Original Khun Dang Thai Restaurant
8210 Sepulveda Blvd, Panorama City, CA 91402, United States
Absolutely outstanding! The Original Khun Dang Thai Restaurant in Panorama City, CA never disappoints. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere. And let's talk about the water! It's rare to find a place that goes above and beyond with their water, and it was such a refreshing surprise. The Thai Tea was a delight as well, perfectly balanced and full of flavor. As for the food, we ordered the fried chicken wontons, pad see ew, and chicken larb. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece. The fried chicken wontons were crispy on the outside, with a juicy and flavorful filling that left us craving for more. The pad see ew had just the right amount of wok-char, and the noodles were perfectly cooked, complemented by the savory sauce. And the chicken larb? It was simply sensational. The blend of fresh herbs, spices, and tender chicken created a symphony of tastes that we won't soon forget. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite. The dishes were not only delicious but also prepared with utmost care and attention to detail. The flavors were vibrant, and the portions were generous. The team at Khun Dang Thai truly knows how to create culinary magic. To top it all off, the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had a memorable dining experience. The Original Khun Dang Thai Restaurant has become our go-to place for authentic Thai cuisine. WaBa Grill

I'm starting to get mixed feeling about this place. I've been coming here every other day for the past 3 years and the bowls would be serve all the way to the top but now In the recent weeks they are serving them half way and today they got a little over hand they serve my bowl bellow half away !! It really did upset me ! I didn't get a chance to go back and complain because by the time I noticed i was already at home. I'm sure I'm not the only who notice this. If they are gonna start doing this then they should lower the prices as well. I've been to other places and this is the only place who is doing this .
Thai BBQ
8251 Woodman Ave, Panorama City, CA 91402, United States
First, the good is kind of good, except for the fact that the shrimp was undercooked, and the beef was burned(as well as the chicken). whatever had water (beverage, soup, etc...), all tasted like tap water. they also tried to rip us off over a can of diet coke, by charging $7 instead of the usual $2.50. if we Haden said anything the would have riped us off. for that I could have just went to the store thats literally just two stores down. that was just the food. the service was completely horibble and rude. they didnt care about our safety by almost dropping the seafood soup on him. as well while we were eating that came before the soup they randomly just shoved my plate (full of food) and spilled the food on my shirt and they said nothing and just left. not only that but when the food came I asked what it was (since I got confused of what I ordered thinking I got beef, it was parcially my fault), and the man responded with complete ragging attitude and rudeness started to raise his voice continually telling me what it was for a straight minute. explaining to me what I had ordered. what i did was just sit there saying ok and thank you but he ignored me and as he did he raised his voice even more. if my parents werent there I feel like he would have completely screamed at me. as i ate the food he stated at me with complete disgust. I found it disrespectful, but only because I mistaken my food. other than this guy and the other couple of problems, the restaurant was clean and respectful. and the food was ok (for the reasons above). 3/10....
Asia Buffet
8220 Van Nuys Blvd, Panorama City, CA 91402, United States
I’m writing their 1,000 review like a boss? I’ve been coming here since they opened! The best affordable Asian Buffet in the valley! They have a variety of foods from sushi/tons of seafood to all styles of chicken, rice, chow mein, salads, fruit, etc... Anything you can name they practically have. The restaurant is huge and there are always lots of seats available. It can get busy during the holidays, which is normal. Plus they give you a 2 hr minimum to eat! I eat everything when I go lol. It’s all so yummy! The staff is very nice and the environment is clean! Love this place and going back soon?

We wanted to check out Elno Tea Shop after discovering them on Yelp as a new small business. We ordered the Moon Palette + Jasmine Boba and the Match-iato + Lychee Puree + Jasmine Boba. The Moon Palette had a nice, soft tea flavor, and the Match-iato was rich in Matcha with a hint of sweetness from the puree. The jasmine boba they serve here is the best boba weve ever tasted in our lives, hands down. It was pillowy soft, freshly made and just so mochi-like. Also, a huge plus for having vegan friendly options! The owners were very kind and truly put their hearts into this shop. We will be back when were in the area again, and we highly recommend you check them out too. Thank you, Elno! ?

