I was very excited to go eat here today. I ordered the garlic noodles with the jumbo shrimp and the two egg rolls. I was very surprised to see the price was almost $18.00. I paid it thinking it was going to be good. Im not really understanding why these restaurants are charging us more money for this food. Its not my fault that everyone shut down for a year. They think by charging us more, it will make up for their loss. It just makes me not want to spend money because its outrageous prices. I got back to my office and opened the egg rolls. They were almost burnt, but they did had great favor. Were they worth $4 for two, hell no. I then opened the garlic noodles with shrimp. I went to eat the shrimp, but had to try to peel the shells off them. Since they fried them with the shells on, I had a hell of a time trying to get the shells off. I asked for shrimp and not shrimp shells. Then I opened the noodles. It was ramen noodles with some cut up garlic in them. It was almost like they threw the two in a wok and heated them up for a few minutes. In other words, the noodles were so dry and NO sauce, I had to drink water to get them down. I was VERY disappointed with this seeing all those wonderful pictures that have been posted. I can buy three packages of ramen for a dollar. They charged me $18.00. Something is wrong with this picture. Good luck to all.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐6-Star Sushi Restaurant!!! ?✨I could not rate this place more highly. I happened to park nearby while famished for some lunch, so I decided to stroll on in. I was pleasantly greeted by Kai, and his customer service was truly out of this world!Kai and the cook Ken catered to my needs perfectly, taking great care to ensure my celiac dietary needs were met! Not a single trace of gluten came near my sushi roll. Ive never had such a seamless experience at a sushi joint. Eating out isnt always this easy with my condition, but this restaurant feels just like home. The food was phenomenal. I LOVE me some good salmon, so I ordered the Salmon Lover specialty roll. The salmon was so velvety, it literally felt like melted in my mouth while eating it. I scarfed that bad boy down so fast, I immediately ordered a new roll after that.Once again, I cannot commend the service enough. I hope anyone who reads this feels inspired to give the place a try if they have certain dietary restrictions that they believe may be possible to work around with the proper food preparation because youll absolutely find that here. The price is absolutely worth the service. The atmosphere in here was very calming and relaxing. The music isnt too loud. Good vibes all-around, and the radio is relaxing at a good volume nearby the bar section where you can sit alone if youre just coming for a quick bite. Plenty of seats and tables available if you are coming with a group of friends or family.Menu was easy to read, and theres a lot of great options. If youre in the area, lets give this place the love it deserves! Im definitely coming here more. Its nearby one of my commutes. ?(P.S. The roll in my picture was my second roll. I tried the Mango Tango roll with seaweed replacing soy paper, yellowtail instead of salmon, and no tempura. I finished the Salmon Roll before taking a picture. ?)

One recommendation for this location would be to answer the phone! I placed an online order for two veggie bowls: one chicken and one steak. I wanted to take out the cabbage from the bowl So I called right after I placed the order, repeatedly, and got no answer each time I called. On the fourth or fifth time I called they finally answered and told me that they cannot take out the cabbage from the bowls since they were already made and the delivery guy would be picking up the food in 2 mins.I'm not upset just annoyed because if they would have answered the first few times that I called they would have made it the way I wanted it.Will be picking up the orders in the future since the app does not make it convenient to get exactly what you want.

Very disappointed, I've been coming here for years and they know me, never have I complained. I placed my order for yum Tom shrimp soup and other items. when we got home we pour it over our rice and realized it was a vegetable soup and not yum Tom shrimp soup. Went back in since there phone was not working. I was told they realized they gave me the wrong soup as soon as I left so they told me either they will only give me the difference in price of what the two soups value at or re-make the correct one. I wanted my full amount back of the soup not the difference since I did not order the vegetable soup, it was their error and going back and forth killed our appetite. I was not asking for the full amount of our whole meal, I was just asking a credit for the soup that they got wrong and that's not including the extra trip I had to make here. Very disappointed as how it was handled.

I should have trusted my gut, literally and figuratively speaking. The receptionist was kind, the place was packed, the food smelled good, the price was mostly okay, everything seemed to be in order. But they had a B rating for their health inspection. We decided to give it a try on a friends recommendation anyway. Got so sick and we will never eat here again. Please dont risk your health or the pain involved in testing the UN-happy Kitchen. Your stomach will thank you.Just for fun check out what some of the things are that will get you a B or below rating. We will not go below an A-rating again— its just not worth it.

We went to celebrate my fathers 88 year old birthday at lunch today, as requested by this restaurant we called yesterday to make reservation at 12 pm with pre order of one Peking duck. At sharp 12 pm when 4 of 6 dinners arrived, they put the roasted Peking duck on the table, when we asked the waiter can you serve the duck a little later? we want to order some other dishes, the waiter replied The duck was ordered for 12 pm, we cant wait, we have a 50 persons group to be served today, honestly I have never seen such arrogant attitude and rude reply in anywhere in the world. We were pushed to place order and food were served with extremely unfriendly waiters, they gave you the feeling why you have chosen to come to dine at our restaurant? We feel we were punished for coming here. The Peking duck turned to a cold dish, we ordered noodles and Taiwanese style BBQ Eel on Sticky rice, noodles are barely at average and the Eel on sticky rice has only 5 pieces of 1 inch eel which was priced at $29.95, not only over priced but also poorly tasted. If the rate for this place can be minus, I would rate it -10. We would never go to this place any more. The place only looks good, but service is horrible, no one should be tortured for paying them, and they serve you cold Peking duck dish!
Ichi Poki & Ramen

