Thai Orchid Restaurant Of Murrieta

Excellent, as always. But something about the service as Asian restaurants just doesnt quite make it up to par. But since the food is so good, Ill let that slide.

Jade China Restaurant
40982 California Oaks Rd, Murrieta, CA 92562, United States
This restaurant does not treat all the customers equal. As a black American Woman I see this restaurant treat caucasians and Asian customers way better than they treat me. One time I came to this restaurant and I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before the owner said can I help you. Also one time I brought an Asian friend along with me and my Asian friend was treated better than me and I brought them a new customer and still I was not treated with the same level of respect as the Caucasian and Asian customers. Theres a bench in the back by the entrance one day I entered into restaurant waiting for my food and there was a Asian man sitting on that bench when his food was ready she walked it to him and told him thank you for his order. When he left I sat on that same bench when my food was ready she placed it on the counter and said it was ready. Just recently I went there to pick up a order because I was doing doordash there was a man working in there with bright pink hair. I went in told him the name of the customer he said the food was ready I signed for the food but I did not see a drink because the order had a drink. I asked him is the drink in the bag, he said oh it has a drink, I say yes, I told him what drink it had. And I stood there, he was doing paperwork, he was doing receipts, he was talking to the owner and Im just standing there and hes acting like I dont exist So eventually I said are you going to make the drink and he told me to wait a minute theres no issue. Im standing there in shock like theres no issue, so is he trying to turn this around like Im trying to start something, when clearly hes treating me like I dont exist. When he supposed to be making a drink for me so I can deliver this order. So I complained to the owner lady and I told her I dont know if this is racial and he smiled at me the owner looked at the receipt and said oh doordash and I said whether Im doing doordash or not I still need to be treated with respect. And the pink hair guy started asking me where am I from I said I am an American citizen and he said no what state are you from and I repeated it again I am an American citizen he said are you from California are you from the south and the manager stood there the whole time and did not say anything to this guy that is tearing down her business. I am never stepping foot in this restaurant again as a customer. And I contact doordash and let them know what happened and I will never be receiving a order from this restaurant through doordash again. Doordash said there was going to do an investigation and I hope they do because no one needs to go through that when they are picking up an order.

I come here very often - and it’s amazing every time! The staff is so helpful and friendly and sweet. Outshines any other chain Asian restaurants! Definitely will keep visiting this place, hopefully they like to see me as much as I like to see them :)

Well, something was knocking on my belly that said I wanted Thai Food so I chose this place to try tonight.I wanted to try a couple things so I ordered, via Door dash as I was a bit busy pretending the stove was clean and trying to figure out what I got on the burner a foot away! Anyhow, back on track. Here is what I ordered so you know what youre looking at. I elected to show you how it looked delivered and how it looked plated. The dishes are as follows:Garlic Chicken Stir Fry (one in container)Pad See Lew (Beef) with noodlesThai Garlic FriesAlright, so now that we have that figured out, here are my thoughts:I will first start with Garlic Chicken Stir Fry which offers other meat options: (Beef, Pork, Shrimp, and Tofu). I really enjoyed the sauce and the meat was the quality one hopes for and they nailed it. As a whole, once you mix it all together, this is worth exploring!Second is Pad See Lew. I went with beef, but you have options here on meats (Beef, Chicken, Pork, Shrimp, and Tofu), which I thought was great. As a whole, it seemed like a bit more flavor would be great. I did find that the Chili Sauce packet included helped quite a bit as I like things spicy, but felt a neutral assessment was best. Kids can easily eat this. The last on the order was Thai Garlic Fries. I tried them as many people gave positive reviews. Im a Garlic lover and the flavor was there, but I felt like more would have been nice. As a whole, fries were perfect despite delivery, so they did an EXCELLENT job there. Only place Ive ever had crispy delivered fries from. EVER.To wrap things up, I took two rounds of photos to allow you to see how it looks delivered and how it looks plated. I wanted to make sure you saw something that reflected the quality and I plated it as though I would be serving family. You wont be disappointed and the price is sure fair. I like small places and give them a try!!