So in the pouring rain the line was long and extremely slow when I got closer I was actually in the far left-hand Lane which means the passenger side window would be where I paying it food unfortunately I had a 91 year-old woman with me who loves in and out which is why we visited but suffers from severe dementia I tried to get the order takers attention and he basically waved me off thinking I wanted to pay him so I pulled not quite all the way up to the window got out of the car and walk up to the window to pay and observed Burgers being made and Fries being made Im things falling off Burgers and Fries that were not being put back intern I asked for extra grilled onions and lettuce cuz I saw it fall off of our food and Im not talking just a little bit I ordered animal style fries and ask if they be wrapped separately they were put into the bag sideways so that when I took them out all the animal style contents were to one side and very unappealing the burgers were great I asked for extra raw onion and they were made well except for the lettuce and grilled onions that did fall off young gentleman worker who I asked for both contents on the side gracefully put them in the bag and I put them to good use with our food I would say the interior of the unit appeared clean workers worked well as a team but due to being waved off when I needed help I can only give three stars this time the only other issue was the slowness of the lines

We started our culinary journey with the Thai Basil Egg Rolls, a unique twist on the classic appetizer. These crispy egg rolls were filled with a flavorful blend of Thai basil, vegetables, and tofu, accompanied by a savory dipping sauce that perfectly complemented the rolls. For the main course, I opted for the Pad See Ew with Chicken, and it was a delightful choice. The wide rice noodles were perfectly cooked, stir-fried with tender chicken and fresh vegetables in a savory soy-based sauce. The dish had a lovely balance of sweet and savory notes, making it a satisfying and comforting noodle dish.My dining companion chose the Spicy Kimchi Noodles, a dish that brought together Korean and Thai flavors in a delightful fusion. The tangy kimchi paired harmoniously with the spicy Thai-style noodles, creating a unique and spicy explosion of taste.Ras Noodle also offers a variety of refreshing drinks, including Thai iced tea and Vietnamese iced coffee, which added a pleasant touch to our dining experience.Though we were already quite satiated from our flavorful main courses, we couldnt resist sampling their dessert offerings. Dude, I live in Orange County and would drive back here again for their Banh Mi Saigon sandwich!! It has to be in my top 3 favorite banh mi sandwiches!! For $5.69, its a decent sized sandwich with full of flavor from the saigon bacon that they use, along with pate and authentic Vietnamese mayo!! They knocked it out if the ballpark with this sandwich!! Best Vietnamese banh mi panorama city, best banh mi los angeles.they used fresh carrot and daikon, fresh cucumber, and their bread was different, light and soft, not so heavy or hard like lees sandwiches which hurt your upper inside palate of your mouth. This was the best sandwich for sure. Im going back soon. They practiced social distancing guidelines, and their service was so good!! The young guy went around and asked his customers if everything was okay and if they needed anything else. While waiting for my sandwich, he was helping another customer by explaining what they had on their menu and what they recommend. Excellent service! Super friendly with a smile on their faces!! Thanks for an A++++ experience and super delicious sandwich!!! 99

My first experience with Filipino Food. I had been apprehensive about trying as I always had the misconception that a lot of their food is deep fried. Was I mistaken. This small joint and a very helpful server- the sweetest high school girl, introduced me to some interesting foods. We had a juice from the fruit called Soursop. It was refreshing and had a sweet taste. Thanks to them I now know a new fruit!!We had the Tokwat Baboy...crispy Tofu served with a tangy sauce on top...LOVED IT.SOme noodles, Canton Guisido...enjoyed them. And last was Lumpia..deep fried pork spring rolls with a different kind of wrapper than regular spring rolls. It was delicious. This small place is hidden on the side alley of the strip mall. We are happy we tried it and grateful for the very helpful, courteous and prompt service.
