PhoEver Vietnamese Cuisine
2230 Herndon Ave Ste 105, Clovis, CA 93611, United States
Highly recommend!!! PhoEver is a wonderful family-owned business with great service and high-quality food for a reasonably low price! My family and I have this tradition of celebrating birthdays at a particular Vietnamese restaurant that recently went out of business. Therefore, we decided to try PhoEver for the first time. The owner and manager personally introduced themselves, asked how they could accommodate us the best way possible, managed to encourage the whole restaurant to sing happy birthday, and offered my entire family shots of expensive liquor and dessert for free! In saying this, I cannot guarantee that every birthday celebration will include free liquor, but I can say with confidence that the owner and staff will treat you like family. As punny as it sounds, my family and I will “PhoEver” continue our birthday celebrations at this restaurant! :)

Pho Le 777
1365 N Willow Ave #100, Clovis, CA 93619, United States
Being a chef, I know my food. Doesnt matter if that sounds cocky or not, because I know it does. With that being said, Le Pho 777 is by FAR thee best restaurant which offers pho and other Vietnamese Cuisine along with a slight mix of French flair on the menu. The ambiance and atmosphere are perfect for a family stylee, Vietnamese restaurant. Please, be warned when you read this next bit... Pho 89 in Fresno at Herndon and Cedar is TERRIBLE. This establishment is gold compared to that piece of junk, Pho 89.

Ph 2006

Pho Beef Noodle soup is very good. Freshly sliced meat, and a generous portion of it with tasty broth. Their soup broth is dark and rich, which is what I look for at 6 oclock pm. Unlike some Clovis Vietnamese Restaurants whose Pho dishes contain a very small amount of pre-sliced meat, with watered down broth come dinner time, Pho 2006s broth was nice and rich tasting. The only miniscule complaint would be that they mixed their Hoisin sauce with Sriracha sauce in same container for take-out. If you dont want heat with your soup or Hoisin, it could be a problem. Fortunately, its not hard to separate the sauces, but unless youre already aware they mix it, you might simply dump the container into your soup before you realize you just dumped Sriracha with your Hoisin. That being said, their Pho soup was the best Ive found in Clovis, and gets a 4.7 out of 5.

PHO VIET 101
2141 Shaw Ave Ste 109, Clovis, CA 93611, United States
Absolutely delicious pho! A lot of choices of different types of meats available. The broth is hearty and tastes of beef bone broth. Also, try the Vietnamese coffee, it is so so good! I had the #30 which is sirloin, flank steak, brisket. You can also ask for recommendations on how to prepare your bowl and what the different spices and garnishes are on your side plate. The restaurant is Very Clean. I sat at a wide side table and the table is freshly wiped down, the chairs back rest where you pull it out from the table is clean and shows no grime or residue from previous customers. The wall beside my table is clean and shows no yucky stuff. All the condiments on the table are freshly wiped down and not sticky.Really nice comfortable environment to relax and eat in peace. Thanks Pho Viet 101! We will be returning most definitely!

First off, I stood for a good 5 minutes waiting for the cashier to come out. (They werent busy, it was just me in the store) When I walked in absolutely no workers were in the front of the store. I didnt want to be rude so I waited patiently in hopes someone would come out soon. I tilt to the side, and the cashier was on her phone in the back pretending like she didnt see me. I understand chilling when you arent busy, but you should at least be aware of your surroundings, especially when the door dings as you walk in. Then, when she came out it was like she was trying to seem nice but wasnt doing a very good job at it. I understand its a Monday but you could atleast fake that you like your job. This is the first time Ive ever felt so unwelcomed here. Even the guy that made my drink didnt even attempt to acknowledge my thank you nor did he even pretend to smile when before they used to. The customer service here definitely needs some work. I noticed the service has slowly been getting worse over time while prices have been raised for their drinks, which has also been tasting worse. I have a feeling I wont be back for a while.

Have gone several times and they do a pretty decent job. Employees are always friendly and for Northeast Fresno its one of the better spots.I love chow/lo mein so thats what I base off of. They are able to give good spice (level 5 for me). It has a good kick but not enough to burn your mouth. We ordered the house special which has multiple meats. Good flavor however the noodles are always a little gummy and sticky. Thats why I give a 3.I always get the shrimp fried rice which is also ok. The Mongolian beef can also be ordered spicy and comes loaded with onions. Youll have to ask for steamed rice on the side. Its near McDonalds on Willow/Nees by the Ten Tavern on Nees next to Vietnamese restaurant as well. They are closed on Mondays and have both coke and Pepsi which is cool. Canned drinks and they sell little crunchy almond cookies if you have a sweet tooth while there. Clean restaurant and fast service.

Thai Gem Restaurant
742 W Shaw Ave, Clovis, CA 93612, United States
If you want authentic Thai food then you need to visit Thai Gem. Most area Thai restaurants are really Lao, Vietnamese, Cambodian or any mixture of south East Asian foods. Many of them are very good, but not strictly Thai and although some of those areas share the same dishes they are all prepared differently. The ingredients here are always fresh and all dishes are made to order. They’ll also customize anything to your preference. The owner is very proud of his food and will often stop at the table to chat. This can sometimes be nice and other times annoying and he doesn’t have a good self indicator to make that judgment call at times.Overall I recommend any Thai food fan to pay them a visit.
