Taco Bell
1700 Main St, Morro Bay, CA 93442, United States
I went in to place my order and I was greeted by a young lady, she stated to me What do you want? No Hello, Welcome to Taco Bell, How may I help or assist you today? ..... I ordered a Bean Burrito with sour cream and cheese a Taco, and for my father a enchrito with 2 scoops of extra beef, for the extra beef Taco Bell charges $1.20 per scoop. Ok so the young girl charged us $4.80 +tax for 2 extra scoops of Extra beef on a enchrito. My dad likes the encoritos at Taco Bell with extra beef. When I got the receipt I had realize that she ( karon) over charged me for the scoops! So I we get our order, WHERES THE BEEF??? not to mention the meal was cold. I went to go up to the counter and Karon said WHAT NOW? WHY YOU COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS THAT!!! DAM GIRL WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS SIT DOWN AND FEED YO DADDY AND GET THE HELL OUT OF MY STORE. At this point and time I asked for the Manager. Karon then grabbed my Dads food to go and fix it. The manager came out of her office, I had a nice conversation with her. I refused any free coupons, promo or discounts. The manager handled the situation. I did not want Karon to loose her job. But to use this as a learning experience. The next week we went in and she waited on us, it was GREAT EXPERIENCETO GO TO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD TACO BELL.

Federicos

Amazing Food! My family managed a Mexican restaurant for years and are very picky about our Mexican cuisine but this checked all the boxes! INCREDIBLE food, great location, indoor and outdoor seating and open late (well, for Morro bay 9 is very late to us lol). I had the Enchilada Wrap with Chicken, I've never heard of such a thing as a “wrap” and was skeptical but it was incredible! I will order it again when I return and probably never switch- it was THAT good. Also the menu might not mention it but the meals did come with sides, mine came with with a side salad with some sort of creamy cilantro dressing that was bomb and, guac + rice on the side too. Boyfriend got the barbacoa burrito and liked it, he ordered a side of rice not knowing the burrito came with some rice, chips, guacamole and sour cream. I also had the mango beer and I'm not a beer person but it was to tasty and like a mango seltzer- highly recommend if you want a fun fruity bubbly drink. We sat it the patio and used the heaters which was perfect for our dogs to come with. Lastly they do have inside seating as well! Pleasant staff, good pricing, lots of food options, dog friendly patio & super nice staff, Federico's is is a pleasant new addition to Morro bay!

We live in town and decided to try this new family restaurant option this weekend. The pork torta was absolutely delicious, with perfectly cooked pork and doughy, but firm, bread to hold the guacamole sauce. They offered extra sauce for dipping and I turned them down. What was I thinking? My son loved having extra red sauce for his. The prices were excellent, especially for offerings so fresh and homemade. We took home several helados, including fresh coconut, cantaloupe and guava. They also let us sample the homemade ice cream! Wow! The eggnog is a flavorful vanilla base with plump raisins and is on my list for our next visit, as well as the coffee and pecan ice cream. Too many good things to try in one trip, so well be going back!

Easily one of the best #vegetarian and or #vegan restaurants on the central coast. You wont be disappointed, especially if you are looking for a meat free option. Located in beautiful Morro Bay. Get your lunch or dinner to go, and visit one of the parks for an amazing view of the rock.

Parking Lot
Morro Bay, CA 93442, United States
This is a normal run of the mill parking lot. A couple were making out with the windows were down. I watched them for a while and got bored. He got to second base before I left. The sea gulls were fun to watch until one of them crapped on my roof, I hit him with a stick and the sob took the stick away from me and attacked my wife with the stick, a ranger showed up and wrote my wife a ticket for messing with the gulls.

Chowa Bowl
898 Main St Suite D, Morro Bay, CA 93442, United States
The Rock Shoyu Ramen was incredibly delicious and unique, the broth had an intense spice fragrance that reminded us of Chinese or Vietnamese beef stews and the noodles had a chewy handmade texture (not sure if it was actually handmade, would be cool if it is) and the pork tender and melt in the mouth. The Okie Pokie was very tasty and fresh. However for the price at $16.50, especially the ramen, there should be more veges, garnish or pickles, its very spare for the price, just I small piece of seaweed, a piece of pork and half an egg. Also, no GF noodle options.I did read that they are trying to buy local veges and seafood (hopefully meat too!) and I hope that continues as its a big plus. We enjoy small food places with a creative twist and this is a refreshing addition to MB.

