This restaurant is convenient, so we have been there at least five times. Unfortunately the food is only average for a local Thai restaurant. The portions are on the small side, so dont expect to bring home leftovers. Parking can be tight when the restaurant is even 2/3 full. The lighting in the booths was stylish, but designed in such a way that there was a lot of glare. OK overall, just not a favorite.

This is what you get if you go to an Asian Fusion place run by people on the other side of the planet from these dishes roots. Basically, what we ate was some combination of pasta with hints of Asian food resemblance and food that tasted like people dont know how to cook well. Maybe Im spoiled by the closer Bay Area restaurants and my boyfriend and I were just looking for something to satisfy our hunger so far removed from home, but this place would not be somewhere to try again.The dishes are poorly spiced. The food quality is meh to bland. The service was weak. I dont know if our server was overwhelmed or what, but he literally asked me 5x when taking my order for the same thing I said over and over again, and he still forgot things. He also took 20 minutes just to bring us water (we had to remind him 3x). There was only one server.So if you want tasty food, or even Asian food thats ok or better, skip this place. If youre completely starved, maybe go here, but there are generic food chains nearby that would probably offer a better meal.

I got food for takeout! Unfortunately no pictures because I was too excited to eat, haha. Ordered online and food was not quite ready when I arrived to pick up, but the lovely person behind the counter was eager to help me with packing utensils and extras. She asked if I wanted hot sauce and I agreed; came home to find out she had packed not only a container of chili sauce, but also individual containers of chili oil and chili powder!It also turns out I didnt need it; the spice here is real, haha. Not enough to stop me from eating it, but enough to remind me of consequences a day later.As others have noted, the pad see ew (and probably the pad Thai though I have not tried it yet) are sweeter than I am used to. Im not sure why it gave me vibes of maple syrup.edit: 2/25/24 - I got this again and it wasnt as sweet! Pad see ew had a delicious light smokey flavor, and the pad thai was great! I love when the pad thai isnt an odd pinkish color.Everything was well packed. I got the khao soi (curry noodle soup) and none of it spilled in transit. I dont know why the restaurant was pretty empty around noon on a Wednesday, but Im definitely coming back to try more of the menu.

Isnt it funny the top ten places near pinole are all of the Asian restaurants? Looks like someone was working hard for their culture.. But lets be real... This place is awesome for take out.. Every time Ive been in this restaurant it has been empty.. The lady is very nice and you can order to the very last minute they stay open ! ((Thank you again)) see you soon!!

I DONT LIKE ANYMORE!!BAD SERVICE!!!THE OLD WOMAN WHO IS THE SERVER ON SUNDAYS IS VERY RUDE.I COMPLAIN ABOUT THE LOMO SALTADO BECAUSE THEY FORGET TO PUT THE SAUCE ON IT, IT WAS COMPLETELY DRY, NO FLAVOR AND IT WASNT LIKE BEFORE. I ASKED HER FOR EXTRA SAUCE ON THE SIDE BUT SHE TOLD ME (YOU HAVE TO ASK IF YOU WANT IT JUICY)?I TOLD HER I NEVER ASKED IT BEFORE AND THIS IS SO DRY IT WAS JUST FRIED BEFF WITH FRIES. OK SHE TAKE THE PLATE AND WENT TO THE KITCHEN THEY DO IT AGAIN Juicy ?WELL SHE BRING ME THE NEW PLATE SUPER SALTY ? I DONT LIKE IT BUT I DIDNT SAY ANYTHING .WHEN I WAS PAYING SHE REPEATED THE SAME!!! This small but cozy place has very rich and tasty food, like lamb and a curry-style chicken with a lot of flavor, and they also have that delicious Arina omelette that I think is called nan, very delicious and fresh, and their portions are large. With quite pleasant seasoning even for those of us who dont know it, its owners and service are very good and helpful and if you dont know what to order, if you ask them they will help you, and if you are a beer lover they have a large and varied selection of beers, with a regular alcohol volume, up to a beer with 8 or 9 degrees of alcohol, you will undoubtedly find something for every taste. This place is informal, but you can eat something delicious and have a pleasant time and if you like sports, They have several televisions and a large screen.
