacos. The child ordered the BBQ pork fries. The fries came out first and we all picked a little because she couldn't finish all of it. They were smackin good! Super tasty with the bbq sauce and pork. The fries which were like waffle fries were cooked perfectly! I would order that the next time I go!The plates of tacos took rather long which is the only reason why I would give it 4 stars but, I have it 5 because of the kindness of the staff which I will speak about later. It was 3 plates of 2 tacos each which took over 30 minutes to arrive and we were pretty much the only people eating inside the restaurant. Nonetheless, the tacos were fantastic. Although the grilled fish I ordered was rather salty for my taste. The plates come with beans and rice which as well are good. The salsa provided for the tacos was also tasty and spicy. Just what I like. Now, prior to leaving, I asked if they had milk and also if they could warm it for me because I was staying at the Great Wolf Lodge down the road which did not have a microwave inside the room. Ridiculous, I know. The woman at the front said “let me check” and she came back a couple minutes later with a gallon and asked if it was for my 1 year old son I was holding. “Yes it is.” She asked how much I would like and I told her and then she heated it for me and put it in a styrofoam bowl to keep warm.Excellent staff and food and I truly appreciate that the woman went out of her way to provide my son and I with some warm milk so he can have a warm bottle of milk for bed. Thank you again.

Taco Bell

The worst Taco Bell that ive ever been to. Ive given this place so many chances! It seems that the Taco Bells here in Manteca really lack customer service and food quality. Most of the workers are ok, but some are just really rude. Theres hardly ever one to greet you and it takes them 15 mins just to take your order. I would have walked out, but my kids were hungry. At this particular Taco Bell the last (never going there again!) time I went there was yesterday early afternoon. It took awhile for someone just to take our order mind you that the place was empty! The drive through only had a couple cars. It took almost 20 mins to get our food and they werent friendly. I will say the food was made correctly, but usually theres always something missing and or made wrong. Also, my potatoes once again were OLD! The place was also really dirty. The Taco Bells around here really need to step it up!

I came through the drive-thru and had ordered a chalupa box and wanted a fiery Taco in a cool ranch taco with it because I saw a sign below the menu for those flavored tacos. I was informed that they didnt sell the fire tacos anymore, even though they still advertised them. When I asked for no lettuce on any of the items, the women on the mic started saying are you serious and come on as well as sighing very heavily, she had an extremely bad attitude and was very unprofessional and rude. I canceled my order with her and parked the car and went inside to order from somebody else. I talked to the manager and she did resolve the issue with the sign and gave me my food. She tried to assure me that the woman in the window was talking to her co-workers and not me, but I do not believe that, and even if she was talking to her co-workers, it should not have been in the middle of my order well she was supposed to be conversing with me or where I could hear it come through the speaker. Now I go to El Pollo Loco instead because they give me much better service.I still gave three stars for the manager trying to fix things and the food being hot and good as well as accurate. But I will not be back because of that employee and because the manager tried to cover it up instead of having the employee take responsibility for their actions.
Papa Murphys Take N Bake Pizza
552 N Main St, Manteca, CA 95336, United States
These pizzas is bland and flavorless. I dont see what the big deal is. You get a premade pizza thats not even cooked to take home and put in your oven taking up even more time. Thats what I get at the grocery store at a cheaper price. The customers here are the worst might I add. The parking is non existent, your car doors will get hit just parking and they drive at speeds over 15 mph in the parking lot. Theyre usually giant sized trucks that cant park here anyways because their trucks are way too big and end up getting scratched and hit by other vehicles. Thats their fault though, because nobody in this area cares. This place actually counts every single topping for your pizza so consider yourself cut short. Its mainly for people who dont know what a grocery store bought pizza is and like creating a pizza to their liking. If thats you, then this place is perfect for you. I gave it 3 stars because its not that bad. I just wish there were some flavor to it and they didnt skimp on the toppings. If you dont mind your truck getting hit or dinged, then by all means give it a shot. Its a good place to create your own pizza and all you have to do is pop it into your oven.
Pizza Guys
520 E Yosemite Ave, Manteca, CA 95336, United States
We were just passing through the area in our RV and after seeing a movie and picking up some groceries we were hungry. We ordered online (25% off coupon for online orders) and our thin-crust Buffalo Chicken pizza was ready to pick-up in about 20 min. Since didn't want our pizza to get cold driving back to the RV park, we decided to eat it in the car. We went inside to get paper plates & napkins, and some bleu cheese dressing to drizzle on our pizza. This pizza was soooo good! The crust was perfect, it was gooey & cheesy with a generous amount of chicken, and some red onion, all drizzled with Buffalo wing sauce. We added some Parmesan cheese, crushed red peppers, and then drizzled blue cheese dressing on top. I would definitely order this pizza from Pizza Guys again! ?? ?? Since this is a take-out restaurant, I gave 3 stars for atmosphere, but the food, staff & service all rocked!

These pupusas were sooooo good! Very friendly service, and the pupusas were as authentic as they come. We made a large nighttime order and Alma was easily able to accommodate us, and the food was ready almost instantly. My mom is a vegetarian, and luckily there were still so many options for her. Wish we had taken a picture but we devoured our meals instantly ? will b buying again soon!
Santa Ana Amatlan Taco Truck

I kid you not, my reaction to eating these tacos was as if I was witnessing Jesus Christ himself walking on water.Take my word for it, get the Birria tacos. I wasnt really hungry so I only got 2 tacos but after my first plate, I knew that it was Gods will to make me go back and order more. This place is better than crack and more addictive. Also the owner is an awesome dude to talk to while youre waiting for your tacos. My friend told me about this place and I doubted him. Never again am I doubting him. If he says aliens started invading planet earth I would 100% believe him.
Ferronis Pizza
347 N Main St, Manteca, CA 95336, United States
After all the rave we decided to call in for pick up. It was about 2:30 pm so an off meal time on a Wednesday afternoon. It took three calls before I got a answer. When I ordered she said it would be a 30 minute wait. So we did a errand before we picked up since we live out of town. When I walked in the first red flag I seen the pizza being made with sliced cheese never seen pizzas being made like that before. I ordered a garlic pesto chicken large pizza. I substituted olives for the sun dried tomatoes because my husband can't eat tomatoes. On the way home I was thinking the pizza didn't smell very tasty. After eating a slice. Had way too many olives, the pesto was overpowering, the chicken was very limited with no flavor, couldn't taste garlic at all. The crust was tough and hard. Couldn't hardly bite it.The cheese nowhere near enough. For 35.00. We will throw what is left away. Sadly a waste of money first time ever for me to throw left over pizza away. After all the rave we were very disappointed in Feroni's pizza. We will not be back. You all can enjoy.