Flavor Factory

This is my favorite burgers & sandwiches restaurant or take out in SLO county. As a locally known source of homemade cheesecakes & other delightful desserts, Regular customers & fans of Kitty, know to arrive in late afternoon or early evening if they hope to take home awesome homemade dessert. The fries are crunchy fresh greatness. My tip is to get a side of their sauce for dip. Far better than ketchup, ranch or anything else. This family owned business also outdoes chain restaurants with friendly, helpful & courteous staff.*** Tourists & Visitors to Morro Bay *** Make a trip for nourishment & a taste buds thrill ride, you wont regret it. There are vegetarian sandwiches available also.

Goddess Goods
1124 Front St, Morro Bay, CA 93442, United States
Just went here. Ordered a smoothie and waited 15 minutes for a smoothie that was never made. Three people got their orders before me to include my coworker. The two ladies working Sunday messed up and then lied by saying I ordered after everyone to include my coworker even though my coworker told the lady that he ordered after I did. Told them I just wanted my f.... refund. In short, they could have admitted their error, but did not. As a Las Vegas resident, this place has in my opinion a terrible level of customer service. Would recommend these two millenials to work on their customer service skills. If they want recommendations let me know. On a side note I was the only Latino in there. So did feel uncomfortable about the whole situation.

The Galley Seafood Grill & Bar
899 Embarcadero, Morro Bay, CA 93442, United States
This review will be more in depth then most. I went to the Galley with friends, so I asked for their opinions too.We called ahead, they had an hour wait. We were prepared for that, so we took in the views of the Bay. These views can be seen throughout your dinner and it's gorgeous. We were able to see some sea lions and a beautiful sunset. They have a very large wine selection and great cocktails. Unless you want a domestic bottled beer, this isn't your place for beer. They currently only had two on tap.3 out of the 4 of us started with a bowl of the clam chowder. The moment I took the first bite, I knew I was going to be very happy that we chose this place for dinner. Some of the best Clam Chowder I've ever had.The odd one out ended up getting a starter. This however benefits this review because Rod ended up ordering just about all of the starters. In his words:1. Oysters were “licking the beach” good. Very briney and fresh.2. Scallops: perfectly cooked, sauce was complex but muted, really let the fresh scallops shine through.3. Crab cakes: was most impressed by these. Lots of fresh crab meat without a bunch of garbage fillers a lot of places add. Fresh and masterfully prepared. I loved this place mostly because the overall vibe was exactly what they presented themselves to be. There was no “gimmick”, no designer cocktails (the martini was just an excellent basic martini—exactly as it should be), no massive bourbon list or microbrews, no trendy design. Just really fresh, good seafood, simply prepared, in a perfect location, with a chill, attentive, and knowledgeable waitstaff. - RodI ordered the Blackened Pacific Rockfish with the vegetable medley and fries. I could have chosen the garlic mashed potatoes, which I'm sure were absolutely delicious, but I have an obsession with fries. There is only one thing I didn't like and that's the fact that it was gone way too fast. One buddy ordered the special with halibut over rice and the other ordered fish and chips. There was not one bad thing any of us could say about our dinner.Just when I thought they were finished, they offered us dessert and we couldn't say no. They brought out the best crème brûlée I've ever had. This was extremely surprising; due to the fact that I wouldn't expect this from a seafood restaurant. We requested a side of ice cream with caramel drizzle. That was the food but I sure would be remiss if I didn't mention how fantastic the service was. From the time we stepped through the door, until the time we left, we felt well taken care of. I wish more than anything that I could remember the name of the nice lady who served usWe would gladly return again and again.

Top Dog Coffee Bar
857 Main St, Morro Bay, CA 93442, United States
My partner and I were walking down Main Street in search of food and drink. Most places were still closed at 11, so we tried out the new Butcher shop and grabbed a couple of sandwiches. The owners were friendly and the sandwiches looked amazing! (We were very pleased). In search of a place to sit and eat them, we strolled down the street. Seeing Top Dog, a local coffee shop Ive never been to, we headed in for some smoothies and kombucha to go with our sandos. We werent hiding our sandwiches when we came in and ordered, so we were surprised that after ordering and sitting down to eat, the owner approached us and told us we could not eat our food there because he has a kitchen that serves food. He acknowledged that we did buy drinks, but said something about it looking bad and having to fight off customers. My partner pounded her kombucha quickly and my smoothy arrived as we headed out the door to enjoy our sandwiches at home instead. While I understand that the food could be a conflict of interest, we had already purchased food, so the chances of him getting our food business was slim. However, had we been allowed to stay and enjoy another local business food, we would have enjoyed and purchased more drinks and items from their coffee shop, in addition to others, instead of having to down a bubbly drink and drive home to eat instead. In light of all that has happened this past year and in the spirit of wanting to support multiple local businesses, we had hoped to enjoy our day sauntering about and purusing the town again. Instead, we were deflated and went home because a local business man didnt want to share his patio with someone who purchases food from other local businesses, regardless of whether we were patrons or not.