WHY OH WHY DO I ALWAYS LIVE SO FAR AWAY FROM AMAZING POKE JOINTS?! This is hands down the best poke restaurant in Chino Hills!Despite it opening in October, I didnt get the opportunity to visit this place until very recently. I dont exactly live in the area and it is a bit of a drive even if youre located in Riverside or Anaheim, two cities I often frequent. Nonetheless, I highly recommend coming here because it is worth it!As I have mentioned in other reviews, what sets a poke restaurant apart from the rest are the premium toppings they have to offer (what they actually have at the store as well as what is included in the price you pay), types of fish, and any extra food or drink items that arent found in other places.-- PARKING & LOCATION --This place is very easy to miss. Its hidden behind a Starbucks Coffee and nestled between a Jollibee and Frostbites. Parking is free, but on busy days dont expect to find it very easily unless you dont mind a short walk!-- FISH & TOPPINGS --I truthfully cant attest to the types of fish because I am a salmon girl and as such, will ONLY order salmon for my poke bowls. I picked this place over Pokimania which is a largely popular option in Chino Hills because for $8.95 (their small bowl) I get 3 scoops of salmon and a whole bunch of premium toppings included for free!Notable free toppings: seaweed salad, masago, and avocado. Please note that the FIRST scoop is free. Any additional toppings will cost $1.50! Im always happy to get my 3 free toppings so I stuck with the single scoops.By the way, they are VERY generous with their potions. You get a star for that! :)-- WHATS DIFFERENT? --For one, their sauce selections are different from other places I have been to. They first mix your fish and toppings with a base sauce of soy sauce and yuzu ponzu combination. Then, you are able to choose additional sauces on the menu at no additional charge. The sauce makes or breaks a poke bowl for me, so I always opt for my sauce on the side. I was able to get my yuzu/soy sauce base AND ichi sauce as a recommendation from the employee. Their ichi sauce is absolutely amazing! It is a mixture of sesame sauce, eel sauce, and chili oil and it is divine. In all my years of eating poke I have *never* mixed my sauce into my bowl but now I can proudly say that I did so here. Honestly, its amazing. I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful the taste is.Another specialty they have is the crunchy bar. Some notable things include the sriracha tempura flakes onsen tamago, and a sautéed truffle mushroom??? Interesting choices... I opted for furikake only (seaweed seasoning.)Oh yeah, they also offer corn miso soup which you can get for free if you check in on Yelp!-- CUSTOMER SERVICE --I have never seen such exemplary customer service as I did at Ichi Poki. The moment I walked through the door I was instantly greeted by a shining smile from the employees behind the counter. Throughout my order, she maintained a smile and a very positive attitude, even going so far as recommending some toppings and sauces that would go perfectly with my bowl. One thing I absolutely loved was that when I had already finished paying, my boyfriend noted that I didnt have any crabmeat in my bowl. I. Love. Crabmeat. So I thought I would go ahead and ask if I could still get a side of crabmeat since it wasnt a premium charge. The employee, who I believe was a manager or lead, went so far as to offer me a DOUBLE portion of crabmeat just to make up for the inconvenience! Now that is what I call excellent service.Overall, I would definitely come back to this restaurant if I ever find myself back in Chino Hills. The poke is amazing, the service is phenomenal, AND I do love how it is located close to so many other chains to choose from.
WaBa Grill

Very disappointed in the service I had today. I did and online order, got to the location and found a sign in the front that due to staffing I would need to go through the drive thru to pick up online orders… okay that's fine, it's understandable. I get to the window let the girl know I was picking up my order, she handed me my bag and I then I said “ I just want to be sure, one of these chicken bowls has no sauce” she said “yup” and rolled her eyes, I let it go and drove away. I decided to park to be sure that the one had no sauce like ordered and as I suspected all had sauce. I went back in the drive thru AGAIN to get an attitude from the same girl. When she took my bowl she rolled her eyes again took it to the back, scooped the chicken out and put new chicken on top. Same bowl I returned with all the sauce all over the veggies and down to the bottom of the bowl…even on the lid!!! The name of this rude employee is RUBY she has very bad customer service and possibly an eye problem that needs to be looked at. I will not return to this location anytime soon.

This place from the time I entered the doors until the time I left is worth every bit of 5 stars. Very warm and friendly environment and the lady behind the counter actually brought my to-go food over to me. The food was excellent, hot and fresh and plentiful without sacrificing the protein with vegetables. I ordered a combo bowl with chicken and steak, veggies and white rice and it was definitely one of the best meals Ive had in a while. Will definitely be back.

I like this place. Its usually on point with the quality of their food and very tasty. Service is good. I hope that the Waba Grill in the City of Industry has improved since my last horrible experience at that particular location where the girl @ the drive-thru window was rude right off the bat from taking my order-she was rushing me to hurry and the finale of the experience was her arguing with me and intervening into my complaint to the so-called acting mgr at the time because the real mgr was on break...what a joke and total unprofessional-ism at its best..Just beware of that location. The few others that I have been to have demonstrated friendliness and exceptional service.