I came across this place looking for Chili Cheese Fries that were not from Del Taco! What I ended up getting was much better and I WILL be ordering again as this gives me a more healthy alternative sodium wise to regular Chinese Food or Del Taco for that matter.I included a few photos and the first will be off of the ordering page of a website. I would have actually considered five stars, but my order was short the sauces in the photo. That being said, do not despair if it is missing as the meat is well marinated and cooked and carries plenty of flavor on its own. Translated: No complaints here. Moving on:I ordered two items: My dog cant eat poultry so I ordered a Junior Beef Bowl for him. I of course helped myself for tasting purposes as his account is bankrupt. Fantastic it was! Now, I enjoyed the Regular Chicken Bowl and darn, that was good! I was skeptical at first, but after I mixed it all together, it was good all alone, but I added some low-sodium soy as those sauce containers were missing. You will all like this for a light dinner meal! Expect typical Sticky Rice but it breaks up easily when you mix it! Ill be ordering again and give this place a shot!! I think youll be pleased!
Wingz & Mi
25395 Madison Ave #111, Murrieta, CA 92562, United States
Unfortunately I've tried reaching out to management or an owner via email and phone to no avail. This is a review based on my experience on 11/3.I am sitting outside of Wingz and Mi after traveling to the restaurant to place an order. At 6:55 pm, I called the restaurant and was immediately asked if I could hold. I said, “sure”. No big deal, it's Friday it must be busy. As the minutes passed I wasn't sure if it was slammed or if I was forgotten about. After 20 minutes passed, I realized that I may have been forgotten about. I stayed on the line and traveled from the French Valley and walked inside. There were 3 individual customers ahead. I patiently waited. As I approached the counter I was greeted by Penny. I asked her if there was someone I could talk to, a manager on duty or owner. She said, “may I ask why?”. I told her unfortunately I've been sitting on hold for 35 minutes. She goes, “oh, sometimes we get so busy our employees forget”. I didn't see anyone else around except for 2 men in kitchen and Penny. I said this actually happened about two weeks ago too. But I didn't wait this long, I hung up and eventually an hour later was able to call back and place my order. She said, “I can give you a free drink”. I politely declined and said is there a phone number or email so I can get in touch with someone? She looked around and said no. I continued to press, almost to the point of begging for a point of contact when she finally printed out on receipt paper this email. Penny wasn't apologetic, while she remained calm and caught off guard, it wasn't quite the experience I imagined. I placed my order at 7:30 pm at the counter. My husband and I come here 1-2 times a week to grab food for our family. We love it. We are just disappointed that this has happened twice in two weeks. We mentioned it the first time and asked about the phones. We were told something wasn't working right with the phones. I'm hoping by contacting you, this is something you can address with your staff or come up with a different solution that might be beneficial for not only customers but for the business.
Panda Express
39112 Winchester Rd, Murrieta, CA 92563, United States
Walked in at around 4:50 Pm yestrday ( 6/19/22) because I noticed that the parking lot was clear on the way to my Mom’s house to celebrate Juneteenth. She had already cooked but I wanted to bring something to her house. So I quickly parked and walked inside. Great I thought, no one was in line and I had plenty of opportunity to order something quick and get to my moms house by 5 PM. What a terrible mistake that was. As I scanned the room, everyone behind the counter was in a huddle looking down at printer receipts and foam boxes. Clearly I was unimportant because they were having a football like huddle about orders. I let them finish but even after the huddle, they just disbursed and never acknowledged that I was standing there. I was annoyed and said “ Hello, you do know that a customer just walked in!” A guy that was putting Chow Mein in a box looked up and said, “I’m sorry we just got all these Door Dash orders in.” I then told him, “ Look, I understand… but who is more important the customer at home or the customer right in front of you?” I walked out and to be honest, I don’t think I will go back. Here are my reasons. One, no one acknowledged me when I walked in. Two, there were nothing but men working, where is the diversity here and where are the ladies at? Three, they were clearly over staffed to be confused on Door Dash orders. I’m talking maybe 8 -10 people looking confused and weirdly focused on what one person is saying. Three, I felt embarrassed. People were sitting in the dining room just looking at me as I was trying to get eye contact with one of these guys. I locked eyes with a few of them and they looked at me like, what do you want? It was embarrassing and upsetting. I mean the customers are what pay your wages, or are they getting paid some other way? I should look at reviews more before even thinking of dashing into a buffet restaurant like this ever again. My bad, Panda Express, I guess I should have know that the staff was going to be busy. What a sad business and sad staff. If this matters to anyone, I am a Black women. The staff were all men who were Asian, black and white. So clearly Black women don’t get respect here.
Panda Express

I have been coming to eat lunch at this Panda Express for at least 3 years. Because of today I will no longer come here. I politely asked 4 another entree because the chow mein noodle I received which was freshly cooked tasted very burnt and in appearance was blackened from it being burnt I asked the manager on duty if I could please have an entree as a substitute. And I asked her very politely. she said she can give me fried rice or steamed rice two things which I dont eat I explained to her that I do not eat those I asked her politely if I could just have another entree she said no. she explained to me she would make a new batch of chow mein noodle if I was willing to wait. but my lunch is ending and I could not wait 15 minutes for new batch. again I ask politely I understand that its not a side its an entree but this is customer service she said the manager that is that she cannot help me. this is what I told her youre willing to let this be a bad experience because of burnt Chow Mein noodles she physically said yes I gave her my tree with the untouched Chow Mein noodles that was burnt and told her Im sorry to hear that thank you very much. now I am sitting in my car right outside of Panda Express on Madison in Marietta writing this review. I am in customer service so I understand how easy it is to please a customer especially over something so miniscule. I give this restaurant or this new manager a two thumbs down not because of the food but because of the service and the unwillingness to please a customer. I was never rude ... I never gave attitude. I was very polite through the whole thing and she just looked at me and said no cant help you in my book shes a horrible manager. this experience is especially upsetting because I know everybody that works at this location they all know me and my wife at this location we eat here more than often during our lunch time. So my decision is to spend my hard money where I get good service I will no longer be coming back to this Panda Express ever again it is that simple....
Goi Express Modern Thai Eatery
25060 Hancock Ave #107, Murrieta, CA 92562, United States
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Goi Express Modern Thai Eatery restaurant, and we were absolutely blown away by the delightful Thai cuisine and impeccable service. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. As we settled into our cozy corner booth, we were greeted by the friendly chef herself, Ms. Goi Long, who served as our server for the evening. Her warm welcome and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for the extraordinary dining experience that awaited us.After perusing the well-curated menu, my wife decided to order the Penang Curry while I opted for the Drunken Man Noodles with Chicken. And let me tell you, these dishes were beyond delicious! The Penang Curry had just the right balance of flavors, with a Thai spiciness that added an exciting kick to each spoonful. The rich and creamy curry paired perfectly with fragrant jasmine rice, creating a harmonious symphony of taste.Meanwhile, the Drunken Man Noodles with Chicken were an absolute revelation. The tender chicken, sautéed with an aromatic blend of garlic, basil, and chili, danced on my palate, leaving me craving for more. The noodles were perfectly cooked, boasting that delightful umami flavor that one can only find in expertly crafted Thai cuisine. What truly stood out during our dining experience was the attentiveness and genuine care shown by the chef. Not only did she ensure that every dish was prepared to perfection, but she also went the extra mile by offering us additional spices, sauces, and even shared her tantalizing beef jerky recipes that they are working on. It was evident that she took immense pride in her craft and genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience at Goi Express Modern Thai Eatery. The only suggestion we have for Goi Express Modern Thai Eatery restaurant would be to improve their exterior signage. Although located in a corner, a splash of vibrant red and yellow colors in their name would make it more noticeable and inviting to passersby. In conclusion, Goi Express Modern Thai Eatery restaurant is an absolute gem that deserves every bit of praise. From the mouthwatering Thai delicacies to the exceptional service, our evening at Goi was nothing short of remarkable. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic and memorable Thai culinary adventure.Thank you, Ms. Goi, for an unforgettable dining experience. We cannot wait to return and explore more of your delightful creations!Sincerely,A Satisfied Foodie
